I choose as the subject of my graduation thesis, the Draft marketing strategy consulting copany. My thesis has three parts: theoretical and practical. In the first part, I described the main conceptions related to the thema. I studied information from specialized publications, which finally helped me with the analyses. In the second part of my thesis is to interpret teoretical knowledges to the practical field. First step was describe the company, which a chaose. I searched for specific information about this company. I looked for it from external resources like internet. After that followed the analysis of microeconomical and macroeconomical environment. There were chosen and applied the Porter´s five forces model analyses and STEP analyses. During those analyses were used the information in consultations with employees of the company. The end of this thesis consist of evaluation of analyses and draft marketing strategy consulting company.

The current state and prospects for sustainable development of tourism in Slovakia.

Tourism contributes to the prosperity of destinations by bringing financial resources, new jobs, a higher level of services and infrastructure development. However, if tourism does not develop sustainably, it is accompanied by negative factors, as well. Especially, negative impacts on the environment, such as: water and soil contamination, increased noise and overcrowded destination during the high season. As a response to the worsening state of the environment and possible irreversible changes caused by irresponsible human behavior, the idea of sustainable development is becoming more important. The theoretical part describes tourism in the Slovak Republic and highlights plans for sustainable tourism development. In the practical part, the results of the questionnaire, related to the awareness of sustainable tourism in the Slovak Republic, are evaluated. The main objective of this thesis is to evaluate the current situation in the field of sustainable tourism and to make suggestions for its future development.

Strategy for development of Brandýs n. Labem - Stará Boleslav municipality

This bachelor thesis concerns with strategic planning. Based on review of literature and extensive analyses of the case study, scenarios for its future development were defined. These scenarios are based on probable development of key factors and reaction of municipal decision-makers to them. They therefore represent possible futures of the area and are used to create a suitable development strategy by evaluating those scenarios. This thesis highlights the importance of long-term development planning of towns and villages. The results of scenarios indicate the importance of traffic infrastructure and big development potenciál of Labe river for the development of Brandýs nad Labem - Stará Boleslav municipality.

Potential of sustainable development of the Village

This thesis analyzes the sustainable development strategy focusing on the environmental pillar and the subsequent evaluation of the implementation of environmental sustainability in Kladno. The main aim was to evaluate the active and environmental policy perspective of the city.
In the theoretical part are described various laws, documents and instruments relating to environmental policy and sustainable development. The thesis is talking about the area of interest, its historical development, demography, environment, social and cultural fields.
Using concrete examples it is recommended how the environmental management of Kladno could proceed in the future. The proposed recommendations are a result of analysis of all available information which include the needs and requirements of city residents.It is important to update Strategy of environmental policy and introduction of activities from the Sustainable Development Strategy SO ORP Kladno in to practise. Improving of public services and community cohesion. Establishment of school forums in primary schools.
The final part contains the results of a field survey. Questionnaires were handed and collected in combination with controlled interviews.

Support of regional development through the Local Action Group Podchlumí

The Diploma thesis deals with issues of the support of regional development through the Local Action Group Podchlumí, r.a. (LAG Podchlumí).
The goal of this thesis was to explore the contribution of the LAG Podchlumí to quality of life of residents and business development. Assessment of the influence of LAG on regional development has been based on the existence and implementation of the Program of rural development program of the Czech Republic Axis IV. LEADER, which leads to an improvement of management and to mobilization of the natural inner potential of countryside. The Program of rural development represented the main financial source for fruition of LAG projects in the previous programming period.
In this thesis, activities of the LAG Podchlumí and local subjects for support and development of partnership of residents and for public, business, and non-profit communities have been analysed. Implementation of own projects, through which the versatile development of the region, life improvement of residents, increase the attractiveness of the region has been evaluated. In order to get an independent and objective evaluation, an anonymous questionnaire has been conducted among residents of the region Podchlumí. Further, personal observation of the region Podchlumí, a study of professional literature as well as of internal materials of the LAG has been done. The hypothesis that the Local Action Group Podchlumí plays an important role in development of partnership of public administration of municipalities, agricultural subjects, independent agricultural as well as non-agricultural enterpreneurs, and non-profit organizations has been verified on the basis of analysis of realized activities. Support from the Program of countryside development to the region Podchlumí, Measure IV.1.2 Realization of local development strategy, contributed to achieving improvements in quality of life of residents. The greatest support was given to appearance of communities and quality of infrastructure, development of public facilities and services. Financial resources were spent also on modernization and development of agricultural as well as non-agricultural business. In comparison with other LAGs in the district Jičín, the LAG Podchlumí supported the greatest number of projects through the measure IV.1.2 of the Rural development program on realization of local developing strategy. It has been found by means of evaluation of the anonymous questionaire among residents of the region that residents perceive improvement of appearance and life of communities but they are not aware of the fact that many projects have been implemented with the contribution of activities of the LAG Podchlumí. For this reason, the LAG Podchlumí should focus more on propagation of its own activities. Residents of the region are interested in surrounding of their villages.
It is possible to made conclusion that the results of analysis of activities of the LAG authenticated and confirmed correctness of the hypothesis that the Local Action Group Podchlumí plays an important role in development of partnership of public administration of municipalities, agricultural subjects, independent agricultural as well as non-agricultural enterpreneurs, and non-profit organizations.

