Bakalářská práce Technické a právní aspekty koexistence přírodního léčivého zdroje minerální vody Bílinská kyselka a dalších aktivit ve městě Bílina je zhodnocením vývoje využívání a ochrany Bílinské kyselky a jejích střetů s těžbou uhlí, dopravou a rozvojem města. Zpracovává tuto problematiku z hlediska historie jímání, právních předpisů a závazných dokumentů a výhledových koncepcí. Pojmenovává nejvýznamnější aspekty a snaží se navrhnout jejich řešení. This bachelor´s thesis The coexistence of the natural healing mineral water spring Bílinská kyselka with municipal activities in Bílina - the technical and legal aspects is an evaluation of the development of use and protection of the natural healing mineral water spring Bílinská kyselka and its conflicts with coal mining, transport and urban development. It deals with this issue from the viewpoint of the history of water catchment, legislation, binding documents and forward-looking concepts. It identifies the most important aspects and tries to propose solutions.
