Baránek, V. ; Mareš, J. ; Prokeš, Miroslav ; Jirásek, J. ; Spurný, P.
Weaning success of pond-reared zander (Zander lucioperca) fry was evaluated using three different converting methods: direct converting to dry feed (Bio-Optimal Start 0.5-0.8 mm) – variant A, three– day application of semi-moist feeding mixture on the base of fish – variant B and three-day application of semi-moist mixture + three-day co-feeding of semi-moist mixture and dry feed. These methods were evaluated regarding specific growth rate (SGR), Fulton´s factor of weight condition (FWC), survival and cannibalism. The average onset total length of fish was 35.22 ± 2.15 mm and the average individual weight was 0.31 ± 0.05 g. There were 600 individuals in each circular tank. The initial stock density was 0.62 g.l-1 (2 fish.l-1). The water temperature during this experiment fluctuated in intervals 22 – 24oC. Fish survival during a 14-day period of rearing ranged from 34.33% [C] to 50.33% [A]. Variant A and B were achieved better weaning performance than variant C regarding all parameters.

Reaction of selected varieties of winter oilseed rape (Brassica napus) on the application of fungicides
Vojík, Jan ; Bečka, David (advisor) ; Michal, Michal (referee)
Oilseed rape i sone of the most important crops in the world. I tis the most important oil crop in Czech Republic. I the last 50 years it had undergone large change in breedeng. Ratio of grown hybrids at present tops the open pollinated lines ( planning for harvest in 2016 saw 88% hybrids and only 12% of lines). There are quite important differences between varieties in tolerance to fungal diseases and not only to them. There are first varieties marketed with gene of pot shatter tolerance and others. The pressure of fungal diseases grows due to growing planting area of the rape. Trials with oil seed rape were established in the growing season 2014/15 on four varieties and two locations. We tested following hybrids: Arsenal (Limagrain), DK Exstorm (Monsanto), Jumper (Bayer), SY Cassidy (Syngenta). The locations were in the district Jičín farm AGRO Slatiny a.s., and in the district Kolín farm ZD Křečhoř a.s.. On each location were planted two trial variants 1) without fungicide application 2) with the application of fungicides. On the location Slatiny were applied three fungicides (Toprex, Paroli, Propulse), on the location Křečhoř also three fungicides (Toprex, Magnello, Amistar XTRA). The aim of the bachelor study was to test growth yield and qualitative parameters of the varieties together with observation of fungal diseases and their influence on yield and oil content. We were testing the infestation of following diseases Phoma lingam, Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, Verticilium dahlie Botrytis cinerea. Hybrid DK Exstorm (195cm) was the tallest variety on both locations followed by hybrid Arsenal (193,5 cm). By number of branches was the best ranked variety hybrid Arsenal, the lowest was SY Cassidy. On fungicide treated variants grew number of pods per m2 by average 6% on both locations. Average yield vas slightly higher in location Křečhoř in both variants, treated (70kg) and untreated (50 kg). On both locations was visible difference between treated and untreated variants. Yield increase was in average 5,4% (200kg/ha). Varieties with best reaction to fungicide treatment were DK Exstorm (Monsanto) and Jumper (Bayer). Fungicide application influenced also crop height, number of branches and pods per m2. Following conclusions are made in the bachelor study: - Fungicide application increased yield in average by 5,4% (i.e.200 t/ha) and improwed the health of the crop. - DK Exstorm and Jumper were varieties with the best reaction on the fungicide treatmentArsenal (4,37 t/ha) was the best yileding variety on both locations followed by hybrid Jumper (4,27 t/ha). - Arsenal is the recomended variety for both locations Křečhoř and Slatiny

Title: The influence of water activity on respiration behaviour of women after breast ablation. Aim: We aim to design and verify a programme of water exercises for women after breast ablation which would have a positive influence on their health. In our pedagogical experiment we want to discover the effect of breathing exercises in water environment on respiration capacity and strength of respiration muscles (inspiration and expiration muscles). Methods: Sociological research was used in order to find suitable probands. The examination of functions of respiration muscles was used in order to evaluate strength of respiration muscles. We measured strength of respiration muscles (inspiration PI max and expiration muscles PE max). Spirometry testing, volume-time curve and a flow-volume loop, set values for inspiration (VCinsp) and expiration (VCexp). The examination was carried out in Krajska zdravotni a.s, Usti nad Labem at the department of Functional Diagnostic. Results were evaluated by statistic program STATIS TICA. We used describing statistics, categorization, data analysis, t-tests, Wilcoxon and Mann Whitney testing. Conclusion: Water activity related to breast exercises had a positive influence on values of PI max, VC insp a VC exp which demonstrate results of Wilcoxon test. Some differences...

Evaluation of Surface Quality When Using AWJ And WJM Cutting Methods
Pecháček, Martin ; Dvořák, Jaromír (referee) ; Slaný, Martin (advisor)
This study deals with technology of abrasive water jet material cutting and influence of cutting head feed rate on surface topography of cut walls with regards to roughness. Eight parameters were chosen based on the CSN EN ISO 4288 standard representing quality of surface after AWJ cutting. When AWJ cutting the chosen material – commercially pure ASTM B265 grade 2 titanium – feed rate was being changed and in order to obtain information about each parameter´s distribution in various depths of the cut, surface composition was evaluated. It was found out that feed rate has significant influence on surface and that the profile elements´ width grows when increasing the feed rate and cut depth. Furthermore, two selected feed rate results were compared to laser beam technology and conclusion for the selected material was made that AWJ cutting is more preferable due to final roughness and no heat affect on the material.

The work was focused on the preparation of layered ceramic materials and their characterizations. The direct measurment of weight deposite for enhanced description of one component system was studied within this work. The kinetics of electrophoretic deposition obtained from theoretical calculation and from experimental values were confronted. It was prepared a lot of depositions for described kinetic of electrophoretic deposition with applied constant currents. The relative density and porosity were determined on the annealled and sintered bodies. The hardness measurments were performed on sintered bodies and then resulted values were confronted with the used currents. A ceramic composite based on Al2O3 and ZrO2 was prepared by using of precision describtion of electrophoretic deposition kinetic.

Image analysis in tribodiagnostics
Machalík, Stanislav ; Stodola,, Jiří (referee) ; Tillová,, Eva (referee) ; Zemčík, Pavel (advisor)
Image analysis of wear particles is a suitable support tool for detail analysis of engine, gear, hydraulic and industrial oils. It allows to obtain information not only of basic parameters of abrasion particles but also data that would be very difficult to obtain using classical ways of evaluation. Based on the analysis of morphological or image characteristics of particles, the progress of wearing the machine parts out can be followed and, as a result, possible breakdown of the engine can be prevented or the optimum period for changing the oil can be determined. The aim of this paper is to explore the possibilities of using the image analysis combined with the method of analytical ferrography and suggest a tool for automated particle classification. Current methods of wear particle analysis are derived from the evaluation that does not offer an exact idea of processes that take place between the friction surfaces in the engine system. The work is based upon the method of analytical ferrography which allows to evaluate the state of the machine. The benefit of use of classifiers defined in this wirk is the possibility of automated evaluation of analytical ferrography outputs; the use of them eliminates the crucial disadvantage of ferrographical analysis which is its dependence on the subjective evaluation done by the expert who performs the analysis. Classifiers are defined as a result of using the methods of machine learning. Based on an extensive database of particles that was created in the first part of the work, the classifiers were trained as a result, they make the evaluation of ferrographically separated abrasion particles from oils taken from lubricated systems possible. In the next stage, experiments were carried out and optimum classifier settings were determined based on the results of the experiments.
