Selected aspects of the execution proceedings

The bachelor thesis is dealing with the problems connected with the execution proceedings. The first part is focused on defining the different types of enforcement, with emphasis on execution proceedings. The theoretical part is focused on the general definition of the execution, the analysis of the contemporary legislation and the position of a bailiff in the Czech legal order. The course of execution proceedings and subsequent characterization of its individual parts is described in other sections of the work. The end of the theoretical part includes the selected means of defense against mandatory execution. The practical part is focused on the shortcomings of execution proceedings based on the specific example of practice. The author analyzes the defects that were associated with the execution proceedings and attempts to draft a solution to prevent similar situations.

Tato aktivita projektu je v úvodní fázi realizace. Jedním z důležitých vstupů jsou zahraniční zkušenosti a „filozofie“ přístupů k hodnocení kvality poskytovaných informačních služeb těchto institucí. Příspěvek uvede vybrané příklady novějších přístupů ve vztahu k možnému využití v ČR.

The explanatory power of the indicators of financial health

The thesis is focused on the selected systems of indicators of bankruptcy models and credibility models, that are applied on the specific enterprise. On the basis of collected data from balance sheet and statement of profit and loss there is calculated the financial health during five year period and than the explanatory power of these systems of indicators is made, whether the used systems of indicaters have the same explanatory power of different.

Communication in a selected organization

In the literary section is clarification and extension of the concept of communication. The practical part was focused on familiarization with the company , its divisions, where they are heading and how communication takes place.

The aim of this paper is to characterize software solution of CRM system BlueJet, product of the Compekon software company and evaluate its benefits for business companies which are using it. The next aim was to find out problems of these companies which were solved by using the system, conduct cost-benfit analysis in selected company and propose some recomendation for extending the profit of Compekon company.These objectives have been met.

Export strategy and support for exports

This thesis deals with the analysis team Chmelařství Žatec, hence its subsidiary of Bohemia Hop, as The theoretical part includes information on foreign trade, exports and aid institutions that deal with this issue. The thesis is further described the common agricultural policy and the Association of Private Farming in the Czech Republic and the Association of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises and Crafts of the Czech Republic. The practical part contains an analysis of the sector to which the exportation of hops from the Czech Republic and analysis Chmelařství Žatec team and its subsidiaries. In the following chapters the practical part are formed subgroup analysis (STEP, portfolio analysis, Porter 5-forces analysis of economic indicators, Ansoff matrix strategy, SWOT analysis). The work was also carried out a questionnaire survey and structured interviews. At the end of the thesis is the recommendation for Chmelařství team Žatec.

Aspects of drawing funds from EU sources and design funds for selected local action group

The thesis is entitled "Aspects of drawing funds from EU sources and design funds for selected local action group". MAS is based on the LEADER program, which is funded by the Rural Development Programme (RDP). This program seeks to maintain the population in the country, and the region more attractive, both in terms of cultural or professional backgrounds, such as support of local customs and traditions. A grant from the RDP can ask all rural areas in the Czech Republic, in addition to the capital.

The explanatory power of the financial statements of the selected company.

The objective of the Bachelor thesis is an assessment of the explanatory power of the financial situation of the company TIMAC AGRO CZECH s.r.o. The theoretical part deals with the content, structure and meaning of the individual financial statements. Also contains an overview of the basic techniques of financial analysis with a focus on ratio indicators and analysis of these indicators. In the practical part is first presented to the analysed company. The next part is devoted to the financial analysis for the period 2010 - 2011. The ratios were the profitability indicators applied, activities, indebtedness and liqutidy. A summary assessment of the health of the analysis of the company is in this part of the Bachelor thesis also used Altman Z-score. The final section is devoted to the evaluation of the results of financial analyses and specific recommendations and the influence of presentation of the individual items on the results of the financial analysis.

Time-varying monetary-policy rules and financial stress: Does financial instability matter for moentary policy?

Writers examine whether and how selected central banks responded to episodes of financial stress over the last three decades. They employ a new monetary-policy rule estimation methodology which allows for time-varying response coefficients and corrects for endogeneity.
