The length of the route is approximately 4 km and visitors are mainly informed about historically interesting places in the surrounding and about the events before World War II. Historical affairs are presented in the form of information panels at individual stops. The panels tell visitors not only about historical military facts of 20th century but also about the building of the fortress fortification Dobrošov. The educational trail has eight official stops. On the route, visitors can see additional panels with the description of the light fortification and they learn interesting things about the surrounding. The second hypothesis is whether the visitors are satisfied with the infrastructure of the educational trail. Furthermore, the awareness of the educational trail helps to its high attendance, and both citizens and tourists will be happy about a fortification extension which also includes the preservation of decaying objects in the surrounding. The used methods for achieving these aims were the observation and questionnaire survey in the location of the educational trail. Lorencová, Dana ; Štáfek, Pavel (advisor) ; Pavlína, Pavlína (referee)
The diploma thesis follows up a process of inventary in a chosen accountant unit, its found insufficiencies and its consecutive solution. The process of inventary belongs to activities that lead to completion of a closing financial statement of an organization and that is why all the actions and processes must be done with carefulness and accuracy according to law number 563/1991 of law collection about accountancy, which states, according to law of the European union, extent and way of managing the accountancy and all requirements for its conclusivness and conditions for handing it over to a state. The theoretical part of the thesis is related to defining basic terms of inventory process. The valid law regulations, which are dealing with those issues, are stated there. Individual phases of the whole process, important intern regulations and documents, which are obligatory for every single accountant unit, are also stated in the theoretical part of the thesis. A continuity of the inventory of property and commitments in financial statements and statements is being described there. The practical part of the thesis involves the process of inventory in a chosen non-profitable accountant unit of the district court in Jičín. In the individual phases of the inventory, when the physical and documentary stock-takings are being done, are found insufficiencies and proposals of their solutions. A complete process of inventory belongs to activities of the chosen accountant unit, on which state´s controlling institutions are focusing in recent years, because the activities involve economy of the state´s essets. A methodic instruction for the processing of inventory of property and commitments for an accountant unit is worked out in the last chapter of the practical part. By the compilization of the diploma thesis a complete view on an inventory as a whole was given, which is a starting point for completion of a financial statement. While working out the thesis, rocess or system insufficiencies were analysed. These insufficiencies might cause that the accountant unit will not fullfill the § 6 paragraph 3 of law of accountancy, from which the compulsatory duty of inventory of property and commitments according to provision § 29 and § 30 of law of accountancy flows. The audit office can, on the basis of those insufficiences, proclaim that the inventory of property and commitments was not done correctly and can apply a sanction on the accountant unit. After the inventory process the accountant unit is compulsory to make an inventory report that is a substantial document together with financial statements, balance-sheet, profit and loss sheet and attachments to the authorization of the financial statements.

In order to antedate environmental pollution in many countries of the world including The Czech Republic we use legislative tool as a process of influence of the environment EIA. Substitution of non-renewable energy sources for renewable ones may retard global climate change markedly. It means that it deals with biomass utilization as a renewable source of energy. Within EIA process, it assesses the unity rate between prediction, said in documentation, and the real state after implementation. As far as the population perspective is concerned, poeple assess great strength, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Results of the research showed different perceptions of biogas before and after project implementation. The risk of discomfort housing (smell, increased traffic congestion, noise) threatens residents in older facilities where an EIA was not yet part of the legislation. The results also showed compliance with the information provided in the EIA documentation in relation to the population and the environment, and the state after realizing the plan of a biogas plant. The thesis brings us new information within post-project analysis, it shows us the importance of EIA process and publicity involvement into this process. Štochl, Štěpán ; Skalický, Milan (advisor) ; Novák, Jan (referee)
The first work theme was a description of an administrative procedure in the process of a protected trees approval. First it was necessary to set up legal viewpoints for the possibility to announce a protected tree. Next it is mentioned what is the reason to announce the protected tree and what is the procedure of a protected tree announcement proposal. It is described how to keep a record of the announced protected trees, how to mark them and what is the way to reach a care measures permission. The possible preservative care measures that are, except for cutting, the most important part of the old trees care are also explained . Next work theme is an analysis of the foreign system of a protected tree approval and announcement. From the historical point of view there is one of the widest base and the highest number of old trees at all in Great Britain and so it is possible to assume that the quality of tree preservative care is better than in our country. Speciffically the legislation of England, the law Tree Preservation Order, was chosen for these purposes. A comparison of both systems, Czech and English, was made. The systems do not differ much on a number of counts, for example in terms of tree value judging, a protected tree announcement proposal, a request and a care measures permission. The main difference is the 6 month long temporary tree preservation that can be used in the extreme cases as a protection against building companies and developers. Next part is devoted to the project of saving gene pool of protected trees. It describes the results and informs about the progress. The last part of the work was the documentation of protected trees in Chrastava and surrounding administrative region. 11 protected trees were evaluated, measured and photoed. The data acquired by this documentation will serve as completion of information about these trees in the Nature Conservation Central Register.

Assortments of perennials used on the rural gardens in Central Bohemia region
Kašpárková, Tereza ; Matiska, Pavel (advisor) ; Veith, Tomáš (referee)
The purpose of this thesis is to describe the assortment of perennial plants used in countryside gardens in the District of Benešov. It looks at perennial plants grown in 115 municipalities within the District to compare them by area and municipality size. The information research section includes a brief description of perennials, their classification (based on natural presence), reproduction, growth conditions and year-round care. Described are the most common genera. Countryside plantings and their types are also mentioned. The methodology section describes the weather conditions during the year 2015 as well as the way results were compiled and compared municipalities grouped. Plantings were documented in summer months, when the vegetation period of most perennials was culminating. The documentation process included all perennials to enable subsequent determination of all plants. The final lists were used to create tables describing occurrences, which were then compared. The results did not show any major differences in grown perennials. However, it is clear which species of plants are most favored and most used in the Dictrict of Benešov. These include the following genera: Rosa, Aquilegia, Hemerocallis, Bergenia, Iris, Paeonia, Sedum or Yucca. It was observed that the tradition of countryside perennials was staging a comeback, but there are still some shortcomings in the assortment of used perennials. This thesis data could be used for a long-term mapping of perennials grown in the different areas of the Czech Republic, thereby contributing to extension of the range of perennial plants used in countryside gardens, front gardens and public greenery.
