Documentation of the nature reserve Miletinska bazantnice (Czech Republic)
Stejskalová, Klára ; Skalický, Milan (advisor) ; Martinková, Jaroslava (referee)
The aim of this study is to document the floristic species diversity through research in the natural reserve Miletinska bazantnice. Documentation was carried out on the territory concerned during the growing season of 2015. There was a determination of vascular species. The research was mainly focused on endangered and protected species. The whole area is part of sites of European importance under the Habitats Directive Natura 2000 Miletinska bazantnice was declared a nature reserve in 1954 with an area of 75, 43 hectares and is part of a small-scale specially protected area. Typical features of the area are remnants of natural Podzvicinsko geobiocenosis and therefore the reason for its protection. Further it describes the history, characteristics of the territory and the natural conditions that are typical for the locality. These include soil science, climate, hydrological, geomorphological, geological and phytogeographical. On the territory of the nature reserve are recorded two memorial trees. It´s oaks (Quercus robur) called Zizkovy duby. At present territories were found in protected and endangered species and classified under the Red and black list of vascular plants of the Czech Republic (Grulich, 2012) and Decree of the Ministry of Environment of the Czech Republic no. 395/1992 Coll. Into the category of rare taxa that require additional attention include species such as Carex otrubae, Cerastium lucorum, Daphne mezereum, Galium boreale, Listera ovata and Primula veris. The only species Platanthera bifolia is ranked in the category of endangered under both the Red and black list of vascular plants in the Czech Republic and under Decree. In the field survey, attention was also paid to invasive species, sorted by Catalogue of alien plants of the Czech Republic (Pyšek et al., 2012) and categorized archeophytes (Arctium tomentosum, Cirsium arvense, Convolvulus arvensis, Chelidonium majus) and neophytes (Arrhenatherum elatius, Impatiens parviflora) and described their risks (Mlíkovský and Stýblo, 2006)

Current environmental threats and their impact in the landscape
Zapletalová, Jana ; Kirchner, Karel
Workshop Current environmental threats and their impact on the landscape was organized in the framework of the Strategy AV21 of the Academy of Sciences, the program Natural threats.\nThe papers were oriented both on natural threats (geological and geomorphological threats - slope deformation, erosion, hydrometeorological extremes floods, droughs, biological invasions) and their evaluation and prediction, and social and legal implications of natural and human activities caused by threats and their impacts on the landscape (e. g. changes in the urban environment, anthropogenic impacts in the mining areas). Important topics were focused on the assessment of natural and environmental threats and their solving in selected emergency and crisis situations using geoinformation technologies. \n

Breeding of Eastern Rosellas in European Climate Conditions
Baierlová, Nikola ; Ledvinka, Zdeněk (advisor) ; Zita, Lukáš (referee)
Summary This work is aimed at parrot breeding of genus Rossella in Europe, in different climatic conditions than the conditions in the Southeast and South Australia where the birds come from. Here, you can find overview of their occurrence in nature, evaluation of biotope, feeding and information on breeding in human custody. Eastern Rosellas (Platycersus eximius) live in pairs and each pair is very protective of their own nesting teritory. Outside of the nesting season, Rosellas are moving around the land in small groups. In nature, these parrots eat grain from grass or weeds, seeds from bushes, trees and of course fruit. The nesting season starts around february and lasts until august. In nature Rosellas nest in hollow trees, branches, tree stumps, columns, on top of fence post and even in rabbit holes. The best option when it comes to breeding Rosellas, is an outside aviary, which best represents their natural habitat. European winter causes them little to no trouble, the same goes for severe frost, which allows for year-round stay in the outside aviary. Rosellas have the similar eating habits as their parrot brethren, meaning sunflower seeds, millet, panic grass, canary and oat. An important supplement in their daily diet is green feed(ing), fresh fruit and vegetable, branches to nibble on, mineral substances, and fresh drinking water. During the nesting season and while with young, it is necessary to feed the birds an egg mixture, it is an important source of protein. Breeding of Rosellas is fairly effortless, they can easily nest even in small spaces. Ideal size of their bird house would be 25 x 25 x 60 - 70 cm with a fly-in entrance of 7 - 8 cm. It is necessary to hang the bird houses as high as possible in the protected part of aviary. Female lays 5 - 7 white colored eggs, on which she sits 21 - 22 days. Young birds leave the nest in age between 28 - 35 days and then, are are partly fed additional 10 - 14 days by the male. Among the most frequent diseases of this species of pet birds belong those non contagious, e.g. hypovitaminosis, uricosis and, furthermore parasitical ones and pathogens as well as other contagious diseases or feather abnormalities, such as the so called French defeathering. Breeding of Rosellas does not require an experienced breeder. With proper care, Rosellas can live up to 25 - 30 years and remain fertile their whole lives.

Comparison of mollusc fauna from selected natural reserves on southern Moravia
Bohatá, Lucie ; Vrabec, Vladimír (advisor) ; Jan, Jan (referee)
In this thesis is compared mollusc fauna of six protected areas on the south of Moravia, with characteristic and appraisal of their condition. These protected areas belong to control of BR Lower Moravia and almost all of them belong under control of CHKO Pálava: NPR Cahnov Soutok, NPR Křivé jezero, NPP Pastvisko u Lednice, NPR Ranšpurk, NPR Slanisko u Nesytu, EVL Trkmanské louky. Tested hypothesis was, whether reserves with prevailing of forest cover evince richer faun compare to reserves with prevailing of open space. Mollusc fauna was collected by individual picking with the aid of flush solid material through strainer and off take of forest soil. Subsequently collected material was inspected in detail, sorted out and determined. Information about discovered species was compared with the aid of Simpson´s index of domination and Jaccard´s index of similarity and recorded to tables. The biggest index of diversity has NPR Ranšpurk and the lowest has NPR Slanisko u Nesytu according to Simpson´s index. It means that community of molluscs from NPR Ranšpurk is covered same amount of specimen determined species, while on NPR Slanisko u Nesytu was discovered dominance of vulnerable species Anius spirobis (Linné, 1758). According to Jaccard´s index of similarity is the most similar (31%) reserve NPR Křivé jezero and NPR Slanisko u Nesytu and the worst similar (8%) are reserves NPP Pastvisko u Lednice and EVL Trkmanské louky. Hypothesis was confirmed on the grounds of number of species determined on collected stations and Simpson´s index with bigger diversity on reserves with prevailing of forest cover. According to Jaccard´s index of similarity are forest areas and open areas similar with 66%. The high similarity is consequence of abiotic factors, which influence inspected areas in reserves.

Tax burden on entrepreneurs natural persons
Týřová, Jana ; Světlíková, Daniela (advisor) ; Pavla, Pavla (referee)
The present thesis deals with the issue of tax burden on entrepreneurs natural persons. A complex analysis of the relevant current legislation is carried out, with special focus on the Act No. 586/1992 Coll., On Income taxes, as amended, and Act No. 235/2004 Coll., The Value Added Tax, as amended. Tax burden is looked at from a narrower, financial perspective, as well as from a wider perspective by looking at non-financial aspects such as the duties and regulations imposed by the bureaucratic state machinery, complications with registering for tax etc. The financial burdens analysed here include tax duties and contributions to health and social insurance. Data about registered tax subjects and the number of tax returns filed in different years in relation to legislative changes are drawn from the database of the Revenue office of the Ústí region, Regional office in Libochovice, and analysed. An example of a particular entrepreneur natural person is chosen and data about his financial statements are analysed and discussed. Finally, possible solutions to the problems identified are proposed and discussed.
