Evaluation of the effectiveness of teaching vocational subjects depending on physical activity before schooling.

The period of transition to secondary school brings substantial changes in the requirements for study obligations, autonomy, communication, expression, or separated from their families in the form of staying at the dormitory. Students enrolled in sport centers, in addition to these changes, still struggling with the responsibilities associated with sport. Because they are students first through fourth grades of secondary schools and secondary vocational schools, an age when image self-I am, what I believe in, arises in interactions with the outside world and their own experience, plays a very important role to influence the environment, educators, teachers and trainers, with which students spend most of their time in practice. This study looks at students comprehensively in terms of personal development as a multifactorial biopsychosocial unit, in terms of cognitive and motivational processes, states and properties from the perspective of social psychology dealing with the interactions, relationships and communication, psychology of individuals within the social group and its importance for the development of the individual . It monitors conditions and educational outcomes in terms of educational psychology, dealing with forming properties, opinions, attitudes and value orientation from the perspective of educational psychology.

Exploitation of GPU in graphics and image processing algorithms

Táto práca popisuje niekoľko vybraných algoritmov, ktoré boli primárne vyvinuté pre CPU procesory, avšak vzhľadom k vysokému dopytu po ich vylepšeniach sme sa rozhodli ich využiť v prospech GPGPU (procesorov grafického adaptéra). Modifikácia týchto algoritmov bola zároveň cieľom nášho výskumu, ktorý bol prevedený pomocou CUDA rozhrania. Práca je členená podľa troch skupín algoritmov, ktorým sme sa venovali: detekcia objektov v reálnom čase, spektrálna analýza obrazu a detekcia čiar v reálnom čase. Pre výskum detekcie objektov v reálnom čase sme zvolili použitie LRD a LRP funkcií. Výskum spektrálnej analýzy obrazu bol prevedný pomocou PCA a NTF algoritmov. Pre potreby skúmania detekcie čiar v reálnom čase sme používali dva rôzne spôsoby modifikovanej akumulačnej schémy Houghovej transformácie. Pred samotnou časťou práce venujúcej sa konkrétnym algoritmom a predmetu skúmania, je v úvodných kapitolách, hneď po kapitole ozrejmujúcej dôvody skúmania vybranej problematiky, stručný prehľad architektúry GPU a GPGPU. Záverečné kapitoly sú zamerané na konkretizovanie vlastného prínosu autora, jeho zameranie, dosiahnuté výsledky a zvolený prístup k ich dosiahnutiu. Súčasťou výsledkov je niekoľko vyvinutých produktov.

THE DRAMATICAL SCRIPT AS A NECESSARY BASIS FOR SPACIAL REALIZATOIN

Using the concrete examples of my practical bachelor work my intent is to retrospectively describe and reflect on our scenic realization of the play Missing by south-African author Reza de Wet. The essence of a modern dramatic direction is to perceive the script of a play as a model which becomes a basis for its interpretation and the subsequent staging of the play. It is the process from the initial interpretation to final scenic realization I wish to focus on in my work.In the first part I will be dealing with creation of a physical space, that being stage design. I will try to capture what lead us to its final shape and how the basis for that can be found in the script of the play as well as the potential capability of the physical space to become a dramatic space. Its ability to create a platform for the actors to proceed from and how can it provoke them into acting, in particular. In the second part I will be dealing with the dramatic space, ergo the spacial expression of relationships and themes. I will proceed again retrospectively, focusing on how we managed to achieve the stage image which is functioning as a materialized metaphor. I will focus mostly on non-verbal actions, but with regard to the fact, that dramatical script is the basis for our realization of the play.

International Digital Library of Manuscripts

The Manuscriptorium Digital Library is Europe’s largest digital library of manuscripts providing access to data from more than 120 institutions across Europe incl. ca. 55 most important Czech collections. In March 2015, it contained 43,372 fully digitized documents and more than 337,000 bibliographic records. The documents are not only of European origin (Western, Slavonic, Hebrew, Armenian ...), but there are also data representing Arabic, Persian, Ottoman, Indian and other manuscript traditions. The digital library was launched in 2003 by the National Library of the Czech Republic, in partnership with the Czech AiP Beroun Company. In comparison and in contrast with other aggregation services, it provides seamless access to full digital documents on the fly, reusing thus repositories of partner digital libraries. Users do not need to travel or to navigate from one physical place or digital library to another one to access needed documents. Manuscriptorium provides uniform interface to any data from any digital library that signed the partnership agreement. The internal metadata solution is based on the robust TEI P5 approach and suits both library and researchers’ requirements for description and structuring. It aggregates not only fully digitized documents, but also the partially digitized ones and bibliographic records. It contains manuscripts as well as old printed books, historical maps, and historical posters. The documents are mostly represented by digital images and in certain extent also by full texts, TEI-structured and unstructured. An analysis of land fund of Domažlice district

