The radical right wing in the political system of the Czech Republic
TLUSTÁ, Eva
The presented graduation thesis deals with radical right wing parties in the political system of the Czech republic. The far-right wing parties occured in the area of the present Czech republic in the second half of 19th century. In the following years their number and importance fluctuated. In the last twenty years the Dělnická strana appeared. This party was the most important far-right wing party since 1989 until present days. Dělnická strana was founded in 2002 and cancelled was by the Supreme Administrative Court eight years later. Many far-right wing parties acted in Czech republic besides this one after 1989. None of them, including Dělnická strana sociální spravedlnosti, which is the successor party of Dělnická strana, had ever achieved such popularity and elective results.

Reliable visual systems
Honec, Peter ; Janáková, Ilona (advisor)
The Doctoral thesis demonstrates the design of reliable industrial visual systems. The special emphasis is dedicated to the detection of defects on webs in industrial applications based on line-scan cameras. This system makes possible detection and classification of defects originating during the real production conditions. This work covers a theoretical study of a visual system for the defect detection on endless bands as well as of appropriate lighting and the scene arrangement. Further to that have been selected, adjusted and designed key components of hardware. Following the design and optimization of algorithms a system prototype had been installed on non-woven textiles production line. Eight visual systems implemented into real-life industrial conditions based on this prototype

Phishing and the human factor
Kalinová, Diana ; Sigmund, Tomáš (advisor) ; Pavlíček, Luboš (referee)
The main aim of the diploma thesis is to underline the importance of human factor for the success of phishing attacks and to identify the reasons, why the Czech and Slovak users are vulnerable to phishing. The thesis focuses on the user as the weakest part in the system which phishers exploit. Social and technical tricks that are cheating users are in the second chapter. The third chapter focuses on social engineering and sociological methods of attack. The fourth chapter is devoted to the delivery of phishing and fifth chapter explores the various types of phishing attacks. The sixth chapter presents the reasons for the operation of phishing, the aspects of credibility and authenticity of e-mails and web sites, that users follow and the implications of using the context in phishing. The victims of phishing have specific reactions which are mentioned in the seventh chapter. The eighth chapter explores the various measures against phishing, not just technology. Mentioned eight chapters present a theoretical basis for the following chapters of the diploma thesis. In the ninth chapter is performed analysis of the global situation of phishing. Through analysis are identified current and historical trends in phishing. Finally, the chapter shows the implications for the user. The tenth chapter is devoted to the phishing attacks in the Czech and Slovak Republic which are interesting in terms of the importance of human factor. We determine whether users are able to defend attacks only with their carefulness, mindfulness and awareness of phishing. Within the last chapter is taken empirical research through the questionnaire survey. The research verifies the awareness of the Czech and Slovak users about phishing, their personal experiences with phishing, their security habits and the aspects of credibility and authenticity that they consider in emails and websites. Based on all findings are drawn conclusions and recommendations.

Diffusion of cupric ions in humic hydrogels
Grunt, Jakub ; Pabst, Willi (referee) ; Klučáková, Martina (advisor)
Presented diploma thesis focuses on the study of diffusion of cupric ions in humic acid hydrogels. A total of eight different hydrogels were prepared by dissolving the humic acids with sodium hydroxide and sodium triphosphate. For the purpose of precipitation and cross linking, hydrochloric acid and chlorides of magnesium, calcium and iron were used during a modified preparation of gels. Different gel-forming interactions were achieved by modifying the preparation of hydrogel systems. The aim of the thesis was to assess the effect of gel preparation procedure on the transport properties of the gels. Therefore, diffusion coeficients were determined for all samples. Two different methods - constant-source diffusion and instantaneous planar source diffusion - were used to assign the diffusion coefficients. Methods differ in source concentrations of cupric ions and are suitable for assessing the impact of the concentration on the diffusion coefficient. Both these methods were based on monitoring temporal evolution of diffusion profiles of cupric ions and on assigning the overall diffusion flow. Copper ions were elected as diffusing medium because of their high affinity and strong binding to humic acids. Measurements show that gels prepared using polyphosphate allow slightly faster diffusion of cupric ions and that the constant-source method provides higher diffusion coefficients in comparison to instantaneous planar source method.

