New perspectives in distribution of Czech Documentary Films - digital distribution DCI and VOD platforms
Kinkalová, Barbora ; Rezková, Hana (advisor) ; Oukropec, Petr (referee)
This thesis examines new possibilities in film distribution from the point of view of documentary films. It occupies with the fact what could the coming system of digital distribution in the DCI standard and also the possibility of distributing the films by the means of video on demand (VoD) portals bring. The work is divided into two main circles. The first part starts with a brief description of the progress of the theaters digitalisation till present days. Then it comes to the topic of actual functioning of digital DCI distribution and to the definite cases of documents, that were distributed this way in the first half of the 2010. It also speaks about the leading role of the Ministery of Culture of the Czech Republic and its Media and Audiovision Department. Further it describes the changes, which the new system brings, from the three main points of view ? from the perspective of theatres, distributors and producers. At the end this first part deals with new trends in marketing of documentary films, which is in a tight connection with coming digitalisation and the need of target marketing. The second part of the thesis beginns with the description of the functioning of the VoD portals. It speaks about legislative system, the topic of territories, engaging the VoD servers to the distribution chain and the form of the support by the means of the EU programme MEDIA. In a detailed way, it examines than the work of eight definite foreign VoD portals, which specialize in showing the documents only, or together with other kinds of film. The Czech docalliancefilms.com is the last one from the described portals. At the conclusion, the thesis deals with the summary of the contemporary situation in the VoD portals field and hypothesis for the future. It tries to define the possible future trends in the progress of this way of distribution.

Automated Trading System for Commodity Markets
Kliment, Vojtěch ; Novotná, Veronika (referee) ; Budík, Jan (advisor)
This master’s thesis primary deals with a design and a development of own automated trading system which is specialized for commodity markets, especially corn, soybean, wheat and slightly for gold. You can find theoretical basics of technical analysis here, then technical indicators, risk management and trading systems themselves. System is completely designed and programmed in MetaTrader trading platform with using programming language MQL and genetic algorithms. The output of this thesis is portfolio containing six trading strategies which achieved totally 42,4 % increase in three months at the end of year 2014.

Human factor in IS/ICT security
Reich, Jan ; Doucek, Petr (advisor) ; Veber, Jaromír (referee)
As the sheer volume of data stored in various information systems grows, importance of its security becomes a key concern. Great resources are being spent on security technologies protecting from external attacks, while the threat posed by people within the organization remains largely unadressed. The aim of the author of this thesis is to raise awareness of this internal threat and to provide recommendations whose implementation could help mitigate the problem.

Physical Load Analysis In Woman's Beach Volleyball
Maciolková, Hana ; Vorálek, Rostislav (advisor) ; Buchtel, Jaroslav (referee)
Title: Physical Load Analysis In Woman's Beach Volleyball Objectives: The objective is to examine time characteristics, cardiac strain, movement pattern and the individua! volleyball skills in woman playing beach volleyball. The results will help aid athletes and coaches to improve individua} and team performance in the sport. Methods: Analyses of the thirteen game records were used to compile data for statistical time measurements, movement pattems and individua! volleyball skill. Through the use of sport testers, four individua} athletes in four separate toumaments had their heart rates recorded. These heart rates were further analyzed to collect the appropriate data for cardiac strain characteristics. Results: The average game time was 37 minutes with 5 - 9 seconds exercise loads and 15 seconds recovery time. Beach volleyball is high to middle level intensity game with mixed aerobic- anaerobic energy supply system in use. The average heart rate falls in the interval of 150 and 180. The jumping load is about 41 and more jumps counting serve jump, block and spike. The prevalent movement distance is within 4 meter range. The results also shows that the blocking player is under large physical stress while changing repeteadly position between defence on the net and in the field. Keywords: Beach...

Modeling of linear drive for control design purposes
Drábek, Jakub ; Hadaš, Zdeněk (referee) ; Houška, Pavel (advisor)
Thesis deals with the design of control of linear drive by taking advantage of connection between tools provided by NI LabView graphical programming environment and SolidWorks 3D CAD system. This work describes the various resources the CAD systems provide for virtual modeling of mechatronic systems and their simulation. Control is designed using simulation tools by utilizing link between NI LabView and SolidWorks, while the invented control mechanism is finally tested on real system.

Utilization of micropreparative isoelectric focusing in the analysis of biological samples
Vlčková, Zuzana ; Flodrová, Dana (referee) ; Šalplachta, Jiří (advisor)
The aim of this Master Thesis is the optimization and verification of conditions of separation of proteins from biological materials. For the separation a developed technique called micropreparative isoelectric focusing is being used. The theoretical part describes analytical methods of biological materials with a focus on proteins which were used for the optimization of the developing system in general. This part of the Master Thesis also presents this method itself. Furthermore, basic characteristics of other techniques used to control the efficiency of the micropreparative isoelectric focusing are introduced. The experimental part depicts the individual steps of optimization of the micropreparative isoelectric focusing. The ideal separation procedure was firstly found out on the individual standard proteins, secondly on their mixture and lastly the optimised procedure was applied to a real biological sample. The efficiency of the micropreparative isoelectric focusing was verified by SDS-PAGE and MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry.

Design of methodology of administration and management of issues and its application in chosen organisation
Holub, Adam ; Stanovská, Iva (advisor) ; Novák, Tomáš (referee)
This thesis is focused on design methodology of administration and management of issues, using issue-tracking system. The objective is to create such methodology and deploy it to specific organization. During methodology creation, there were used best practices, acquired from source thesis and authors experiences. In theoretical part of thesis are described approaches, witch is this thesis based on. Then thesis describes what issue-tracking system is and lists mostly used issue-tracking systems. In practical part, the methodology itself is created. At first, target group is described. Then, types of issuse and roles used in issue-tracking system are described. Then is described, how to create lifecycle of issue and how to handle with its attributes. Last part is focused on data reporting from issue-tracking system. Last chapter of practical part describes how to implement methodology to issue-tracking system JIRA.

To issue of tooth backlash in dynamics of aeronautical and mobil gear systems with split power flow
Hortel, Milan ; Škuderová, Alena
In framework of internal dynamics of highparametric gear systems with split power flow the impact effects caused by greater dynamic than static-elastic deformations in the gear mesh have important role. They cause not only the additional dynamic load of gear pairs, but also violation of existence conditions of continuous carrier layer of lubrication. This make possible creation of dry friction in gear mesh with eventuality of self-excited vibrations rise and consequently decrease of gearing service life.
