Partnership and Sexuality of Mentally Affected People in Connection with Their Escort Men

The work treats of problems of partnerships and sexuality mentally affected people in Czech republic and of problems that consequently for their ascort men. In theoretic part the work describes status in this section, physiological and mental findings of people with mentally affected. It does its best afflict even spiritual reason lust for approximation. In practical part the work devotes to four concrete ease of partnership and posibilities that voted the people who escort them in Hospice for handicapped people. In fine the work features on what limit must the person who handicapped people keep the maximum their freedom and in so doing to prove learn live these men in partnership. Importance of Psychotherapy to the Treatment of Dependence on Alcohol

This school work is focused on the importance of psychotherapy to the treatment of dependence on alcohol. It deals about the dependence on alcohol, its causes, about the process of this disease and its consequences. Next part of the work describes the treatment of this phenomenon and single forms of the therapeutic processes, namely from the view of the single therapeutical approaches (medical, psychological and social). Multidisciplinary approach is fundamental for the alcoholism treatment. Last part of this work (of the theoretical part) deals about the psychotherapy, about various psychotherapeutic systems and at the end it deals about the psychotherapeutic research. Aplikace externího benchmarkingu ve společnosti působící v oblasti terciárního vzdělávání

The object of the diploma thesis is the comparison of selected educational institute with the competitors operating in the tertiary education field, using the external benchmarking method. The theoretical part presents the basic terms related to the issue, especially strategic management, benchmarking, SWOT analysis, Porter five competitive forces analysis, but also the tertiary education sector. In the practical part there is performed a comparative analysis of six companies operating in the education sector. It concerns the following subjects: Brno Business School, Brno International Business School, Institute for Industrial and Financial Management, Prague International Business School, VŠB - Technical University of Ostrava, University of Finance and Administration. The survey results are statistically evaluated through the tables and graphs with an accompanying written commentary. The objective of the diploma thesis is the comparison of six companies using external benchmarking method and thus to define the weaknesses of the company which is the subject of the thesis, based on five analyses. Subsequently, to propose recommendations to minimize these weaknesses in order to gain a stronger position in the tertiary education market and higher competitiveness.

Elements of Maria Montessori pedagogy in Czech preschool

The work points out the possibility of using elements of Montessori education in ordinary preschool. The theoretical part deals with alternative Montessori pedagogy, personality of Maria Montessori, her conception of the child and education with all the principles and teacher´s personality. The practical part is done as a case study that accurately describes the formation and development of class curriculum with elements of the Montessori pedagogy in conditions of traditional preschool. This study focuses on the preparation conditions, the choice of methods and content with regard to the needs and interests of children. Evaluation of class training program reveals the extent to which the traditional classroom can be transformed into one that carries usual elements of the Montessori nursery school education in a way which is in line with the National Curriculum. Participative management – key to minimaze conflicts between protection of biodiversity and socio-economic development of local communities

The project was aimed to propose a model of optimal coexistence of biodiversity protection and socio-economic development in large-scale protected areas. Its main output was identification of principles of participative management of protected areas and estimation of circumstances necessary for its practical implementation. The project focused on description of biodiversity in particular model areas, on eventuality of changes in biodiversity due to human activities and thus on identification of actual and potential conflicts. In parallel, selected parameters of quality of life of local population, behaviour the population and its relation to the Administration of protected area and to nature protection in general were studied. Analysis of behaviour of the administration of protected areas as social institution became also part of the project. The project was designed as empirical comparative study of three biosphere reserves (BR) - BR Šumava, BR Třeboňsko a BR Křivoklátsko.

Comparison of coordination and condition abilities of young karate youth and the other school youth

Title: Comparison of coordination and condition abilities of young karate youth and the other school youth. Goals: To compare level of coordination and condition abilities by three groups of probands from the same place of a small town, where the first group regularly attends Kyokushinkai trainings, the second group regularly sports and the third group does not any sport in any sport club. Methods: The whole group was divided into 3 subgroups: sportsmen, who have trained fullcontact karate - school of Kyoukushinkai, sportsmen, who do actively any sport (football, floorball, table tennis, et.) and youth, who do not any organized sport activity. I measure the motory efficiency by the UNIFITTTEST (6-60) and level of coordination abilities by project of Kohoutek et. (2005). Results: It was proved that regular sport activity has a positive influence to a condition and coordination ability. Also it was proved that youth practicing regular trainings of martial arts of Kyokushinkai karate have higher level of tested motory abilities than their school mates who practice other organized sport. Analysis of possibilities for use of III. and IV. generation of nuclear reactors for the Czech Republic

The thesis deals with the analysis of possibilities for use of III. and IV. generation of nuclear reactors for the Czech Republic. Introduction deals with basic principles of nuclear energetics and fuel cycle which is closely associated with the issue and its development and application in practice will have a significant effect both for choice of future types of nuclear reactors of IV. generation and the matter of settlement with spent nuclear fuel. In other parts the thesis deals with the present state of nuclear energetics in the Czech Republic, compares concrete chosen types of nuclear power plants of III. generation and generally describes nuclear reactors and power plants of IV. generation. Final part of the work is focused on questions concerning the possibility of construction of new blocks of nuclear power plants in the Czech Republic and presents concrete recommendation from author´s point of view.

Intercultural communication - sociocultural skills of students of Russian and English language at secondary schools

The diploma thesis deals with problems of intercultural commnunication, especially with its role in foreign language teaching (chiefly Russian and English language). It introduces the term commnunicative skill as the fundamental goal of contemporary foreign language didactics because it represents the key skill which students of foreign language should acquire. In the first place it is focused on sociocultural skill which represents partial component of communicative skill. The practical part of the thesis is based on via questionaire survey and presents stereotypes and prejudice of students at secondary schools about nationalities whose languages they study.
