Family house with a design agency

The subject of the Bachelor's thesis is the design and the preparation of project documentation of the family house with a design offices in the town of Boskovice. The object is placed in a quiet location at the end of the area in a slightly sloping terrain, in accordance with the regulatory plan of the city. The proposed layout is created for the housing of four families and the design office for the owner of the object, as the place of performance of his profession. It is a building with a partial bricked Foundation and two floors above the ground. The establishment of the object is solved on monolithic base passports. The basement part of the structural system consists of elements from the lost formwork BEST and the superstructure is of brick system POROTHERM contact thermal insulation. Ceiling structure reinforced concrete plate. The greater part of the building is roofed by a gable roof of wooden trusses and the smaller part is covered with a flat roof, which is designed as a terrace. Part of the object is a double garage with workshop.

The bachelor thesis is solving a detached house with a garage which is located in Vlkoš. A family house is designed for permanent housing for four people. The building is designed from ceramics Porotherm and has two floors and basement. The house is covered by hipped roof consists of lattice trusses. The garage is intended for two cars and is covered by a gable roof. The objects are based on strip foundation.
Apartment Building Pod Štandlem

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the apartment building in Frýdek-Místek, on the street Pod Štandlem. It is an object with four above-ground and one underground floor, where space is divided into 9 residential units and other special rooms in the basement. The thesis contains the project documentation with basic reports. For the project were designed masonry structures from lime sand blocks and, in the case of the basement, a lost formwork system. Ceiling structures are made up of prefabricated ceiling panels, which are also a supporting layer of the flat roof. The entire building is insulated with ETICS. The main entrance is situated on the south-eastern wall. On the first floor, there are two two-room apartments. Similarly, it is also on the second floor where there is also a one-room apartment. On the third floor, there are two apartments with three and four rooms. The fourth floor also includes two apartments with three and four rooms plus there are terraces designed.
Hotel with wellness zone

Theme of this diploma thehis is a newly buil hotel on the beach of Vranov reservoir. The building is surrounded by sloping terrain. The building has one underground floor and three floors. The structural system of the basement part is made up of permanent shuttering and the above-ground part is made up of system Porotherm. Ceiling construction is made up of reinforced concrete. The building is covered with a flat roof.
Resort Sázava

Subject of this diploma thesis is a design of a newly built accommodation and relaxation centre Resort Sázava. The structure is located on a sloping plot near town Sázava, in Kraj Vysočina. The locality is situated in preserved area Žďárské vrchy. The facility is divided into three buildings by their function. The buildings have rectangular shapes and have gabled roofing. The resort offers services of accomodation, boarding, conferences, relaxation and sports. The whole facility was designed in architectural study along with its functional linkups. Object SO 01 with restaurant and conference rooms was designed in detailed design documentation.
Elementary Art School

The aim of this thesis is to make a project documentation of building School of art. It´s a brick object with partial basement and there are 2 aboveground floors. The entrance of the house is situated north. The object has grand plan which is shape of the letter U and its roofed by flat roof with waterproofing from modified waterproofing strips. The peripheral masonry on the above-ground floors is designed from clay masonry POROTHERM and from permanent formwork Diton in the basement. Ceiling constructions are designed from prestressed concrete deck slab Spiroll. The whole building is insulated by contact thermal insulation system. When designing the external appearance of the building the regulations of the surrounding buildings, which consist of houses with flat roofs, were taken into account. The color and material solutions were also based on these principles. The combination of white and brick colors creates a modern look, which enhances the horizontal separation of individual floors by contrasting color line in gray. The premises of the new school also include large outdoor atrium spaces and a park area south of the atrium, which can be used for outdoor teaching and public productions.
Apartment building

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the design of an apartment building in the village of Pustiměř. The building is designed as a detached house. It has a rectangular shape and is covered by a flat single-skin roof. On the first floor there is a background of the house and a garage, other parking spaces are provided on the plot. The floors of the 2nd floor, 3rd floor, 4th floor are used for living and there are a total of 6 housing units, each with a size of 4 + kk. The apartment building is brick with a contact thermal insulation system, the 1st floor made of lost BEST formwork cast in concrete and tied with fittings, and the 2nd floor made to the 4th floor made of YTONG aerated concrete blocks. The ceiling structure is reinforced concrete monolithic. Part of the project documentation is also a basic assessment of the building in terms of building physics.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is a new building of two-generation family house in the village of Březník. The building is situated in a slightly sloping terrain at the end of the construction of family houses on the outskirts of the village. The house has one underground and two above-ground floors. On the first floor there is i terrace from which acces to the garden is provided by a stand-alone steel staircase. Next to the family house is a wooden shed with a plank roof for two cars. The supporting walls in the underground floor are made of permanent formwork Best and in the above-ground floor of the Porotherm masonry elements. The roof is saddle with Tondach grooved tiles.
Kindergarten "Žabka"

The subject of this diploma thesis is the design and processing of project documentation for the new building of the Žabka Kindergarten at the level for construction. The proposed building is located in the outskirts of the village of Dvur Králové nad Labem. This parcel is not located in a flooded or mined area. The main purpose was to create a pleasant and at the same time modern kindergarten environment for children. It is a detached building with two floors above ground. On the ground floor there are two classrooms with access to the terrace, which continues to the children's playground with a garden. On the floor above, we find one classroom for children with facilities and a large terrace with the possibility of entry. The main entrance to the building is on the east side. Each class has its own specific color, the main part of the building is orange. The building is based on foundation belts made of plain concrete in combination with lost formwork. Vertical load-bearing and non-load-bearing structures will form walls made of sand-lime blocks. The facade consists of a fiber cement board with a ventilated gap. The horizontal structures are made of prestressed prefabricated panels. The building is covered with a single-layer flat roof. The new building of the Žabka Kindergarten is designed to be economical.
Wooden Based Hotel in Mountains

The subject of my thesis is the design of new mountain hotel based on wood, which is located at the top of Little Maple, cadastral area Trinec-Tyra, the city of Trinec, Frydek-Mistek level documentation for construction. The building has a partial basement, with three floors. The supporting system consists of three structural systems. The structural system consists of basement formwork, the first floor is made of ceramic blocks heluz, second and third floor is designed as a timber frame panel. Roof structure is made up of lattice wood trusses and gabled aisle. Proposal mountain hotel respects the territorial plan of Trinec. Furthermore, emphasis is placed on the layout, including ensuring the design to the static, architectural, energy savings and safety in the use of the building.
