Training of volleyball playing skills of boys and girls in junior category

Title: Training ofvolejbal playing skills ofboys and girls in junior category. Work objectives : Creating a set of simple technical tests for the junior category for a particular voleyball activities and their evaluation. Comparison of the outcomes and defining the differences between girls and boys category. Methodology: Monitoring ofplayers' performance development in motor tests within observed and control group ofthose players by using comparative method. During monitoring three tests were made that supplied input, control and output data.T-test method for pair values ofdepending selections was used to process and analyze obtained data. Results: Results show to instructors of the tested group the control over the training and doing the particular volleyball activity, methods oftraining and the technical improvement of the team. Tématem práce jsou internetové vyhledávače, zejména vyhledávače operující v prostředí volně indexovatelného WWW. Nejprve je přiblížena struktura internetových vyhledávacích systémů. Dále jsou rozebrány jejich jednotlivé části, zvláštní pozornost je věnována zejména crawleru. Hlouběji se práce věnuje také způsobům řazení výsledků a jejich možnému ovlivňování. V další části práce jsou pak popsány hlavní zahraniční a domácí vyhledávače a to nejen vyhledávající v prostoru www. Důraz je kladen na okolnosti jejich vzniku, použité technologie a jejich financování. Pozornost je věnována též osobám zakladatelů.

The main goal of the bachelor thesis is to create a business plan for a network of coffee kiosks in Prague and evaluate its feasibility. The operational goal is to predict and draw up a financial plan with three variations, reflecting pessimistic, realistic and optimistic view of the anticipated profit, financial situation and cash flow development. The work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part described the structure of the business plan and the specifics of small and medium-sized companies in detail. The theoretical background is applied to establishing a network of coffee kiosks is in the practical part. The outcome of final thesis is a structured plan for establishing and developing the company in the first year of business, which the author uses as a basic document for implementing enterprise-wide activities.

The structural and the fundamental mechanical properties of intermatallics on the base of TiAl

Gamma TiAl alloys are emerging as a pervasive structural material. Remarkable progresses have been made through refining lamellar microstructure and grains, microalloying, chemistry modification, process development and/or their combination. The main thrust was to enhance resistance to creep deformation, oxidation and high cycle fatigue deformation/failure. Less or even no knowledge have been obtained in the field of the intermetalics fracture at uniaxial or bending loading, there are missing data about their behaviour at the presence of cracks and other defects. The reason is simply in the other properties that are key from application point of view. Due to their brittleness at temperature close to room temperature the investigation of the intermetalics fracture is complicated but promissible provided it bring ideas for the further development of the alloying and microstructure. The paper is focused on the first steps in this field.

The main purpose of the Master Thesis is creation of the business plan on the establishment of the new preschool education institution Family Education Center. The center will be specialized in operating a kindergarten as well as in organizing educational and personal development activities for children and adults. The theoretical part of the thesis gives some insights on the importance of the entrepreneur and enterprises in the society, provides description of the basic requirements for a business plan and characteristics of the preschool education system in the Czech Republic. Practical part provides an application of the theoretical findings on the creation of the actual business plan. This part verifies the viability and competitiveness of the business project on the basis of the market analysis, marketing and financial plan.

The influence of selected ECJ judgements on the forming of common commercial policy of EU

The goal of my diploma thesis is to describe the influence of ECJ decision making on the common commercial policy ("CCP") of EU. Specifically my thesis examines what factors influence ECJ decision making about direct effect of trade agreements implementing CCP. These factors are applied on several treaties, where the court has not yet decided on their potential direct effect and on a present case at ECJ on direct effect of WTO treaties. With regard to the goal of my thesis an important part of my thesis deals with the development of ECJ decision making. Methods applied in my thesis are analysis and comparison of selected judgements that influence the CCP of EU. After proper analysis I found out that the main motiv behind ECJ decision making is that, if the negotiating position of EU is to be deteriorated, the ECJ is likely to find that the treaty does not have direct effect. Other factors are of secondary character. Examining the influence of decision making of ECJ on direct effect of trade agreements is important, because the role of ECJ influences the legal certainty of subjects about direct applicability of international trade treaties.

The use of personal contacts and the role of education as a signal of the Worker's productivity are two important aspects of the job search process. The aim of this thesis is to develop a model that combines both approaches. We distinguish between random and strategic models of job information networks. In the former case the structure of the network is given, while in the latter it depends on the strategic decision of the Workers. We present a strategic model of network formation with two types of Workers who are able to signal their productivity by the level of their education. When applying for a job they have two possibilities of contacting the Employer: a direct application and an indirect application through a friend who currently works for the Employer.

Libeř. Transformation of microsocial, agricultural, and ecological structure of the village in the Central Bohemia region in the Early modern period

This Thesis puts mind to population and natural development of village Libeř in Central Bohemia. The first part focuses on demography and follow nuptiality, natality and mortality from the end of 16th till the middle of 19th century. Selected developments are compared with similar and other locality. Fragments offers look to everydayness of Libeř's villagers - strategy of partners selection, choice of childern's names and godfathers, most frequent causes of death in individual age categories etc. The most important fountains for historical demography are church registers and old land registers. Confessional and memorial books are complementary to partial details to concrete people. In this chapter is short development of parishs, which partakes of spiritual government in Libeř. The 2.th. part of Thesis studies changes of natural territory and his usage, formation village borders and image of rural zone. Among monitored problems pertains patrimonial competency to parcels and changes, too. Base of documents are above all written and cartographic fountains - the old land registers, cadasters (Theresian Register, Josephinian Register) and memorial books. International cooperation of schools regarding efficiency of European Union educational program

The final bachelor theses deal with school activities which are focused on foreign countries. Nowadays an international partnership is a common part of modern schools and the events which are realized in terms of international partnership allow to pupils, teachers and headmasters to get and exchange experience to get better language skills and they lead to the development of many key competences. They influence the whole palette of school subjects and the whole school life. The foreign activities are realized in the form of projects and pupils'exchanges which help to personal development of pupils. At the same time they are demanding for everybody envolved, mainly teachers,regarding time and organization. The teachers are able to use effectively the possibilities of the support of European educational programmes and other institutions.The large and fast development of international school activities is mainly enabled by modern communication technologies which are an effective means of communication and project realization. They are also the target skill where all activities are directed.
