Increasing the Efficiency of the Process of Machining Injection Molds Components
Hruška, Lukáš ; Osička, Karel (referee) ; Sedlák, Josef (advisor)
The aim of this diploma work was a proposal to make the process of machining of injection mould more efficient. The work described the initial state of machining of a moulding injection part from the technological point of splinter machining, including the description of each production areas, the tool used in the process and the machines. The main part of the diploma work was focused on consideration of a possible way leading to the increase in the efficiency of the production process of machining of an injection mould part that included the transfer of the initial way of machining of a moulding injection part to CNC lathe Gildemeister CTX beta 500. Furthermore the work described the tool that had been used including the description of proposed control programs for machining of an injection mould part. The essential part of the work was a techno-economical assessment of the proposed variant of solution, which included analysis of the production costs and the time indexes that were achieved during the production.
Rationalization of grinder body production
Mišelnický, Lukáš ; Osička, Karel (referee) ; Prokop, Jaroslav (advisor)
The thesis is focused on the rationalization of the grinding body production as a special accessory for a vertical lathe with the type designation BASICTURN 1250 from the company TOSHULIN PLC. The thesis describes the problems of the current production and suggests the constructional and technological adjustments in order to achieve a reduction of the production costs and the overall production efficiency.
Efficiency Improvement Proposal of Machining Process of Cylinder Component for Oil Wells
Koudela, Michal ; Sliwková, Petra (referee) ; Sedlák, Josef (advisor)
This diploma thesis is concerned with a proposal for increasing the efficiency of machining when manufacturing an inner sleeve at the company Sanborn a.s. In the diploma thesis, the technology used for machining itself is first briefly described, followed by a description of the original production technology including a description of machine and hand tools used and cutting conditions. The next part of the paper describes the proposal for increasing the efficiency of machining operations. The proposal includes a description of the suggested solution that will lead to increased efficiency, a machine proposed for the specific operation, appropriate tools and proposed cutting conditions. The benefits of implementing the proposal are also described here, both in terms of saving unit time, and in terms of the machining technology itself, where, for example, the formation of chips is improved, the inner tension of machined components reduced, etc. The diploma thesis further includes a technical-economic evaluation assessing the economic benefits of the changes introduced.
Design of machining technology for production of the camera base
Trčka, Vojtěch ; Polzer, Aleš (referee) ; Sedlák, Josef (advisor)
This thesis deals with streamlining of the process of machining parts Basis of camera in cooperation with PEVOT Products Ltd. The first part focuses on the analysis of existing machining technology in terms of technology, as well as an analysis of time consumed for assessing the effectiveness of the current machining process. The second part of the thesis focuses on the design of innovative technology machining of components and design postprocessor for manufacturing equipment VMC ZPS 560. In conclusion, both variants of production are evaluated. They developed the analyses of time consumed for the production of components and production costs.
Options of efficiency increase of machining process in the production of VE and VP30 bodies
Švaříček, Petr ; Bumbálek, Bohumil (referee) ; Humár, Anton (advisor)
Master thesis describe machining process in production of units VE, VP30 for rotary injection pumps in specific conditions of the BOSCH DIESEL compa-ny in Jihlava with intention to offer an possibilities of machining process effi-ciency optimization. The introduction describes the history of the company and product range. In the second part is carried out evaluation of current state of machining process at a specified section. The main part of the master thesis analyzes and examines the leading options to more efficient machining process and propose specific options for improvement with regard to the requirements of production and quality systém. The conclusion includes evaluation of the proposed actions.
Design of increase in efficiency of machining of connecting rod
Holub, Milan ; Kalivoda, Milan (referee) ; Sedlák, Josef (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with a machining process of the forging of connecting rod in the company SANBORN a.s mainly for reason to propose a more effective method of machining. The first part is focused on the analyse of actual process of production which is realized on several manufacturing machines. On second part are proposed the increases in efficiency of single machining operation and is used the modern multi - fuction machining centre OKUMA MULTUS which will increase the productivity and quality of machined part. In final part is applied for evaluation of machining and secondary production times and is performed the total financial analyse.
The study of increase in efficiency of manufacturing preparation of technology
Šudoma, Michal ; Lána, Ivo (referee) ; Jurová, Marie (advisor)
This paper discusses different alternatives of more efficient preparation of spheroided graphite cast iron production. Secondary metallurgy and chemical heating technology are used to recast cast iron fused in copula furnace. The work applies the known physical-chemical rules used in the production of quality spheroided graphite cast iron in regular production conditions. Based on the previous developments, the aim was to prepare implementation of verified secondary metallurgy processes in adjusted casting ladle. The casting ladle was adjusted in order to allow execution of all processes required in order for the relevant standards and material lists requirements to be met in respect to spheroided graphite cast iron quality. Comments regarding the trends in ferroalloy metallurgy and related marketing approach of the company. The work is concluded by a summary of advantages brought in by the new approaches compared to the traditional ones from the economical as well as environmental perspective.
