Předběžné výsledky modelování rázové napjatosti hlasivek s použitím aeroelastického modelu produkce hlasu
Horáček, Jaromír ; Laukkanen, A. M. ; Šidlof, Petr
Voice problems are kown to be common among voice professionals, e.g. teachers. More information is needed on biomechanical forces related to voice production in order to be able to set safety limits for voice use in various professions. Impact stress, defined as the impact force divided by the contact area of the vocal folds, is an important variable in quantifying the mechanical load posed on the vocal fold tissue during voice production.

The natural seasonal changes in the food choice and digestive tract of wild ruminants
Kamler, Jiří ; Homolka, Miloslav
Herbivore populations all over Europe have been strongly influenced by human activities. A combination of harvest, changes in forest structure, supplementary feeding, predator extirpation and others factors have led in most cases to increases of their populations and a severe impact on the composition and structure of the forest vegetation. The food choice of free living ungulate species is strongly influenced by season and animal species and changes in diet composition and quality cause the changes in the digestive tract. Effective management of ungulate populations and forest ecosystems should be based not only on detailed information about the impact of deer browsing and the number of deer to harvest but also on the density of deer species, the food supply, the structure of diets consumed by individual species, attraction and quality of the individual components of food supply the total quality of food taken and seasonal changes in digestive tract.

Agreements and contracts within copyright law
Skoupá, Linda ; Císařová, Zuzana (advisor) ; Žikovská, Petra (referee)
Agreements and contracts within Copyright Law This thesis examines the Contractual Copyright Law, which is a part of the Intellectual Property Law. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the valid legislation dealing with license agreement in the Czech Republic. The thesis is composed of eleven chapters. Chapter One is introductory, it explains the importance of the Copyright Law and briefly describes the structure of the thesis. Chapter Two examines the sources of the Contractual Copyright Law on Czech, European and international level. Chapter Three provides the initial introduction to the Copyright and Intellectual Property Law in general. It explains specific terms of this branch of law, such as "the work" and "constitutive transfer of rights", which are crucial for understanding of the topic of thesis. Chapter Four describes the License Agreement itself and the legal relationship arising out of it, its purpose, subjects, object and content, while chapter Five examines the ways of classification of License Agreements. Chapter Six concentrates on problems of principles governing the License Agreement and its elements. Chapter Seven deals with the transfer of the license and chapter Eight with the special ways of a legal relationship termination based on the License Agreement. Chapter Nine contains...

Vakuová metalurgie intermetalik TiAl
Zemčík, L. ; Dlouhý, Antonín ; Król, S. ; Pražmowski, M.
To be able to melt successfully type gamma TiAl alloys it is absolutely necessary to solve the fundamental metallurgical problems associated with the reactions between the melt and the refractories of crucibles and ceramic moulds, with the reactions between the melt and residual gases in the furnace chamber, and with the evaporation of aluminium from the melt. The paper deals with the physico - chemical analyses of the above processes and gives their evaluation based on the results of experimental melts of the type of Ti48Al2Cr2Nb1B (at.%) obtained in vacuum induction furnace. The work also gives the results of oxidation tests for the Ti48Al2Cr2Nb1B(at.%) alloy.

Determination of threshold values of components with protective layers
Náhlík, Luboš ; Bareš, Pavel
The contribution is focused on the influence of existing fatigue cracks in protective layers on fatigue life of structures with protective layers. The problem is solved under conditions of linear elastic fracture mechanics with help of finite element method. Is shown, that in the case of the hard protective layer on the ductile substrate represents existing crack with its tip on the bi-material interface dangerous singular stress concentrator, because of decrease of threshold values of applied loading necessary for crack propagation. Knowledge of crack propagation in protective film is of paramount importance when studying potential failure of the substrate.

Archaeogically excavated architecture and problems with its monument's protection
Blažková-Dubská, Gabriela ; Frolík, Jan
Summary of the results of wxcavations in the house No. 2 at Prague Castle, in the Schwarzenberg Palace at Prague-Hradčany and in the former Jesuit College in Kutná Hora and different approach to protection of architecture.

View from statistics perspective on fatigue crack growth influenced by constraint effect
Seitl, Stanislav
The issue of the fatigue crack behavior is studied in connectivity on different levels of constraint. The constraint is quantified by using T-stress. The problems are studied on two different forms of specimen (Center cracked plate tension specimen and compact tension specimen) that have different values of T-stress for the same value of the stress intensity factor.

Use of distribution of tasks in construction company
Repoň, Patrik ; Fábry, Jan (advisor) ; Skočdopolová, Veronika (referee)
Bachelor thesis deals with distribution of tasks, which have utility in the construction company. The aim is to apply these distribution of tasks to problems with which the construction company often meets, and to reach an acceptable solution that will help to streamline production, save working time or financial recourses. Bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is a theoretical part, which presents problems in construction companies in general, as well as the application of different types of distribution of tasks. Furthermore, we face mathematical models of these tasks and with description of optimization software LINGO, which we will use to resolve them. In the practical part the distribution of tasks are applied to concrete problems and real data. The final part contains an overall assessment of the results.

Environment in China - current state, problems and perspectives
Salačová, Aneta ; De Castro, Tereza (advisor) ; Neumann, Pavel (referee)
The problematics of the environment has been underestimated in China for a long time. This country has been developing with incredible speed in the last three decades. The price for such growth is the current state of the environment in China. The thesis is divided into three chapters. The goal of this thesis is to evaluate the current state of the environment in China and the development of the stance of the Chinese government towards the protection of the environment in the new millennium. In connection with the economic growth is analysed the dependence on air pollution and Chinese GDP. Last but not least are offered possible solutions and perspectives of the future development of air pollution in China.
