Scintilační detektor SE pro mikroskopy Variable Pressure
Jirák, Josef ; Linhart, Jan ; Neděla, Vilém
This paper deals with secondary electrons detection in the ESEM via the entirely new type of scintillation detector. It is shown a way of using scitillation detector in the condition of elevated pressure conditions.

A set of approximations for the specific volume of saturated liquid and saturated vapor, saturation pressure and for theirs derivatives as well as a concept of some theirs combinations is given.

The Fish Populations in the Selected Sumava Mountains streams with an occurrence of the Freshwater Pearl mussel
LUNDA, Roman
Monitoring of fish populations was done in 2010. The catch was conducted at predetermined locations with a potential occurrence of the freshwater pearl mussel (Margaritifera margaritifera). The aim was to map there ichtyofauna in terms of biodiversity, equitability, abundance, dominance and the size variation. An electric aggregate catching was used for the monitoring. Each section of the monitored area was 200 m long and catching was proceed upstream in its whole width. Caught fish were determined, measured and returned back. The status of fish communities was assessed on the basis of acquired information. In total, two species of Salmonidae and Cottidae were found in the monitored localities and one species of Cyclostomata. The dominating brown trout (Salmo trutta m. fario), (81.4%) was followed by the bullhead (Cottus gobio), (17.4%). The brook lamprey belongs to the next protected and endangered species. In terms of biodiversity the locality no. 8 Spulka ? upper part (0.59) was assessed as the first one while the locality no. 2 Zlaty potok (Golden stream) ? Miletinky (0.14) was at the last placing. A majority of these localities? community was formed only by the brown trout and the bullhead. Only one part of the locality no. 3 Zlaty potok ? Strunkovice had a community enriched by the brook lamprey. The most abundant freshwater pearl mussels were confirmed at the locality no. 2 Zlaty potok ? Miletinky where the freshwater pearl mussel occurs from tens to hundreds individuals. This part has also a high abundance of the brown trout (96.8%) which serves as the host fish for the freshwater pearl mussel?s evolution cycle.

Zhodnocení exteriéru plemene moravský teplokrevník
Brabcová, Jana
The presented thesis deals with the evaluation exterior of Moravian warm-blooded horse breed. The aim of the study was to evaluate the effect of statistical five selected effects (year of birth, sex, breed, breeder district headquarters, district headquarters of the owner) for five of the variables, which were points of evaluation "ZZUV" a basic body dimensions measured on the breed MT. The research began by defining comparable basis in the breadth of breeding individuals born between 1980 -- 2009 and registered to 1. 1. 2014 PK MT. It was about 200 breeding mares and 24 stallions. This was followed by the collection of necessary data using Microsoft Excel 2010. This was specifically about gender, year of birth, belonging to the breed, the number of points obtained in "ZZUV" values of body measurements, "PG" %, the highest performance achieved offspring of horses and monitored their color. This data were compiled statistical program continues Unistat 5.1 for Excel using the general linear model with fixed variables (GLM) and statistically significantly affected variables were forwarded to the multiple comparison method of Scheffe effects. All data were then divided into groups and compiled in tables and graphs. They represent the fair value and the percentage achievement on the one hand the whole population, but also compared gender stallions and mares.

Modeling rotor dynamic systems with hydraulic coupling elements with variable quantity of fluids
Houfek, Lubomír ; Malenovský, E.
In the paper is presented analysis of inflow and outflow in hydraulic coupling elements in rotor systems. The models of squeeze film damper and hydraulic bearing are developed now. For solutions is used control volume method. There are presented two models of boundary conditions - in segment and in volume. Three locations of eccentricity are solved - centered shaft position, 50

To modelling of phenomenons of internal dynamics of systems with strong non-analytical nonlinearities
Škuderová, Alena
The creation of model of two spur gears with elastic supports so, in order that to waht mostly approximate real fact, was the aim of this work. This model considers the influence of motion in bearings not only at direction of line of mesh, but and at al direction, the damping and periodically variable stiffness into the gear mesh, frictional forces, possibly eccentricity of gears or manufacturing inaccuracy of teeth profile and influences of impacts, caused by existence of backlash.

Dynamics of a bubble in variable pressure and temperature fields of a liquid
Zima, Patrik ; Maršík, František
A study of nucleation and growth of bubbles in a liquid by means of a method based on the nucleation pulse in a shock tube is proposed. The nucleation of bubbles in the shock tube is initiated by a sudden depressurization due to the expansion of the liquid. It is assumed that the nucleation is homogeneous and the nucleation rate and the growth of bubbles can be evaluated using the light scattering method. Description of the experimental setup and analytical solution of the expansion of water in a shock tube are given. The theory of radial dynamics of a spherical vapor/gas bubble in a liquid is then employed in the form of the Rayleigh-Plesset equation and some aspects of inertially controlled bubble growth are discussed. The governing equation and conditions for mass transfer across the bubble boundary due to diffusion of the contaminant gas are given.

Environmental variables acquisition and evaluation
Ulrych, Vladislav ; Vasilenko, Alexandr (advisor)
The first part of thesis is devoted to the environment of the room in which is monitoring device intended - server room. There are description of calculating algorithms for proper sizing of cooling due to the heat. Further in this part is description of suitable senzors for monitoring device - physical principle, their proper use and meaning. Theoretical part also contains a list of several available ready commercial solutions of monitoring stations and their characteristics. The second part is devoted to the assembly of monitoring device - physical build of hardware components, preparation s and connecting sensors, operating system installation, configuration and network preparation. The second part contains also instaling web server and configuration parts, that allows amek a web interface with presentation of measured physical quantities. Integration device with Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) for use with Zabbix monitoring system. Output from this work can be used for monitoring fundamental physical quantities in a small server room or in switch room.

Evaluation of soil variability based on measuring the soil electrical conductivity.
Votavová, Eliška ; Kroulík, Milan (advisor) ; Novák, Petr (referee)
The aim of this diploma thesis was to verify the new capabilities for mapping variability of soil using measurement platforms mounted on machines for tillage. The chapter Soil describes types of soil in the Czech Republic, the causes of soil variability and the methods of spatial interpolation. The chapter Mapping Spatial Variability of Land focuses on the method of determining the variability of soil properties through direct and indirect methods, selection of locations for collection of soil samples, methods of measuring electrical conductivity and an overview of options for mapping, mainly via on-the-go sensors. The last part of the literary research is entitled Geographic Information System where I have described the purpose and uses of this system in precise farming. The subsequent practical part of the diploma thesis focuses on evaluation of the level of variability of farm land based on measuring of soil conductivity via a galvanic contact method of measuring and its subsequent comparison during use of an EM 38 MK2 soil conductivity probe. The conclusion contains a summary of the thesis and evaluation of the level of agreement between the obtained data files.
