Conditional indicator in breeding market carp in semi-operation experiments in fish-ponds in Třeboň
FLOKOVIČ, Ondřej
In my bachelor thesis, I dealt with supplementary feeding of common carp (Cyprinus carpio, L.) in semi-operation experiments in fish-ponds in Třeboň. For the experiment, three-year carp of the operation line scaly Třeboň carp was used. The main objective of the experiment realized by me was to compare the feed triticale in various modified forms. For extra feeding, the feed triticale was used in three modified forms (whole triticale, pressed triticale, whole triticale thermally processed at 100°C). The feeding study was realized for the assessment of conditional indicators of market carp. For the experiment, which lasted 83 days, four fish-ponds were used. 363 pieces were set per hectare of fish-pond. In the fish-pond No. 1, whole triticale was used for supplementary feeding. In the fish-pond No. 2 pressed triticale was used for supplementary feeding. In the fish-pond No. 3, whole triticale thermally processed at 100°C was used for supplementary feeding. The fish-pond No. 4 was used for control without supplementary feeding. During the experiment, control fishing was performed to measure body length, body circumference, body weight and measure fat in the fish muscle. There was a considerable difference in the final weight between the feed whole triticale thermally processed at 100°C in comparison with the control group without supplementary feeding. It was the biggest gain from all tested feed types and reached 12.061 kg. The results of all tested feed types were best for the feed whole triticale thermally processed at 100°C, which proved to be the most suitable.

Ichtyofauna of selected streams of Bohemian Forest
ŠRÁMEK, Jiří
Presented work is directed to summarize the results of ochtyomonitoring of five stream in Bohemian Forest in autumn 2010. The processing status is evaluated fish communities, especially their species composition, diversity, dominance, evenness and other parameters. They have been evaluated also physico-chemical properties of the sites such as air and water temperature, conductivity and turbidity. Last but not least were evaluated the characteristics of flows and in particular morphological characteristics, types of the bottom substrate and its contours etc. The evaluation of all obtained data showed that fish communities surveyed Bohemian flows are balanced, they are not burdened with invasive species and rand indicators correlated with the state of flow, geographic location and natural conditions. It was caught nine fish species in the total number of 963 individuals. Abundance was at all locations in the range 201,6 to 409,7 individuals per kilometer of flow, showed the diversity of communities from 0,372093 to 2,166085 (Shannon and Wiener index) and from 0,301804 to 0,866948 (Simpson index), then evenness of plant 0,372093 to 0,783906. The most dominant species was the brown trout, the second most frequent species was bullhead.

Quality assurance system of radiotherapy in the composition of radiology assistant
URBÁNKOVÁ, Veronika
The aim of radiotherapy is the accurate direction of a radiation dose in the defined tumour volume with minimum damage of the health tissue. Development of modern radiotherapeutic equipment provides new therapeutic possibilities, but the excellent operation parameters cannot be fully utilized if there is not reached a high level of accuracy and reliability. This can be reached only by insertion of a programme of quality assurance in radiotherapy that includes not only monitoring of the predetermined quality indicators like e.g in vivo dosimetry and portal indication and further external and internal audits. The aim of this bachelor thesis is increase in quality of health care and safety treatment at departments and clinics of radiation oncology from the position of a radiology assistant. The thesis provides an integrated view of possible methods which can be used as the quality indicators of performed care. Here acquired information can serve as knowledge completion for the existing radiology assistants as well as for new staff training.

A Comparison of Tax Systems in the Czech Republic and Italy
Sommerová, Darina ; Teplý, Petr (advisor) ; Švarcová, Natálie (referee)
In this thesis we compare the tax systems of the Czech Republic and Italy. At first we provide the major characteristics of their tax systems and then we assess the development of the tax burden, tax revenues and tax rates in both countries. Based on data from the period 1995-2009 we developed the regression models of tax revenues from four main types of taxes - corporate income taxes, personal income taxes, social security contributions and value added taxes. The models are designed to indicate the most important factors to determine these revenues and to explore which influences are the strongest. We address variables directly linked to the tax setting, e.g. the statutory tax rates or implicit tax rates, as well as the indicators linked to the country's performance and the economic cycle, e.g. GDP per capita, GDP growth or unemployment. As the major contribution of our work, we consider the final conclusions provided at the end of the sixth chapter. Based on our models we were able to indicate the opportunities to increase the tax revenues from different types of taxes and also to define the potential excessive tax burden and cases where further increases in tax rates are inconvenient.
