PREPARATION OF WORKERS WITH CHILDREN AND YOUTH: VIEW OF VOLUNTEER A STAFF, THEIR POSSIBILITY OF FURTHER EDUCATION

This thesis deals with the training of workers with children and youth and the sight of employees with volunteer opportunities for their further education. The texts are logically arranged by topic. Firstly, it defines the terms used and then addresses the issue of qualifications for the job working with children and young people and according to the Law on Education Staff and National Occupations System. Out staff also work addresses the conditions of education volunteers working with children and youth. Shows what should have knowledge, skills and competence. Last but not least, the thesis briefly defines the relevant documents relating to the training of teachers and addresses the topic of institutions offering further education of teachers. In conclusion, we work validates knowledge in qualitative research with six respondents.

TITLE Preparation issues ofteen-agers between the ages of 16 - 18 years GOAL OF THE WORK The goals of my work were to outline the training model in the Czech Republic, monitoring of players complex effort of FC Victoria Pilsen, next the detection of negatives in game activities in matches and suggestion the training steps to removing realized negatives. METHODS Research was realized by direct and indirect observation methods, mainly using DVD records of teenagers 1st match. There were used qualitative and quantitative analyses of game activities. Professional drivers and first aid

The thesis called ``Professional drivers and first aid`` is concerned with professional drivers´ knowledge of providing first aid and their further education in this field. Based on the statistics a car accident occurs every three minutes and a man dies in car accidents every eight minutes. To save men´s lives the first minutes are the most important. Professional drivers are regularly trained in traffic regulations but health care preparation is not usually included or it is only a side issue. A quantitative research was accomplished and the objectives and hypotheses were stated. The data were collected through an anonymous questionnaire containing 29 questions. The questionnaires were distributed to professional drivers in the districts of Jihlava and Znojmo. The research set consisted of 112 respondents with the prevalance of lorry drivers. The research proved that the drivers know emergency call numbers. They know how to provide first aid but they are not informed of new methods, especially in resuscitation. Most drivers admit that a regular training of first aid should be included in professional trainings and the education in this field is unsufficient. The research indicated that professional drivers need more training of first aid as well as other people.

Primary School Teacher - the Relationship Between Theory and Practice in the Professional Training

This work deals with permanent and yet actual subject of the relationship of theory and practise in education of teachers. The main subject is connected closely to professional identity of primary school teachers, as well. First of all, the theoretical part of this work focuses on the relationship of theory and practise. It's based on works of both Czech and foreign authors, specifically German and Swiss ones. Because there are different systems of teacher-preparation in these countries, the view on theory-practise relationship is different in many points, as well. Theoretical part is divided into five chapters. First one presents primary school teacher and shows his typical features which differentiate him from teachers in another levels of education. The second chapter describes a concept of pedagogical education of teachers. The third chapter deals with how differently may concept "practise" be percieved in context of their mutual relationship. The fourth chapter describes the relationship of theory and practise in pedagogy and the last, fifth one is the most comprehensive one and is further divided into three chapters.

Developing of young athletes in TJ Nová Včelnice The aim of the work: Analyze and evaluate the system for preparing pupils for the athletics athletic TJ New Včelnice. Methods: Basic data were obtained using a quantitative analysis of the training program. Other important information was gathered through a regular participantního observation, supplemented by informal interviews with participants in the training process. results: The results of quantitative analysis were recorded and content of each table year period of preparation was compared with the available literature. Support for Nurses in Death Cases at Resuscitation Units and Intensive Care Units

At Resuscitation Units and Intensive Care Units nurses face the issue of dying and death every day. Very often they are in contact with the dying and their immediate family and they are expected to have professional approach and provide comprehensive care. Stress that the nurses experience in these situations results into mental, emotional and physical exhaustion, and can be manifested by psychosomatic problems. Preparation of nurses to these situations and support of their management is therefore a key factor for the management of this demanding profession. The theoretical part of the thesis contains a description of the current state of the issue, characterizes resuscitation and intensive care, and deals with the issue of death and dying in Resuscitation Units nad Intensive Care Units, managing situations associated with death and the support of nurses in these situations. The work has four goals. The first objective is to determine what method of preparation of nurses is in practice ensured in Resuscitation Units and Intensive Care Units for the performance of high-quality nursing care for dying patients. Another objective is to determine whether and how the nurses are prepared and trained in the field of management of situations connected with the death of a patient in Resuscitation Units and Intensive Care Units. The third objective is, whether there is and what is the form of assistance to nurses in RU and ICU provided by the team and the management of the Department in case of deaths of patients, and the fourth objective is to determine what form and manner of support nurses expect and require. Research part of the thesis was carried out by quantitative investigation using an anonymous questionnaire. Respondents were answering 38 questions, 13 questions were closed, 21 half open and 4 were open. The support is most frequently understood as a psychological support, good teamwork, communication, supervision and representation where necessary. Management is expected primarily to provide support through education, ensuring supervision, corresponding financial support and professional psychological assistance where necessary. On the basis of this work?s results a proposal for the course for paramedical professions working in RS and ICU called ?Course of the Strategy of Difficult Situations Management in the Care for the Dying and Their Close Family in Intensive and Urgent Care?, was made.

