Communication and cooperation between the school and parents in the "Step by step" program

The diploma thesis deals with the topic of communication and cooperation between school and family in the first stage in the program Step by step. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the concept of communication and pedagogical communication, their functions and influencing factors. The thesis describes the program Step by step and its basic principles. Based on this, a large part of the work is devoted to comparing the forms of communication and cooperation in the program Start together with a common concept. The practical part examines personal and electronic types of communication and cooperation with the family in practice. Furthermore, the research focuses on the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on communication and cooperation between schools and families. Cooperation between school and family. The research of the work is based on a qualitative method of research in the form of a questionnaire. The author compares the results and concludes her work with a discussion.