The impal of subsidies on the area development of LAG Podhorácko

The thesis deals with the contribution of the local action group Podhorácko as an appropriate tool to support the development of rural areas. The goal of the thesis is to evaluate the utilization of European funding grants for Podhorácká region during the years 2007 - 2013. The impact of successful projects on the territory development is also being researched.
The thesis is divided into three parts. The initial part is aimed at the theoretical overview of the issue, the importance of rural areas and at the programmes for the rural areas development. It also contains the characterization of local action groups and the method LEADER. The second part presents the characterization of the local action group Podhorácko and the analysis of MAS region. The evaluation of funding grants for given territory is also included in this part. The last part suggests concrete measures and potential areas for MAS Podhorácko activity during the years 2014 - 2020.
The thesis analyzes the territory of local action group and verifies two hypothesises:
- MAS significantly contributes to the development of the rural areas of the given region
- the utilization of funding grants is effective
On the bases of the results of the statistical method and sociological survey the thesis defines problem areas impeding the future development.

Development factors of Říčansko region

The thesis titled theme "Factors regional development Říčansko"
It is aimed at demographically growing community Sulice. This small village in the Central Region belongs to its location in the administrative district of Ricany. On the base of the higher territorial unit of the village is connected with the Prague metropolitan region, so we canin her talk as outer commuter zone. Work is in terms of content divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the first chapters of the thesis deals with the analysis of literature. Describes technical terms that relate to this topic. Explains such terms. Region, regional development, village, regionalization, demographics, urbanization, suburbanization, zoning and public administration. Subsequently, the practical part analyzes the municipality Sulice, focusing on the history, the present and the overall development of infrastructure, in order to identify the main development potentials. Attention is paid mainly to widespread suburbanization, which is associated with the growth of population in the village. For this reason, the author hinder handle the additional survey to better evaluate the possible social problems, and vice versa benefits of cohabitation residents and newcomers. A separate chapter assess basic development indicators, which most affect the economic and social development of the community Sulice. Finally, work is based on the findings SWOT analysis, which clearly illustrates the factors that could Sulice community should give more support, but also identifies areas that should be planned future development of the municipality mitigated.

Evaluation of the Influence of the Grant Programs aimed at the Management and Development of Villages Litovel and Příkazy

This thesis, called Assessment of the impact of grant projects on the economy and development of the municipalities Litovel and Prikazy, compares the selected municipalities on the basis of the impacts of the provision of public subsidies on their economy, development and the quality of life of their inhabitants. The aim of the thesis is to analyze what factors influence the way how the municipalities exploit the potential of subsidies for their development. Therefore, the analysis compares two municipalities with very similar starting conditions (they are located in close proximity and in the same region) and the main difference between them is their size. In the theoretical parts the key concepts are defined such as municipality, its competence, bodies and economy. Building upon that, the practical part analyses the economy of the specified municipalities and impact of grant projects on the economy. Furthermore, the most relevant projects are presented. In order to achieve comparability of selected municipalities, a survey among their inhabitants has been realized. Concluding, the thesis compares the impacts of realized grant projects in both municipalities on their economy as well as their development and the quality of life of local inhabitants.

Long-term production and structure changes within agriculture in Vysočina district and the impact of these upon the future development of a specific farm

The thesis deals with statistic analysis of long term trends in production and structural indicators in agriculture in Vysocina district during the years 2000 to 2015. Theoretical part explains agriculture development, characteristics of production factors, subsidies and also land resources of the Czech Republic. The practical part of the thesis concentrates on the most significant crops in the district and on the yields of those crops. Further more, the thesis focuses on the most significant categories of farm animals. The thesis concentrates on a specific farm which is analyzed the same way. On the basis of statistical methods there are found point and interval forecasts of farm animals state and also forecasts of structural and production indicators. The resulting indicators characterize the development in Vysocina district and its future considering current trends. The results of the thesis are summarized into a perspectives of agriculture development in Vysocina district and into recommendations for the selected farm. The data for the thesis were gathered from the yearbooks of the Czech Statistical Office, definitive data of harvest of agriculture crops for respective years, and farmer portal.