This thesis analyzes the land in Domažlice. In this border region is experiencing significant changes in land use and thus to changes in the structure of the landscape. The work focuses mainly on the protection of soil and landscape structure in that region. It deals with not only trends in land, but the whole system of processes that changes in land fund raises. Therefore, it is also engaged in the wider context of spilling over into other areas.
In the introductory section readers outlines the social significance of soil and land resources, but also the landscape and its structure. The following describes some of the processes that occur in the country, including their impact. The following section is devoted to real estate records (katastrům), their importance and fundamental historical changes in the register of real estate. He also records of agricultural land. Subsequently also describes factors that affect the status of the land fund of the Czech Republic, including state policy and the European Union. There is described a land market and the price of land in the Czech environment. The whole chapter is concluded by a brief description of the historical development until now. The literature search should provide an overall view of issues, including relations with adjoining areas.
Another part is devoted to the identified region Domažlice. There are analyzed the conditions and diversity of this region and its historical development, because only with such knowledge can achieve an objective assessment of the issue. It also established a methodology for the job.
Part of the results is devoted to the results of background and results of individual investigations, which are in the following section compared with current scientific knowledge and partly to the socially accepted attitude.
The conclusion summarizes the results of this thesis and provided the achievement of hypotheses that have been identified in the introductory part. There are also problems outlined and possibly offered the best solution. Part of the annex is devoted to image the documents, which illustrate the text part.

Working with vector graphics in .NET

Current version of the Microsoft .NET Framework (4.6) provides access to the basic functionality of GDI+ (Graphical Device Interface) with more than fifty of code elements (classes, interfaces, structures, enumerated types, and delegates) contained in the System.Drawing namespace. Many advanced functions are then offered in other three nested namespaces, namely Drawing2D, Imaging and Text. This work demonstrates on a complex example using of a selected set of these library functions and compares their output, time and memory requirements with its own parameterizable implementation of the corresponding planar geometric shapes, antialiasing techniques and filling closed areas. The goal of this work is to create an application - a simple SVG format (Scalable Vector Graphics) viewer - which will be able to interpret SVG file commands in a graphical user interface by both of the above methods and for each of them to provide information about the computational complexity, on the basis of which we can show the appropriateness of using one or the other approach, library functions or user-defined functions with the possibility of further optimization.

Animal Species Diversity on Prehistoric Rock Paintings

The term rock art represents prehistoric, historic and present images, which are being created on the rocks or on the free stone panels. It constitutes important historic heritage to people. The meaning of the rock paintings is mostly spiritual or it is somehow connected with hunters and gatherers. The dating of the rock art is very difficult and it is almost not possible to determine the specific year of creation. The oldest rock art was created by the people in the prehistoric Stone Age. Rock paintings were discovered all around the world. I focused on rock paintings with zoomorphic motives on the American continent, especially in North America and Mexico.
The main purpose of this work was to describe animal species diversity on prehistoric rock paintings, especially focused on the life with wild animals and the beginning of agriculture in North America and Mexico. I created the database based on specialised articles that contains fifty various rock paintings with zoomorphic motifs. The database contains 25 different localities, primarily from the western USA. I identified 12 different species of animals in these paintings, the most numerous animal was the mountain sheep also known as the bighorn sheep (Ovis canadensis), which had a big meaning for Indian culture in America. I processed all the data from the database and calculated the Shannon index. The value of the Shannon index was 1,5478, which means that the diversity of animals in North America and Mexico in these 50 processed paintings was determined as low. The Shannon index was also computed for each single region from the database. In the discussion I focused on bighorn sheep and its population in history and then I focused on the meaning and beneficial effect of the wild sheep for the prehistoric native people.

Design and implementation of e-learning in the area of interest

The bachelor thesis Design and Implementation of e-learning in the area of interest is focused on computer typography and the area of DTP. The objective was to create a quality e-learning course, which would develop the knowledge and skills of workers who routinely manage the work with graphic programs for working with text in typesetting program Adobe InDesign. The theoretical part is conceived as a text study support to the course and deals with typography, fonts, printing materials, computer typesetting and DTP. The practical part contains the objective and the target group of the course, the needs analysis of the workplace, for which the course was created, the description of the tools that were used for creating the course and description of the structure and of the course content. The course was prepared on the basis of a synthesis of findings, which was preceded by an analysis of training needs of the target group. Educational content consists of text and instructions in the form of images, which were created by the author as screen captures in Adobe InDesign. The pilot testing of the course was realized by eight experts in the area of DTP. The final evaluation, which took the form of a questionnaire and interviews showed that e-lerning was properly elected form of education for this course and respondents accepted it with enthusiasm. Respondents rated course as the high quality one.

Photogrammetry using UAV and non-metric photocamera

This thesis deals with the use of unmanned airborne vehicles especially in environmental sectors. Gradually they describe the different types and characteristics of aircraft. The introduction explains the historical development and the legislation applicable to the management of unmanned airborne vehicle. Another part deals with processing of the results acquired with the help of UAVs. It is explained by the physical principle of data collection. The following describes the different types of data that can be obtained by placing different sensors and cameras for UAV support. This is a multispectral, hyperspectral, thermal imaging and lidar sensors. It explains the process of evaluating the measurement data in the GIS environment. Work also addresses the evaluation of the images taken by UAV with the help of a semi automated software. The paper presents examples of the world's most pervasive software. Attention was also placed on the use of individual outputs. The last section provides examples of the use of UAVs or software on concrete examples, where the UAV resources necessary tool for the project implementation.
