Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou Chmelařství družstva Žatec, potažmo jeho dceřinou společností Bohemia Hop, a. s. V Teoretické části jsou zahrnuty informace o zahraničním obchodě, podporách exportu a také institucích, které se touto problematikou zabývají. V diplomové práce je dále popsána společná zemědělská politika a Asociace soukromého zemědělství v České republice a Asociace malých a středních podniků a živnostníků v České republice. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu odvětví, kterým je vývoz chmele z České republiky a analýzu Chmelařství družstva Žatec a jeho dceřiné společnosti. V dalších kapitolách praktické části jsou vytvořeny vybrané analýzy (STEP, portfolio analýza, Porterův model 5-ti sil, analýzu ekonomických ukazatelů, Ansoffova matice strategie, SWOT analýza). V rámci práce bylo provedeno také dotazníkové šetření a řízené rozhovory. V závěru diplomové práce je doporučení pro Chmelařství družstvo Žatec. This thesis deals with the analysis team Chmelařství Žatec, hence its subsidiary of Bohemia Hop, as The theoretical part includes information on foreign trade, exports and aid institutions that deal with this issue. The thesis is further described the common agricultural policy and the Association of Private Farming in the Czech Republic and the Association of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises and Crafts of the Czech Republic. The practical part contains an analysis of the sector to which the exportation of hops from the Czech Republic and analysis Chmelařství Žatec team and its subsidiaries. In the following chapters the practical part are formed subgroup analysis (STEP, portfolio analysis, Porter 5-forces analysis of economic indicators, Ansoff matrix strategy, SWOT analysis). The work was also carried out a questionnaire survey and structured interviews. At the end of the thesis is the recommendation for Chmelařství team Žatec.
