Identification of factors influencing large measure of road-kill of game.

The bachelor´s thesis monitors an effect of motor traffic on selected species of game. The aim of this work was to review knowledge about protection of animals on surface communications and to survey and evaluate numbers of game killed on area of interest by motor traffic. Monitoring had been provided near České Budějovice in the southern Bohemia from August 2009 to October 2009. Killed individuals were documented by members of local hunting association, and on the basis of my own observations. The most frequently killed game species were brown hare and roe deer, from the other animal species common mole and both eastern and western hedgehog. But a lot of animals might not been found, so the results can be misinterpreted. The proposal of precaution which should improve the situation is an important part of the thesis.

Research Report on Condition Assessment of the Holy Ghost Tower's Roof Frame in Telč

The subject of the research report was to assess the condition of and identify the range of wood-destroying damage to the roof frame of the Holy Ghost tower in Telč focused on locating critical points, classifying the degree of damage, determining the extent of concealed attack by the means of non-destructive devices, specifying whether wood is subject to a fungal attack (mycology) or insect attack (entomology), including the drawing of the results obtained in the drawing documentation of the existing condition of the roof frame. Based on the results, specific procedures for rehabilitation measures were designed and elements designed for structural rehabilitation were included in the drawing documentation. The report is based primarily on direct and mediated (endoscopic) visual observations supplemented by measurements using a resistance microdrilling device.

Research Report on Condition Assessment of Wood-destroying Damage to Tie Beams, Threshold Beams, Struts and Wall Plates of the Belfry Structure of the White Tower in Hradec Králové

The subject of the research report was to assess the condition of and identify the range of wood-destroying damage to the tie beams, threshold beams, struts and wall plates of the belfry structure in the White Tower in Hradec Králové. The report focused on locating critical points, classifying the degree of damage, determining the extent of concealed attack by the means of non-destructive devices and drawing the results obtained in the drawing documentation. The research report was based on direct and mediated visual observation using an endoscope and mainly on measurements taken using a resistance microdrilling device and also on ascertainment of mechanical properties of wood using expanding jaws in the borehole. Based on the results, a rehabilitation measure was designed and elements designed for structural rehabilitation were indicated in the drawing documentation.

The thesis deals with the risk factors involved in internationalization process of small and medium-sized enterprises in the food industry. The objective of this thesis is to identify the key risk factors internationalization process and to propose risk management measures that prevent an entry and operation of small and medium-sized enterprises on foreign markets. This thesis will focus on small and medium-sized enterprises in the food industry in the Czech Republic.

IT outsourcing v praxi - případová studie

Cílem této práce je analýza využívání IT outsourcingu v konkrétní firmě a následná optimalizace některých popisovaných procesů. Na základě teoretických poznatků a za pomocí detailního rozboru stávající situace v oblasti činností a služeb, byla navržena možná optimalizace některých řešení a procesů, jež mohou vést k efektivnější spolupráci mezi klientem a poskytovatelem služeb. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části: teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je vysvětlen pojem IT outsourcingu. Jsou definovány jeho základní rysy včetně pozitiv a rizik vyplývajících z jeho zavedení, systematické dělení druhů outsourcingu a také jeho historické souvislosti s možným vývojem do budoucna. Praktická část se zabývá podrobnou analýzou vykonávaných aktivit a činností v rámci IT outsourcingu klienta. Práci uzavírá vlastní optimalizace možných oblastí jako je identifikace slabých a silných míst v poskytovaných službách, časového plánu, druhů úkolů, dokumentace, komunikace s vedením firmy.

Práce pojednává o personálním rozvoji firmy v závislosti na firemních cílech, které si společnost určila pro období 2-3 let. Výsledkem je - na základě analýzy výsledků empirického šetření zaměřeného na zjištění cílů společnosti, popisů pracovních míst a reálné náplně práce - identifikace rozvojových potřeb zaměstnanců, navržení individuálních plánů rozvoje a návrh struktury náboru a výběru nového zaměstnance, kterého firma potřebuje.

Prostorová strukturace vnímání a vědomí regionálních a lokálních identit: analýza a kartografická reprezentace pomocí metod mentálního mapování (teoretický a metodologický úvod)

The project following transdisciplinary approach comprising geographical, sociological and environmental-psychological view of the issue is about to be theoretically and empirically concerned with a question of subjective perception and construction of space and creation of territorially tied collective identities. Using the method of mental mapping and other behavioural-geographical, sociological and psychosemantic methods a spatial structure of awareness of local and regional identities, preferences, values and attitudes will be investigated. The factors affecting creation of subjective sense of places and relations (identifications) with places will be analysed and classified. The main result should be a set of mental maps (cartographic syntheses) delimiting and representing a model area (region) at different spatial hierarchical levels based on selected aspects, characteristics and subjective criteria.

PLNĚNÍ ROZPOČTU V KONKRÉTNÍCH PODMÍNKÁCH OBECNÍHO ÚŘADU

Práce souhrnně popisuje a hodnotí proces a podmínky sestavování, schvalování a plnění rozpočtu pražské městské části včetně komplexního zmapování činností, které na úřadu městské části v souvislosti s rozpočtem probíhají. Pozornost je věnována i finančním vazbám vůči rozpočtu hl. m. Prahy a specifikům pro vedení účetnictví a ověřování hospodaření. Práce ukazuje možnosti a omezení vypovídací schopnosti závěrečného účtu a dalších zveřejňovaných informací pro kontrolu veřejnosti nad použitím veřejných prostředků u městské části. Na konkrétním příkladu investiční i neinvestiční dotace je dokumentován proces získání, čerpání i vyúčtování dotací včetně popisu prováděných potřebných administrativních kroků a účetního zachycení. V případě identifikace úzkých míst je navržen přístup k jejich nápravě.

Analýza toku prázdných přepravních prostředků ve firmě Škoda Auto a.s.

Diplomová práce měla za úkol zmapovat současný tok prázdných palet a na základě zjištěných nedostatků navrhnout řešení. Nejprve byla provedena analýza současného stavu a bylo identifikováno několik slabých míst. Byly navrženy tři varianty řešení situace. První variantou bylo zavedení automatické identifikace: označení palet radiofrekvenčními štítky a sledování toku palet pomocí čtecích průjezdových bran. Další variantou byl systém automatické rezervace palet. Třetí variantou byla centralizace prázdných palet. Vzhledem k tomu, že tato varianta řešila většinu identifikovaných problémů a zároveň ji bylo možné realizovat za dodržení podmínek okamžité aplikovatelnosti a minimálních investičních nákladů, byla tato varianta podrobněji rozpracována. Všechny navržené varianty byly podrobeny vícekriteriálnímu hodnocení. Za nejvhodnější z uvažovaného souboru navržených variant, na základě principu praktické dominance, byla zvolena třetí varianta.