Preventive examinations from the perspective of nurse

The theoretical background: In society, the concept of health and illness is understood as two sharply separated values. The health affects the quality of human life. The aim of preventive health check-ups is to detect health problems and illnesses at an early stage. Each client is recommended to undergo a health check-up at the general practitioner each two years. Newborns, infants and toddlers under one year old should visit a practitioner nine times, another health check-up should be at the age of 18 months, then at the age of 3 years, and then every two years. Every citizen under the age of 18 years is entitled to undergo a preventive dental check-up every six months. A pregnant woman is entitled to visit the dentist twice during her pregnancy, an adult once a year. Girls from the age of 15 years should undergo a preventive gynaecological exam once a year. General practitioners and nurses, who guide patients their whole life in the health care system, symbolise a role of responsible and active approach to prevention. Preventive care service at work is carried out in order to report the statement of fitness for work. Aim: The aim of my Bachelor´s thesis was to describe the role of nurses during preventive check-ups at the general practitioner for adults. The research was carried out by a qualitative survey in form of non-standardized interviews. Firstly, we set three research questions: 1. What information about preventive check-ups do nurses give to clients? 2. How do nurses address their clients about the invitation for preventive check-ups? 3. What role do nurses have when carrying out preventive check-ups? During the research nurses cooperating with general practitioners for adults were interviewed. There were eight interviews in total in the region of Humpolec and České Budějovice. The interview itself contained 13 questions (see Appendix 1). The research took place in period February ? March. All respondents agreed with the research. The results of the research are presented in Chapter 4. Results: The results show us that all the respondents have got a secondary school education, only one of them has got a specialized training ?ARIP? (nursing care specialized in anesthesiology, resuscitation and intensive care). The respondents learn new modifications in preventive health check-ups from a doctor, or they follow trainings and seminars. The most of the respondents said that a lot of clients do not realize risks of not going to preventive health check-ups, except for university graduates who are aware of risks. Then, we have found that clients get information about the claim to preventive health check-ups from the respondents, doctors, leaflets, television, radio, and informative posters. The respondents give clients basic information about preventive health check-ups, schedules, home preparation for the medical examination, and a course of the medical examination. It has been found out that in some regions a low percentage of clients go to preventive health check-ups. The respondents try to convince risk groups, however, they do not insist on risk groups to come. The respondents invite clients orally for preventive check-ups, it is not used to send invitations anymore. The clients must look after their preventive check-ups by themselves. The respondents try to act positively with clients and to be a good example to them. It has been also found out that the respondents take care of sufficient consumer articles and hygiene and epidemiology mode during the preventive check-ups. In the waiting room the respondents and dealers are in charge of raising patients´ awareness. Conclusion: All the research questions were answered. The purpose of the Bachelor´s thesis was accomplished. Now, it will depend only on nurses and clients and their attitude to preventive health check-ups. As we say at work: "Prevention is better than cure."

This thesis study, on basis case study Chinese education, answer the question two fundamental questions, namely whether Czech and Chinese school system can probably be reciprocally communicate across insuperable dissimilarities and whether Czech and Chinese pedagogy cannot one another cooperate for invincible mutual dissimilarities. Like solution these questions it's possible submit, that reciprocal cooperation among school systems and partner exploitation piece of knowledge and experience in these direction it's possible and as well is the in mutual enrich oneself pedagogy of both country. As we are in Czech pedagogy till now miss systematic work about Chinese education, yet it can be at least document, that intrest with started display recent years in some faculty in Brno university, on where proceed preparation teacher middle vocational school and training centre. Is it in her essence intrest about comparative research middle vocational schools, where already was processing first scientific study those problems. Bachelor thesis Martial arts and Mime theatre is concerning the application of principles of the martial arts into the mime theatre. It mostly brings elementary benefit to preparation of an actor and his training. I focus particularly on systems qigong and tai chi and their usefulness for the actor of mime theatre. The thesis should give a whole picture about the principles, which are crucial for the actor in the theatre praxis and his personal life likewise and instructions on how should he practise and use these principles.
