The thesis is focused on transfer of production to China. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the potential of China from the perspective of companies and investors, and on the example of the international company to highlight not only the traditional ways of entering the Chinese market, but also the specific method that considers the needs of manufacturing companies. Thesis also contains the assessment of competitiveness of the Chinese economy, cultural differences and comparison of the various forms of entering the Chinese market. The practical part is focused on the analysis of enterprise from the polygraphic industry which has transferred part of its assembly processes to China. Conclusion contains recommendations for further development of the company on the Chinese market.

Diploma thesis "Regulation Brussels I and other procedural legislation of European private international law" (with regards to recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters) is focused on the procedure of recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments in the European Union. The beginning of the thesis is dedicated to the European legislative development of the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments. The key part of the thesis, analysis of recognition and enforcement according to Council Regulation (EC) No 44/2001 on jurisdiction and the recognition and enforcement of judgments in civil and commercial matters, so called Brussels I Regulation, is contained in the third chapter. This chapter describes the procedure required for recognition and enforcement of judgments given in one member state in another member state, lists related significant decisions of the Court of Justice of the European Union and provides critical evaluation of this procedure by specialists. The aim of Chapters four and five is introduction of regulations that came into force after the Brussels I Regulation. Role of auditors in the financial crisis

The thesis "Role auditu ve finanční krizi" examines the role of auditors in the financial crisis 2007 - 2009. In the first part, I provide a general overview on the financial crisis describing its causes, development and consequences. In next chapters, I focus on the role of auditors in financial markets. I analyse selected court cases with all BIG 4 companies. Moreover, I describe Green Paper of the European Commission and other efforts to increase quality and credibility of auditing. The last part is devoted to the changes in fair value accounting regulation.

Czech business environment from the perspective of Italian entrepreneurs

The final thesis deals with the topic "Czech business environment from the perspective of Italian entrepreneurs." It is divided into three chapters. The first chapter covers the business environment in general and evaluates the position of the Czech Republic in various competitiveness rankings or reports. The second chapter describes the Czech business environment -- its state and development from 1989 to the present and evaluates the Czech business environment using the PEST analysis. The last chapter is purely practical and outlines the view of Italian entrepreneurs on the Czech business environment, their opinions and experience gained during doing business in the Czech Republic. The whole thesis is summarized at the end in the SWOT analysis of the Czech business environment.

The diplom work is focused on the design of transit bus. I pointed out two aim: design from the view of future the perspektive; environmental drive and create timeless bus design, which should be correspond with the drive of near future. It was chosen the most ecological drive with help of hydrogen and fuel cells. This drive was developed in detail. Like reserve and helpful energy source was used ultrakapacitors and fotovoltaic cells. Bus design tries to realize the future requirement of carriers and regarding to its oscillating along big cities so represent with its design the used drived unit. The internal ordering of interior tries to realize the together and future reguirements on the sit ergonomics, store of bagages, hygienic requirements and good lookout of passengers. The name and logo of transit bus arrise from reference to fuell, environment and fuell cell.

The title of my diploma paper is State Support of Domiciliary Services for the Elderly, in which I talk about domiciliary services as the main instrument for social inclusion In my diploma work, I focus on the main features that influence the provision of domiciliary social services for the elderly, in the light of current reforms, related, previously implemented reforms and the introduction of social services legislation from 2006,in valid wording. In my analysis of these elements, I evaluate the support of the state to analyse the accessibility and development of domiciliary social services in the region as an instrument for social inclusion.I focus on the competence and responsibilities of the individual providers, as the state, district, community and non-governmental, non-profit organisations in the field of social services.An important element in securing high quality services is their accessibility and therefore I concern myself with the circumstances and evaluation of the region's facilities.I further describe basic financial resources of the financial structure of social services, giving the specific example of the financial structure of social service providers in Prague 2's district council area. Veronika Doležalová Mezinárodní a vnitrostátní aspekty dvojího zdan ní 160 International and national aspects of double taxation - Resumé This thesis pays attention to the area of double taxation and its related national as well as international aspects. The reason for discussing this subject was its importance for removing the obstacles that double taxation presents to the development of economic relations between countries. The thesis is divided into five chapters. There are six annexes attached that are important to grasp the topic in its complexity. The first chapter is devoted to theoretical questions of double taxation. It is concentrated particularly on issues such as legal framework of taxation, the national and international treatment of double taxation from the point of view of the principle of origin, measures to eliminate double taxation by way of national unilateral measures or international Double Tax Conventions. The end of the chapter presents examples of national double taxation in the Czech Republic. The rest of the thesis discusses international double taxation. The aim is to determine whether the state organization and political representation impact on the public administration. The work is based on an analysis of the laws that shaped the system of government, and professional publications.

Legal status of civil servants in the Czech Republic

The Master's thesis is dealing with the issues of the civil service, which development and current situation show considerable heterogeneity of opinions and related political dispute. A closer look on current condition, is preceded by the outline of the characteristics of civil services' basic characteristics distinguished by current legal theory. A historical excursion since 1918 with respect to chronological and semantic order, has also been made. The crucial part of the thesis is devoted to the content analysis of the service pragmatics, the bill of The state officials and Service Act and its amendments. In the conclusion, the author defines four variants of possible solution to the current state of the civil service, which, among others, indicate, that it is desirable to revise effective Service Act by the Bill no. 71/9, with respect mostly to career elements and current situation of the civil service.
