v anglickém jazyce The first chapter - Historical developement of legal regulation of hunting management. There is mantioned the situation in this field since 18th century till 2001. It is important to know and understand all these questions because lots of problems appear in present time, too. To be able to understand it, it is necessary to know why and how the situation is like this. The second and third chapter - Basic International Agreements and Europian legislation. Historic developement is not the only source for forming the legal regulation of hunting management but there are other factors - rules based both on worldwide and European label. The fourth chapter - Valid legal regulation o hunting management. The most important role in this range form legal regulations which are interested in hounting as their main question. However, we can mention other laws which take part in forming the laws about hunting. The fifth chapter - Execution of the right of hunting in the Czech Republic. This part is the most important one of the whole work because there are given the rules of execution of this right in details. The legal regulation of hunting and gamekeeping This diploma work deals with legal regulation of hunting and gamekeeping which is possible to characterize as an economic, special-interest, scholastic and organizational activity. This activity is performed by hunters who being professionally educated practise this activity in their free time and on their costs. The activity is aimed at wild game with purpose of preservation of all species of game, but also of keeping hunting customs. The diploma work contains the paper about valid law regulation of hunting and gamekeeping, which is represented by the basic law about hunting and gamekeeping and then the laws concerning nature and animals (veterinary law, law for tyranny of animals, law for nature and countryside preservation). The diploma work also goes back to the history of law regulations, which are the background for the present law. Some law regulations were of such quality that they might be inspiration in future. One part of diploma work is about environment in international context. This area is full of problems with worsening of environment, which influences game and hunting and gamekeeping as well. The diploma thesis focuses on the legal regulation of hunting and gamekeeping. The aim of the diploma thesis entitled "Legal regulation of hunting" is a broad summarization of the historical development and the correlated alterations of the legislative framework in gamekeeping. In order to gain a deeper understanding of the historical context, the thesis focuses on the development of gamekeeping legislation from the early Middle Ages to presently effective legal regulation. The implicit part of the thesis is the evaluation and the reflection of the legislation applied in practice. The overall conclusion contains a proposal for possible legislative changes de lege ferenda. The first part of the thesis gives an overview of the historical development and the early legal regulations of gamekeeping, utilizing the important legal acts, which presented fundamental changes to the legal framework of gamekeeping. The following part of the diploma thesis is devoted to the current state of the Czech legal regulation of gamekeeping, including related and subordinate legislation, by which, in summary, the legal framework of gamekeeping and determination of the rules for hunting and game management are represented. Hunting law as a tool for environmental protection In the scope of three main chapters, introduction and conclusion, the thesis attempts to capture the relationship between the Czech hunting legislation and nature conservation. The question is whether we can consider the current concept of the Hunting Act (449/2001 Sb.) as one of the tools of environmental protection. For the elaboration I based the research, among other things, on my personal experience with pro-landscape hunting in the vicinity of the village Vinaře, Central Bohemia. Furthermore, I elaborated on interesting cases of judicial and administrative practice and, last but not least, I took into account the relevant legal norms and appropriate literature or professional texts. The first chapter deals in more detail with the very concept of hunting, including various interpretations and therefore also meanings. The second part of the first chapter describes - rather briefly - the history of hunting predominantly in the Czech territory. In this context, greater emphasis is placed primarily on the first signs of nature protection. The next chapter follows the very essence of the monography, namely the role of hunting in environmental protection. I pay special attention to the hunting ground and game in this regard. 75 Abstract This diploma thesis deals with Legal Adjustment of Gamekeeping. Gamekeeping is perceived not only as a hobby, but it is a phenomenon which became a lifestyle of many people. The main purpose of hunting is to protect and maintain freely living game for the future generations but at the same time ensure the environment protection. According to the importance of the environment protection and the game there is no doubt, that this issue requires its own legal adjustment. The adjustment has evolved over years and these days it is influenced by the globalization, membership in multinational communities and organizations and many others. In the introduction the term Gamekeeping is presented together with the reasons which make this topic current. In the first chapter the history of hunting is analysed heading towards the development of gamekeeping including the role of poaching during over the years. The second chapter is an important part of the thesis, it processes sources of the gamekeeping legislation. Legislation damages caused by wild animals and beasts damages caused on wild animals and beasts

This thesis deals with the rules of compensation for damage caused by wild animals and beasts and damage caused on wild animals and beasts in the Czech Republic. The main topic of the diploma thesis is the evaluation and analysis of current legislation. The work is divided into thirteen sections, when some of them are further divided into subsections. The main part consists of chapters 8 and 9, which deal with damages wildlife and further chapters 11 and 12, dealing with damages to animals. All chapters are based primarily on Act No. 449/2001 Coll., On hunting, as amended. Attention is mainly focused on the issue of compensation for damage caused by wild animals and beasts. Particularly with regard to the current bark beetle calamity that hit a large part of the territory of the Czech Republic, it appears this issue is highly topical.

This thesis analyzes the sales venison at the Training Forest Enterprise Masaryk Forest Křtiny, which is owned by the Mendel University at Brno. The theses is evaluated on the sale of game at the TFE Křtiny by three previously used venison sales channels - direct sales of whole pieces of game to the final consumer, selling customers on the basis of the annual contract, the processing of venison in a restaurant Castle Křtiny. Based on the evaluation previously used methods of selling venison and conducted market research submitted its own proposal to the economically most of the sales venison.

Zhodnocení distribuce a početnosti vlka na Broumovsku, jeho vliv na zvěř a škody na zvířatech

The return of the permanent population of wolves in the Czech Republic is a frequently discussed topic, especially in connection with the harms caused by wolves to livestock farmers. This thesis deals with the distribution and abundance of wolves in the Broumov region, where the wolves returned in 2015 and have successfully reproduced since 2016. Furthermore, it evaluates the harms to livestock and the impact on animals. This issue is solved in three levels. The first level provides information about the harms to farm animals, which was registered between 2015-2018, divides the territory of the PLA Broumovsko into several areas of attacks and informs about the number of farmed animals in these areas. The second level deals with the influence of the presence of wolves on the number of cloven-hoofed game between 2015-2018 in the area where the wolves are observed for the longest time and there are the greatest harms to livestock. The last level solves the abundance and distribution of wolves in the Broumov region, based on pictures from photo traps and found droppings.

Škody zvěří na lesních porostech v honitbě Ujčov

This bachelor thesis deals with the determination of the amount of damage found in the selected localities with the occurrence of game damage on the young forest stands in the hunting grounds of Ujčov. The evaluation of the data was carried out on young spruce stands in parts of hunting grounds Chlébské and Lískovec. In these areas, both simple addition methods and sample plot were used, with the subsequent comparison of the credibility of the data found. The actual determination of the amount of damage was made using the formula stated in Decree No. 55/1999 Coll. The damage so determined was then compared to the results from publicly available sources found in previous years.
