The thesis consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of the local region and its position in educational programs. The practical part deals with the knowledge acquired on the basis of empirical research. It summarizes the findings on ways of teaching in primary schools and high school and results that students achieved in the Knowledge-questionnaire. On the basis of this investigation suggest your own design concept of teaching Blatensko, based on the current Framework Educational Programme for Primary Education.

Jan Křtitel Vaňhal- Concerto in D Major, Life and Work

The thesis discusses a Czech composer living in Vienna, Jan Křtitel Vaňhal, and his concerto D major for double bass and orchestra. The aim was to contribute to better understanding of the piece so that it would be easier for many interprets to study it. The first part of the thesis focuses on the basic biography of the author and it outlines the current state of research. Chapters about the galant style and the development of classicist concerto in the second part are meant to clarify the musicological context of the piece. The third part is the core of the entire thesis. It analyses the concerto D major in the adaptation for double bass and piano and it aims to assess Vaňhal’s composition style.

Práce představuje programovací jazyk Python jako nástroj pro výuku algoritmizace a programování. Pomocí průzkumu zkoumá vhodnost Pythonu pro tento účel. I na jeho základě konstatuje, že ho pro něj je možné použít. Popisuje jeho historii, charakteristiky a specifika vůči jiným jazykům. Vypočítává nástroje, editory a vývojová prostředí, které je s ním možné použít ve výuce, a konstatuje, že jich existuje dostatek. Obsahuje ukázky a příklady, které demonstrují jeho možná použití.

Functional Competence as the Goal of Developing Speaking Skill in Teaching German as a Foreign Language

The thesis deals with the development of speaking skill whcn teaching German as a foreign language. It tries to analyse all possible aspects of speaking skill in order to develop the best possible teaching approach that would enable students to use their (spoken) language effectively and reach their communicative goals. For this skill. vvhich is defined mainly by the ability to perform the language functions that one needs to express, the term Tunctional competence' is used. An important feature of this term is the preference of success of communication to its correctness. The theoretical part first explains the terms used in the thesis (ability / skill / competence, learning versus acquisition). Afterwards, speaking skill is analysed in the context of other communicative skills, i. e. listening, reading. and writing, so that it is clear that no particular skill can be dealt with in a completely isolated way and that the teaching process should always involve an appropriate combination of various communicative skills. A separate chapter describes the differences between monologues and dialogues / polylogues. After that. three stages of speaking skill are analysed (imitative speaking. guided non-imitative speaking, and autonomous speaking). This thesis focuses on the categorization of music and valuation of popular music through Grammy Awards. More specifically, the thesis focuses on the categorization of jazz music and appreciation of jazz music. The text contains a detailed analysis of selected award-winning instrumental jazz albums, history and development of the genre of jazz and its influence on popular music from. In the last chapter of the thesis concerns the difference between the American and European jazz and also contains a detailed list of awarded jazz instrumental album.

Suggestopedia as inspiration for English language teaching in the context of interest adult education

The diploma thesis deals with the suggestopedical English language teaching in the context of leisure education. Characterizes the interest adult learning as a part of lifelong education, defines its objectives, functions, motivation and language barriers within the adult education. More specifically, it focuses on the alternative method suggestopedia in detail; it examines its origin, development, features and principles. It describes the different stages of learning that forms the characteristic profile of this unconventional method. The empirical part is focused on the suggestopedic course itself. The use of case study helped to understand the features of suggestopedic education, processes and conditions from the point of experiences and attitudes of the course participants, i.e. the advantages and disadvantages of this method.

Particularities of French regions - Auvergne

This bachelor's thesis concerns about matters of interest one of the regions of France, Auvergne. Main intention of the thesis is to approach this region in a well-arranged way in order to make in possible to elaborate it like didactic work and consequently use it in teaching of French. Basic materials for the bachelor's thesis are primary books focused on French regions and current internet resources. Bachelor's thesis consists of the introduction, five general chapters and the conclusions. First chapter introduces the region in a general way, second chapter concerns about natural conditions, third chapter deals with economics of the region and fourth chapter gives us brief historical overview. The most extensive is fifth chapter which concerns about particularities of the region. Last but not least, the list of applied literature is enclosed. Final section of the thesis includes visual supplements.

The Technical Monuments And How to Use Them in Second Primary School Education

The thesis is focused on technical monuments in South Bohemia. Selected monuments are applied in lower secondary school teaching by means of excursions and projects. The theoretical part deals with the project teaching and its use in education. Subsequently the attention is paid to technical education, technological literacy and their roles in lower secondary schools. The last chapter of the theoretical part deals with technical monuments, their official status and typology. The final section is devoted to selected technical monuments and attractions, which are briefly described. Individual excursions and projects for teaching in lower secondary schools are developed in the practical part of the thesis. The information base for teachers and expansion options of individual excursions to other objects are also included in excursions and projects. The supplement of the thesis includes maps and other documents for successful realisation of excursions or projects.
