An Encounter With Dialgue Acting Within The Context of Spiritual Ways Known To Me And Practiced By Me.
Samuhelová, Danica ; Vyskočil, Ivan (advisor) ; Slavíková, Eva (referee)
In my diploma work, I tried to look into deeper context which opens during Dialogue Acting With Inner Partner (DA). I consciously left out the theatre utilisation of DA which I touched only marginally. Above all, I wanted to explore the spiritual aspect which is open to everyone at the moment of one's entering into the process of DA. For me, DA is a bridge between the western style of perceiving the reality, and the eastern insight into the essence of existence. I mention here only the spiritual practics I experienced by myself, mostly through practicing or intuitive connection through my dreams.

Dream in photography
KAMENSKÁ, Julie
This academic-practical Bachelor's thesis attempts to outline various approaches to the depiction of dream imagery through the medium of photography. The first part of the academic section juxtaposes the interpretation of the meanings of dreams with regard to two theories Sigmund Freud's depth psychology and Carl Gustav Jung's theory of optimism. Furthermore, it is concerned with imagination as such, i.e. the ability to evoke mental images of memories or entirely new visions transformed into the visual art of photography. The second part of the academic section presents diverse artistic approaches to imaginary photographies: Spanning from pictorialism, surrealism up to postmodern photographies and contemporary tendencies. The practical section of the thesis thematically continues the academic one by presenting five dream photographies. The comprehensive collection with the name "The Photographies of a Single Night" was inspired by my own dreams.

Dreams and other formations in communication with self and with others
Písecká, Petra ; Kučera, Miloš (advisor) ; Viktorová, Ida (referee)
The goal of this thesis is to accentuate the communicational aspect of dealing with unconscious manifestations, with emphasis on handling dreams. Based on the analysis of Sigmund Freud's texts, it examines the ways in which we can talk about dreams and other unconscious manifestations and what influence such talk has on the individuals participating in the communicational process. The thesis charts several of Sigmund Freud's important texts that are used as a basis to prove that thanks to the mystery surrounding it, a dream can exert significant influence on communication. Sigmund Freud's theory was chosen for this thesis, whose works about dreams and whose interest in examining unconscious manifestations, such as forgetting, slipping of the tongue, faulty acts and other, contain a communicational potential, whose surface Freud barely scratches, or which he often treats with outright neglect. The communicational aspect of Freud's works is accentuated thanks to Roman Jakobson's theory of communication. Keywords: dream, faulty acts, communication

Historical anthropology of dreams
Jirsová, Kateřina ; Horský, Jan (advisor) ; Zaoral, Roman (referee)
An unconventional theoretical study of dreams, this master's thesis aims to approach dreams from the perspective of historical anthropology, with a special emphasis on the Middle Ages. It analyses various theories of dreams from Antiquity to the Enlightenment, considering also the psychoanalytic approach, or (if you like) 20th century analytical psychology, and it is particularly concerned with the medieval notion of dreams and visions, with a special emphasis on the analysis of prophetic dreams of Jan of Jenštejn, the Prague archbishop in the end of the 14th century.

The Personal Motif
Vlčková, Tamara ; Zálešák, Jan (referee) ; Rathouský, Luděk (advisor)
In my bachelor work I focus on intimate communication. I am interested in the moment of detection and in a simple question: What makes sense? I'm interested in everyday situations and in a human body, which I display in different social situations and personal dialogue - with the audience, work, and man. The main motives of my drawings are personal stories that remind familiar stories, and transmit such information, which audience accepts and transforms in its own way. Important is a constellation of people and things, and also attitude, a gesture that creates the story. I mix reality, dreams, ideas, and questions - choosing aspects I tend to think about, that touch my feelings or that I fear. Equally important is the installation, where a personal space for watching drawings will be kept.