Women´s opinion on bearing pain during labour by means of using pharmacological methods
JIRÁSKOVÁ, Renáta
The bachelor thesis deals with coping with pain during labour by means of pharmaceutical methods and women's opinions on these methods. The theoretical part describes labour, labour pains and non-pharmaceutical methods how to relieve labour pain and a midwife assistant's role in the care of women in travail. The research part of the bachelor thesis deals with women's antenatal knowledge about relieving pain during labour by means of pharmaceutical methods and their opinion on it. In the thesis, two main objectives were set. The first one was to find out how much women are informed about the ways how to relieve pain during labour. The second one was to find out women's opinion on using pharmaceutical methods to relieve pain during labour. In connection with these two objectives, two research questions were formulated: "How far are the women informed about using pharmaceutical methods to relieve pain during labour?" and "What is the women's opinion on using pharmaceutical methods during labour?" For the implementation of the research, the method of qualitative research investigation was used by means of intensive half-structured interviews. The content analysis was performed by means of paper and pencil method. The acquired data were categorized. Two main categories were created: Women's knowledge and Labour and pain. The research file consisted of eight women in a five months period after giving birth in hospitals in Prague. The interviews took place during May 2015 in their domestic environment. The research investigation showed that half of the respondents felt they had enough information about the methods of relieving pain and the second half felt insufficiently informed or having no information at all. Most women actively seek information on their own. They use internet the most and also get opinions from their family members and friends. Three respondents got information before their labour by hospital staff, they all got the information in a specialized course and only two of them got information in an antenatal clinic. The research showed that half of the women would appreciate to get more information about relieving pain by pharmaceutical methods already in an antenatal clinic by means of leaflets. The solution would be to educate women before the labour in antenatal clinics, during the specialized courses, where women get the information from the specialists. The questioned women showed moreless negative opinions on using pharmaceutical methods to relieve pain and most of them would rather not use them. Half of the women would use them only in case of absolutely unbearable pain. Three respondents would not use them at all. Two of them because they have good experience giving birth without using any pharmaceutical methods and one of them because she had very negative experience with intravenous systemic analgesia from her last labour. Only one respondent had a very positive opinion on using the pharmaceutical methods for relieving the pain during labour and she would go for it again. Nowadays, modern medicine offers many ways how to relieve pain during labour and it is very important to inform women and offer them this option, but the final decision is on them. The research gave answers to both questions. The research showed that half of the women were insufficiently informed, so it means they should get more information about these methods in advance. The research also showed that women would rather not use pharmaceutical methods that help relieving pain because of their previous experience or because they feel pain is a natural part of labour. This bachelor thesis can be used as a brochure to get information for midwives and students of this field. It can also be used as an educational material for pregnant women and women planning pregnancy.

Everything for brothers. History od family life in 19. century in example of Lambl's family
Paurová, Lucie ; Pokorná, Magdaléna (advisor) ; Štaif, Jiří (referee)
The Lambl's family was a part of the famous intellectual family in Bohemia in the second half of the 19th century. The Lambl's brothers were respected experts in their profession. František Sudimír became a highly educated economic officer, Karel Milan was a highly educated economic pedagogue, Vilém Dušan was a very famous doctor and Jan Baptista was a highly educated agricultural expert and at the same time he worked as a organizer of the economic school systém. Eight of the brothers and sisters lived to an adult age, four sisters (Marie, Barbora, Eliška, Anna) and four brothers. All the brothers got married and set up their own families, only one of the sisters - the youngest Ann, got married. The brothers and sisters took a part in the Bohemia patriotic life (for example Vilém Dušan was politically active in 1848, he was in correspondence, apart from others, with Karel Havlíček). The sisters then were involved in the women's society mainly. All brothers and sister made up a compact group for the duration of seventy years. They kept the warmly family relationships and supported each other. The brothers and sisters have not lost contact during their adult age. The sisters helped their unmarried or widowed brothers and helped them with a household, and looked after them in places of their...

Study of Perovskite Type Oxide Catalysts for Partial Oxidation of Methane
Cihlář, Jaroslav ; Hanykýř, Vladimír (referee) ; Čapek,, Libor (referee) ; Čičmanec,, Pavel (advisor)
Research was curried out on the perovskite systems with general formula A1-xA‘xB1-yB‘yO3± (where A=La, Sm, A´=Ca, B´=Al, B=Co,Fe,Mn and Cr). Perovskite oxides were sythesized by polymerisation methods and characterised by RTG analysis, BET method, SEM and EDX. TPD spectra and catalyst testing were measured in high temperature plug flow reactor and products were analysed by mass spectrometry. It was found, that metane oxidation at ratio O2/CH40,5 depended on the temperature. Total oxidation proceeded at the temperature betwen 300-700oC to the carbon dioxide and water, while the partial oxidation of metane (POM) occured at above 700oC to the hydrogen and carbon oxid (syngas). This was ascribed by equilibrium of O2 betwen gas phase and solid perovskite. There was used 12 perovskite systems, which catalysed methane oxidation by the same way. Dry reforming of methane run above temperature 700oC. Cobaltite and ferite type perovskites were found as the most active catalytic systems. On the base of obtained results the Mars van Krevelen mechanism was established for explanation of oxidation and reformation of methane by perovskite systems. It was showed, that POM was running by two steps mechanism. Products of total oxidation was occured in the first step, which were passed over to the syngas (H2+CO) in the second step.
