The Specifics of Children Interrogation Summary The diploma thesis deals with interrogation of children, which means person under 18 years old, as witnesses, or even victims of crimes. The interrogation of child witnesses should be approached with special care, as children are very vulnerable to their unfinished mental and psychological development and have a higher risk of secondary victimization. The graduate aims to provide the reader with a comprehensive set of information on the issue of questioning child witnesses. The issue has an interdisciplinary character, so the work contains criminal, forensic, psychological, and victimological knowledge. At the same time, on the basis of research and interviews with police officers and social workers, the graduate evaluates the legal regulation and interrogation practice, identifies shortcomings and tries to present possibilities for their solution. The first part of the thesis contains the definition of basic terms with which the graduate works in the work. The Specifics of Children Interrogation Abstract This diploma thesis deals with the interrogation of children in criminal proceedings, with a focus on the specifics that are characteristic of it. The aim of the thesis is to provide a comprehensive overview of this issue at all levels - legal, psychological, as well as criminal, and to allow better understanding of its whole essence. In this introduction, the thesis focuses on the legal standpoint, in which it introduces the basic terms and outlines the current state of legislation in the Czech Republic. Then, it moves continuously to the psychological-criminal standpoint, where it reaches the point of its content - the specifics that may arise in connection with the interrogation of children. The thesis views these specifics from two different angles. From a psychological point of view, it enables to understand the complexity of a child's personality, which must always be taken into account during the interrogation. It also points out any risks that may arise in communicating with the child and which should be avoided. From the criminal point of view, it focuses directly on the course of interrogation itself. The thesis analyzes the business environment, commercial and cultural particularities of Martinique. The main objective is to present the island to Czech businessmen, exporters and entrepreneurs who are thinking of establishing business relations with this overseas department. For this purpose the analysis of four basic enviroments is included. According to these enviroments the work is divided into chapters. The first chapter deals with basic geographical, historical data and population characteristics. The second chapter contains an analysis of political and legal environment, describes the role of the principal office of the island and its powers. The third chapter concerns with a detailed analysis of the current economic situation. The last part shows the socio-cultural environment of Martinique, specific business practice, local customs and traditions. An image attachment can be found enclosed.

The aim of my work is to evaluate the business environment in Botswana, to describe the economic situation in the country and to analyse the cultural differencies and customs of the country. These customs, traditions and cultural peculiarities do not affect only everyday life of the population, but also business meetings and behaviour at the workplace. That is the reason why I clarify whether these customs and differencies from european culture are a major problem in business negotiations, what to beware and what to be prepared for if working with people from Botswana.

Cultural and Business Specialities of Canada

I have selected cultural and business specialities in Canada as a objective in my work. In these days it is really necessary to know witch cultural and business dissimilarities can we meet during business negotiation. It is my hope that my work will provide aggregate information about Canadian culture and will attract more interested person. For instance: business representatives, when they want to know about the country they want to do business with, correspondence departments they have to maintain the relationship with Canadian business partners, students they want to go to Canada for holiday or at last tourists they are going to visit the country of maple leaf on their journey. In the prologue I have tried to set the goal and the structure of my work. In first and second chapter I pay attention for territorial characteristics, economic situation and foreign trade. I also have taken down a legal framework of Canada. I found out that there is huge difference among Canadian provinces. Where some business tactics will be kindly accepted as a professional, in other province can this behaviour be taken as a lack of interest or dispassionate. Third chapter provides intercultural characteristics. On models of two well known anthropologists I have tried to explain Canadian behaviour- their ways of thinking, ways of acting and why are they different from their neighbours from US. Fourth and fifth chapter deals with cultural and business dissimilarities in Canada. I have explained why is Canadian culture of business so special from other cultures. Language issue, social values or inclination to recycle and other problematic has been mentioned. The conclusion of my work has shown if I succeeded in my goals that I set in prologue. I am aware, that this topic is so extensive that I was not able to cover all of it but I hope that I have provided many useful information and knowledge about this so various region.
Business and cultural dissimilarities of Pakistan

In my bachelor thesis I would like to focus on cultural and business dissimilarities of Pakistan which can Czech companies see this country. I am going to compare information acertained from the proffesional literature with information gained through questionnaire which I am going to send to Czech companies cooperating with Pakistan and to individuals who spent some time in Pakistan or still live there. First of all, I am going to mention some basic information about Pakistan, describe its history, political and economic situation and religion. Then I am going to focus on business dissimilarities, describe benefits of Pakistani market entry and investment opportunities as well as cultural peculiarities and Pakistani society. I am going to mention differencies in nonverbal communication, the role of women in society, describe system of education, Pakistani cuisine and complete all the information obtained from the already mentioned questionnaires. Finally, I am going to analyze all the information and mention discrepancies between theoretical part and information from qustionnaire.
