Social security of disabled persons

The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the social protection of handicapped persons and its legal regulations in the social law of Czech Republic, the evaluation of the actuality and quality of the current settings of the social benefits and their valuation, with the focus on the benefit for care. This thesis is divided to three chapters. First chapter is introductory and defines the social security system itself. Furthermore, the first chapter introduces the history of the social security law in Europe and Czech Republic as well. The second chapter is focused on the specific benefits for physically and mentally disabled persons in accordance with the law 329/2011 Sb., of administration of the social security benefits for handicapped persons, which modulates the benefits to two parts; mobility benefit and benefit for the medical instruments. This law also includes the specification of the different levels of the identification cards for the handicapped persons. This part also concludes the current legal regulations, entitlement for benefits, the hearings and height of the allotted benefits. Disabled individuals and their integration into a company

The topic of my Bachelor thesis is Disabled individuals and their integration into a company. The aim of this thesis is to determine the possibilities of integrating disabled persons into the labour market. This Bachelor thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part, I will be focusing on various kinds of disabilities and will write about possible disability benefits for employees. The practical part will address the Modrý klíč organisation, which provides sheltered job opportunities. The goal of the practical part of the thesis is to analyse the daily routine and participation of disabled individuals at their workplace, which I will find out based on observing employees in sheltered workshops. I would also like to conduct an interview with one of the assistants at the Modrý klíč organisation.

Analysis of unemployment of handicapped people in the Czech Republic

This bachelor thesis is devoted to problems of unemployment of handicapped persons in the Czech Republic. Unemployment is one of the negative economic phenomena with which today face all market economies and handicapped people are a risk group in the labor market. In this bachelor thesis were used descriptive and comparative methods of examination, basic statistical methods. Theoretical background, basic concepts and approach the topic of unemployment are included in the theoretical part. This part was undertaken on the basis of the study of literature. In the practical part of the thesis is devoted to the analysis of unemployment of handicapped persons within the territory of the Czech Republic. Along with unemployment, the thesis deals with the development of people with disabilities, their education, economic activity, development of jobs for persons with disabilities on the standard, but also protected labor market. In the last chapter practical part deals with comparing regions of the Czech Republic among themselves. Because the situation of handicapped persons in the labor market is not ideal, there is presented a proposal to improve the situation. The findings from the analytical part are summarized in the end.
People with disabilitites as hotel guests

The bachelor thesis is focused on individuals with disabilities in hotel. The theoretical part gives the definition of disability, then defines all types, reasons and levels of disabilities. There are also given the statistical data of people with disabilities in the Czech Republic. The main part deals with the code of conduct, in other words how to treat people with disabilities. Last section summarizes construction improvements and technical requirement that enable quests with disabilities to stay in a hotel. The goal of one part of the research is to find out travel customs of disabled people, above all if they travel and stay in a hotel, who accompanies them and how they feel in a hotel as guests. The research collects disabled individuals experience from hotel stay, if the hotels are prepared for them and if the staff know how to treat them. The disabled people opinions are compared with the point of view of the hotel staff, which judges the hotel readiness and treatment. At the end specialized training are mention due to improvement.
