Ichtyofauna of selected streams of Bohemian Forest
ŠRÁMEK, Jiří
Presented work is directed to summarize the results of ochtyomonitoring of five stream in Bohemian Forest in autumn 2010. The processing status is evaluated fish communities, especially their species composition, diversity, dominance, evenness and other parameters. They have been evaluated also physico-chemical properties of the sites such as air and water temperature, conductivity and turbidity. Last but not least were evaluated the characteristics of flows and in particular morphological characteristics, types of the bottom substrate and its contours etc. The evaluation of all obtained data showed that fish communities surveyed Bohemian flows are balanced, they are not burdened with invasive species and rand indicators correlated with the state of flow, geographic location and natural conditions. It was caught nine fish species in the total number of 963 individuals. Abundance was at all locations in the range 201,6 to 409,7 individuals per kilometer of flow, showed the diversity of communities from 0,372093 to 2,166085 (Shannon and Wiener index) and from 0,301804 to 0,866948 (Simpson index), then evenness of plant 0,372093 to 0,783906. The most dominant species was the brown trout, the second most frequent species was bullhead.

Zhodnocení výkonnosti koní ve vytrvalostních soutěžích na Slovensku
Hanicová, Zuzana
The present Master's thesis aims to evaluate the performance of horses in endurance competitions in Slovak Republic. The database used for consequent statistical analysis was developed by manual insertion of data from the 2008 -- 2012 years range. Control factors evaluated included ranking in competitions, the overall time spent to master the tracks, and the average speed of individual horses in endurance races. Examination based on the GLM statistical method proved a significant correlation between geographical location of the race and the rank achieved by individual competitors. Using the same method, it was found there is no statistical correlation between country of origin, gender, colour, breed, age, length of the track, year of the race nor year of birth of the horse; and rank in the race. Following multiple comparisons of results according to Scheffe's method and Tukey-B statistical test confirms there were neither highly significant differences nor significant differences observed in between individual control factors. Based on GLM statistical method, it was found that geographical location of the race, breed of the horse and length of the track do have a statistically high significant impact on overall time spent to master the track by the competitor. In contrast, it was found the country of origin, gender, colour, age, year of the race and year of birth of the horse do not have a statistically verifiable impact on the overall time spent to master the track. Examined under Scheffe's method, sample group consisting of Poland, Germany and Russia was found to be statistically significantly the worst out of all countries tested, with the highest average overall time spent to master the track. Conversely, Slovak Republic proved to have statistically significantly better results than Czech Republic, Hungary and the previously mentioned sample group consisting of Poland, Germany and Russia. Horses of Slovak Republic statistically achieved the best, therefore the shortest average overall time spent to master the track. Austria proved to have statistically significantly better results than Hungary and the sample group of countries mentioned above. Czech Republic proved to have statistically significantly better results than Hungary and sample group consisting of Poland, Germany and Russia. Based on GLM statistical method, it was found that country of origin, geographical location of the race, breed of the horse and length of the track do have a statistically high significant impact on average speed of the horse on track. In contrast, it was found that gender, colour, age, year of the race and year of birth of horses do not have a statistically verifiable impact on the average speed of the horse on track. Based on multiple comparisons of results according to Scheffe's method, the author observes significant differences in performance of horses originating from different countries. The sample group consisting of Poland, Germany and Russia proved to be statistically significantly the best, which means that horses originating from here achieved the highest average speed in races. The Slovak Republic proved to be statistically significantly worse than the Czech Republic, where Slovak horses performed worse in terms of the average speed than Czech horses.

Abstract:: The aim of this paper is to present cartographic works for children and youth. The main object is the introduction to the problems of cartographic production for children and youth and the execution of value analysis in terms of cartography. The analysis focuses on the use of mapping language - character key and means of expresion, in this part is an efort to answer the question whether the cartographic works for children and youth are the real maps or rather an illustration. The assesment of selected product by their users - children continue the analasis. Another aim is to compare traditional methods of creating those works with the possibilities of modern computer cartography, three ways of making are demonstrated - by hand, using a graphic application and using cartographic application. Then the paper tries to assess the use of geographic and cartographic knowledge in products for children and youth, in this question the paper use knowledges gained in consultation with author from practise.

Circumvention of Regional Restrictions in Order to Watch Videos on Demand
Kopřiva, Milan ; Pavlíček, Antonín (advisor) ; Smutný, Zdeněk (referee)
Bachelor thesis deals with the features of security tools for masking identity in terms of utility to circumvent the regional limitations of providers of an audiovisual service on demand. Thesis is divided into three general parts. In the first part the thesis is dealing with the basic theoretical features of the AV works such as resolution, colour depth, frame rate, compression and codec. An explanation of these attributes is crucial for the understanding of the remaining chapters of this thesis. In the second part of the thesis deals with the providers of AV media service on demand operating outside of the Czech Republic, which are therefore unavailable for domestic users. In this part the thesis is virtually trying to see the problems with the use of these services, particularly in terms of registration to the service and use of the tools to circumvent the regional limitations. The final, third part of this thesis presents the security tools, whose basis allows their use to circumvent the geographical restrictions. In this chapter the performances of individual tools are evaluated, whereas the evaluation has been based on the original, two-month lasting research of internet speed connection, where particular security tools were used. The conclusion proves that it is possible to use security tools for circumvent geographic restrictions at providers of AV media services on demand. To prove this statement the author made a second test, where he observed the quality of instantly playing video with the use of individual security tools within the different providers of an AV media services on demand.
