Vývoj erozní ohroženosti půd v rámci historického vývoje struktury krajiny

The bachelor's thesis entitled "Development of soil erosion threat within the historical development of landscape structure" aims to compare the history of the use of agricultural land with the current state in the model cadastral area of Němčice nad Hanou, including an assessment of the impact of landscape structures on soil erosion risk. The thesis also presents the process of erosion, including the factors influencing its intensity. The result of the thesis is the evaluation of the historical and current state of the organization of the parcel plan, the proposal of optimal anti-erosion measures in order to save the quality of the soil and water sharing in the landscape. The conclusions are generalized and formulated, as a set of measures and recommendations for soil erosion protection, subject to possible soil protection technologies.

Změna struktury půdního fondu ve vybraném regionu

The bachelor thesis deals with the change in the structure of the soil stock in the selected region. The theoretical part pays attention to the causes that cause changes in the territory, the ways of land use both at the national and transnational level. It also mentions general information about the soil stock of the Czech Republic and its potential threats, one of the main ones being the process of urbanization. In the application part, the development of the land fund on the territory of the administrative district of the municipality of Hodonín between 2001 and 2020 is also monitored. The data were provided by the Czech Statistical Office and processed in the form of graphs and cartograms. The results of the work showed changes in all types of land, with the largest changes in agricultural land, arable land, vineyards and other areas. Despite the loss of agricultural land, the area is still agricultural. The low values of the ecological stability coefficient showed that the area is facing high intensity of land use and based on these results, recommendations that could bring about more sustainable land use development were mentioned.

This rigorosum thesis deals with the overall legal regime of lands, than not only the regime of their protection, but the main attention is paid to agricultural and forest lands. The main objective of this thesis is to approach the interrelationship between effective and previous legislation and their legal evaluation. In the publication is referred to proposed changes that could solve or at least mitigate the problems of the lawful regulation, and also is referenced to the case law of the courts, which helps to interpret unclear issues. Considering that the issue of lands is assorted into a complex system, the purpose of the thesis is to define the basic institutes of land law and try to remove the inconsistent regulation of soil protection in a number of pieces of legislation. The introductory chapter sets out the main objectives to be achieved in the thesis and also contains a summary of the motivational reasons that helped in choosing the thematic area. The second part, entitled "Overview of legal sources of land law", is devoted to individual legal regimes in the field of soil protection at the national, European and international levels, which it names and states their historical context. Landscape cultivation and the Agricultural Land Fund management are important for land and environment. I have dealt with the issue of the regulatory tools of the exemption of land from Agricultural Land Fund. I tried to create a complex view on this problematic. I deal with the common introduction, analysis of the contemporary legislation, dismantling of individual groups of tools and also practical analysis of specific examples. I suggested some possible adjustments and changes to improve the contemporary situation. I suggested changes to protect the nature and preserve the natural values.

Legal aspects of water retention in the landscape Abstract This diploma thesis deals with the legal aspects of water retention in the landscape in response to the current problems associated with impaired landscape retention capacity such as drought, erosion or floods. The author first outlines the factual and legal context of the issue, which is followed by an analysis of conceptual, administrative-legal and economic instruments of the Czech legal order that can improve water retention capabilities of the landscape. The diploma thesis analyses the relevant instruments of the Water Act, Forest Act, Act on the protection of agricultural land or Act on protection of nature and landscape. Consequently, it deals with the role of land-use planning, land consolidation and environmental impact assessment for the issue. The thesis includes comprehensive evaluation of the relevant legal regulation in terms of its effectiveness and possible proposals de lege ferenda.

Possibilities of agricultural land fund protection in the Czech Republic and abroad

The aim of this bachelor´s thesis was to create a literary research describing the possibilities of the agricultural land resources protection in the Czech Republic and worldwide. At its beginning, this bachelor´s thesis covers basic information on land and continues on to the analysis of the land resources in the Czech Republic as well as worldwide. It further presents the issue of the legislative protection of the land resources. A comprehensive chapter of this thesis concerns the topic of land degradation while mainly focusing on the agricultural land take. An integral part of the thesis is represented by the themes of the agricultural land pricing and a land prices development overview covering different years. It further assesses the protection of the agricultural land resources from different viewpoints. The thesis concludes with an assessment of measures suitable for the protection of the agricultural land resources.

Preparation work for complex land consolidation projects

This bachelor thesis deals with preparatory and exploratory works, that forego projecting of complex land improvements. These works has been implented in accordance with valid methodology of land improvements. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first one is literary research, that contains approaching the issue of land improvements, updating bonitated soil ecological units and protecting agricultural land resources. The second part of this thesis is reserved for detailed survey of cadastral territory of Zvíkov u Lišova. In the territory, there are described natural conditions, road network, hydrological regime of the lanscape and erosion threads.

This bachelor thesis deals with an evolution and use of an agricultural land fund in a cadastre unit of Orlovice, based on studies of historical and present map bases analyses. The work focuses on comparison of historical and present states of the agricultural land fund, general information of the agricultural land fund and an evolution of land ownership relations. In the thesis, I suggested provisions which would contribute to land protection and helped to general improvement of the landscape character in the area.

The Bachelor thesis based on the topic, The use of agricultural land resources in cadastral areas Anenská Studánka and Jakubovice is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on the explanation of terms: soil, land resources, history of the property relations, and then it describes the historical factors that had direct or indirect impact on the structure of land resources in the Czech Republic. The practical part of the thesis presents two complex analyses for both cadastral areas. Furthermore, the practical part describes the agricultural land use since 1845 till the present. At the end are designed recommendations for protection of agricultural land resources and improvement for the rational land management.
