Pre-Marital Agreement as a means of protection of marital property and business
Vávrová, Eliška ; Hejda, Jan (advisor) ; Kaczor, Pavel (referee)
This thesis deals with the possibilities of adjustment of marital property in the form of concluding marriage contract as a way to protect assets in case of divorce or business of one of the spouse. The aim of the work is to identify shortcomings in the current leg-islation. Based on these shortcomings suggest solution to improve the current state. According to this suggestion compile a model of marriage contract. The draft of rec-ommendation is compiled with the help of comparison with the Austrian statutory of matrimonial property relations and through questionnaire survey among students of University of Economics who have experiences with the adjustment of community property.

Derivation of the network properties from the energetic model of .sub.m-./sub. port
Braun, Jaromír ; Žilka, Zdeněk ; Berka, Zbyněk
Flow of energy in the complex systems is the basic phenomenon of real communication systems. This phenomenon have to be taken into account in the theory of "black box model" of arbitrary dynamic system.

Residential Complex in Brno - Komín
Ertl, Jakub ; Čelikovský, Martin (referee) ; Makovský, Zdeněk (advisor)
Urban Risen Solution parcel located on the street Pasture in the city of Brno chimney. The property is located on the edge of the city district and directly continues the surrounding forest, which is on the east side. The plot is an avenue of chestnut trees that proposal preserves intact. Oklí are good amenities. In its narrowest surroundings there are elementary school and kindergarten with their priľahlími Sports and satellites family townhouses on the south side of the property. After the eastern and northern boundary leads IMPORTANT relaxing walking routes on which the proposal responds through-beds, and a "restoration" of pastures, which once was located here. Land would extend that oľúbenú Walking and served by community residents as well as the city of the chimney. The project also own community náveznosťou room with a plate of street furniture. Architectural design Material objects based on the elongated shape of the land and is divided into three apartment buildings. Distributes land to the "street" and the "grazing". The volume responds to building orientation sides are angled wings housing the south and west. All the apartments are so perfect sunlit and overlook the "pasture". On the north side of the building they are arranged in the form of communication zasklennej galleries. The porch with loggias flats made up of separate steel structure, which forms the form of these apartment buildings. The main module becomes one living room, ensuring good housing variability. The building is located only forty apartments of sizes 1 + kk to 5 + kk apartment with terrace. Parking is in the combined form of overhead and underground parking. Building Solutions The building is designed as a reinforced concrete skeleton with dimensions of 8600 mm x 6600 mm with stiffening communication core. The shell is insulated with thermal insulation with a thickness of 200 mm. Area building openings is minimized on the north facade and vice versa is open to south and west facades, which benefits the passive energy gain. These construction holes are filled with high quality aluminum windows and doors with Triple glazing. On the frame is attached a separate steel construction porches and balcony. This concept allows a perfect insulation shell fired by a separate steel structures unheated porch and balcony, and hence a considerable degree of energy efficiency.

Evaluation of the effectiveness of teaching vocational subjects depending on physical activity before schooling.
Janošíková, Martina ; Hanušová, Marie (advisor)
The period of transition to secondary school brings substantial changes in the requirements for study obligations, autonomy, communication, expression, or separated from their families in the form of staying at the dormitory. Students enrolled in sport centers, in addition to these changes, still struggling with the responsibilities associated with sport. Because they are students first through fourth grades of secondary schools and secondary vocational schools, an age when image self-I am, what I believe in, arises in interactions with the outside world and their own experience, plays a very important role to influence the environment, educators, teachers and trainers, with which students spend most of their time in practice. This study looks at students comprehensively in terms of personal development as a multifactorial biopsychosocial unit, in terms of cognitive and motivational processes, states and properties from the perspective of social psychology dealing with the interactions, relationships and communication, psychology of individuals within the social group and its importance for the development of the individual . It monitors conditions and educational outcomes in terms of educational psychology, dealing with forming properties, opinions, attitudes and value orientation from the perspective of educational psychology.

Total contents and speciation of arsenic and selenium in plants growing in soils with different physico-chemical properties
Tremlová, Jana ; Száková, Jiřina (advisor) ; Vymazal, Jan (referee)
This dissertation thesis deals with uptake, accumulation and transformation of arsenic and selenium in plants growing on soils with different chemico-physical soil properties. The contents of arsenic were investigated in 99 wild plant species, coming from 27 different families and 6 different vegetables growing in arsenic contaminated soils. The results suggest that there are species-specific mechanisms which protects certain plants from the excessive uptake of arsenic from the soil. On the other hand, there are plants using a strategy of accumulation, which theoretically may increase the risk of arsenic entry into the food chain, whether through grazing cattle and wildlife or through consumption of vegetables growing on arsenic contaminated soils. The most prevalent arsenic compounds are AsV and AsIII. Other arsenic compounds occure as minor species. An important finding was detection of arsenobetaine in Plantago lanceolata L. and Carex praecox Schreb .. The contents of selenium were examined in 73 species of wild plants, coming from 29 different families. The results suggest that naturally low levels of selenium in the soil of selected locations along with a low capability of selenium uptake via collected plant species lead to the low content of selenium in plant biomass which may contribute to selenium deficient throughout the food chain. Foliar application of selenate on wild plant communities and on some types of vegetables in our case Brassica oleracea var. italica can have a positive impact on increasing the selenium content in the aboveground biomass of these plants and by extension, increase the selenium content in the human diet. Dominant selenium compounds in the aboveground biomass of the analyzed plants were SeVI and selenomethionine, with variable proportion of other commonly occurring organic selenium compounds, which is mainly affected by plant species.

Composing Data-driven Circuits Using Handshake in the Clock-Synchronous Domain
Sýkora, Jaroslav
We present a technique for modelling and synthesis of fine-grained data-driven circuits in the clock-synchronous hardware, such as the field programmable gate arrays (FPGA), called the Flow-Transfer Level (FTL). The distinguishing property of the FTL technique is that it does not rely on FIFO queues to handle flow synchronization between the components (called operators). The communication channels, called pipes, employ conceptually a two-state handshake protocol. The handshake behaviour of each operator is defined logically using dependency subgraphs that are symmetrical for producers and consumers. The original data-flow netlist of operators is transformed into a global control dependency graph. Cycles in dependency graphs are allowed as long as they do not constitute real data dependencies but only dependencies in promises of handshake completions. A method is given that recursively eliminates these cycles.

Pricing and price strategies on the example of real business project
Eichlerová, Jana ; Zeman, Jiří (advisor) ; Filipová, Alena (referee)
The thesis aims to define processes and strategies in pricing as the one of the marketing mix tools, to appraise the customer segmentation as inseparable tool for finding profitable price and to prove its meaning and applicability at the real business project. First chapter is dealing with the definition of price and micro-economical perspective on price and price determination. It observes, what influences the price and price perception. It represents the price as a component of marketing tools and is pointing out at overlooking of this tool at several studies. The second chapter is focusing on pricing itself, explaining its principles, pillars and models with sub-chapter focused on pricing of internet services, regarding to the practical section of the thesis. The basis of effective pricing is segmenting customers and observing their needs and hopes. That is the reason for assessing the segmentation, its types and processes in the last, third chapter. Practical section of the thesis guides the reader through real business project with innovative business goal to create an internet space with real properties. The thesis should prove the advisability and importance of pricing and the proper price communication.
