Trh práce, vláda a jejich vzájemná interakce
Pavlíček, Tomáš ; Ševčík, Miroslav (advisor) ; Adamec, Václav (referee)
Práce popisuje některé souvislosti fungování pracovního a politického trhu.Snaží se najít odpověď na otázku jak vývoj mzdové diferenciace, nezaměstnanosti a působení odborů ovlivní politické prostředí a jeho zpětné působení na pracovní trh. Teoreticky vychází z teorií fungování pracovního trhu a některých závěrů z oblasti teorie veřejné volby. V praktické části práce analyzuje situaci v české Republice. Popisuje souvislost vývoje volebních preferencí s parametry trhu práce a souvislost implementovaných politik s politickým cyklem. Výsledkem je závěr o existenci politicky cyklických efektů na trhu práce během posledních čtyř volebních období.

The use of bioimpedance analysis for kidney function evaluation
Veselková, Alena ; Šrámek, Petr (advisor) ; Švára, František (referee)
Objective: To calculate glomerular filtration (GF) through the use six available methods to estimate GF and measure impedance parameters phase angle () and fat free mass (FFM) by using multifrequency and monofrequency measurement. Select one method of estimating GF as a strict method of estimation GF for this study and by using linear regression relate with other method of estimating GF and impedance parameters measured () and FFM. Consider if () and FFM are significant parameters to improve methods of estimating GF given below (MDRD-A, MDRD-B, CLCG, CLcysC). (...) Conclusions: Impedance parameters () and FFM correlate with GF, decreasing GF cause decreasing of these impedance parameters. This study proved very close relationship between parameters FFMx and FFMc, obtained by using two different kinds of measuring (R2 - FFMx and FFMc = 0,843). Method of bioimpedance is ready to other validation and to develope bioimpedance scale to estimate renal function.

The natural seasonal changes in the food choice and digestive tract of wild ruminants
Kamler, Jiří ; Homolka, Miloslav
Herbivore populations all over Europe have been strongly influenced by human activities. A combination of harvest, changes in forest structure, supplementary feeding, predator extirpation and others factors have led in most cases to increases of their populations and a severe impact on the composition and structure of the forest vegetation. The food choice of free living ungulate species is strongly influenced by season and animal species and changes in diet composition and quality cause the changes in the digestive tract. Effective management of ungulate populations and forest ecosystems should be based not only on detailed information about the impact of deer browsing and the number of deer to harvest but also on the density of deer species, the food supply, the structure of diets consumed by individual species, attraction and quality of the individual components of food supply the total quality of food taken and seasonal changes in digestive tract.

Importance of Psychotherapy to the Treatment of Dependence on Alcohol
Říhová, Julie ; Sivek, Vojtěch (advisor) ; Klimešová, Anna (referee)
This school work is focused on the importance of psychotherapy to the treatment of dependence on alcohol. It deals about the dependence on alcohol, its causes, about the process of this disease and its consequences. Next part of the work describes the treatment of this phenomenon and single forms of the therapeutic processes, namely from the view of the single therapeutical approaches (medical, psychological and social). Multidisciplinary approach is fundamental for the alcoholism treatment. Last part of this work (of the theoretical part) deals about the psychotherapy, about various psychotherapeutic systems and at the end it deals about the psychotherapeutic research. Practical part if this work contains three casuistries or case reports and one interview. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

Vibration at machining of metals - reasons and remedies
Sismilich, Vladimír ; Kouřil, Karel (referee) ; Píška, Miroslav (advisor)
This diploma thesis is concerning about summarizing and describing types of vibrations, their causes and influences to the machining. The stable conditions of machining were pointed out. The experiment was conducted in which the frequency response function of specific milling machine was measured. Than the stability lobe diagram was constructed.

The Macroeconomic Impacts of the Selected Oil Shocks in the United States of America
Šikulová, Markéta ; Johnson, Zdenka (advisor) ; Tajovský, Ladislav (referee)
The aim of this study is to analyze macroeconomic impacts of four selected oil shocks on the United States economy and their subsequent comparison. The first part of this study deals with the theoretical background of supply shock, its influence on the economy, and the possible responses of economic policy. Furthermore, in the first part I focus on the historical events that led to the oil crisis, specifically on the OPEC oil embargo imposed on the United States, production cuts caused by the Iranian revolution, Iran-Iraq War and Persian Gulf War and on the demand as well as the supply factors that led to the oil shock of 2007-2008. The second part of this study presents the specific impacts of four selected oil shocks on the US economy and their comparison. Based on the findings, it was possible to confirm the hypothesis saying that past oil shocks, especially those that took place in the 1970's, had more negative impacts on the United States economy in comparison with those that happened more recently. In other words, that the effects of changes in oil prices have lessened over time. There are many reasons of this moderation, but the most important ones include more effective monetary policy response, the decrease in wage rigidities, and more recently also the decline of United States dependency on imported oil.

Poprik, Anton ; Soběhart, Radek (advisor) ; Kozmanová, Irena (referee)
The bachelor thesis "Analysis of the Roma issue concerning failure in Czechoslovakia in the 50's and 60's of the 20th century" deals with the state institutions procedures addressing Roma issues during the first twenty years of the Communist Party rule in Czechoslovakia. The first part brings a broader historical perspective of solving the Roma issue and particularly the impact of World War II on its later character. The core of the thesis lies in examination of three base periods, which took place during the fifties and sixties as to Roma issues. In chapters gradually focused on the years 1950-1957, 1958-1964 and 1965-1968 the chosen concepts and practical procedures are described, their success is evaluated and the root causes of solutions failure analyzed.

Sustainable tourism development of Vysocina Region
Veselá, Markéta ; Macháček, Jaroslav (advisor) ; Vondráková, Zuzana (referee)
The diploma thesis deals with the topic of sustainable tourism development at the regional level. This phenomenon is elaborated on the example of Vysocina Region. To evaluate sustainability of its development, the potential of this touristic destination is researched regarding various areas, including key products. These are subjected to comparisons with recommendations of significant tourism organization for the purpose of assessing the sustainability of tourism. The diploma thesis also includes a comparison with other Czech regions experience as a touristic destination. Vysocina Region has favourable initial conditions for its sustainable development, especially regarding supply of key products, which include both environmentally friendly goods and cultural attractiveness contributing to the personal development of individuals and promoting intercultural tolerance. The main issue appears to be the spatial imbalance of its development in the region, caused mainly by the concentration of tourist activities to certain areas and low local initiative in the less attractive areas. The diploma thesis proposes a number of solutions, such as utilization of geocaching and products of gastroturism, supporting the foundation of local destination management organisations, promoting cycling tourism and the foundation of highly visited tourist destinations.
