The aim of my bachelor thesis is a project of a new block of flats with a joint large-scale garage. The project is created in form of project documentation including all problems and related issues. The building is situated in Bystřice pod Hostýnem. The building is partly basement with three above-ground floors and it is built from brick system POROTHERM with contact insulation. The construction has roof with roof trusses. Concerning house-building plot, terrain is flat without any inclination. This project is primarily focused on functional, disposal and architectural aspects of block of flats.

A Guesthouse with a Restaurant

The aim of my diplom thesis is a project of a boarding house with a restaurant. The project is created in form of project documentation including all problems and related issues. The building is situated in Bystřice pod Hostýnem. The building is without cellar with three above-ground floors and it is built from brick system POROTHERM and prestressed concrete floor slab SPIROLL. The construction has warm flat roof. Concerning house-building plot, terrain is flat without any inclination. This project is primarily focused on functional, disposal and architectural aspects of building.

In this bachelor thesis I solve apartment building, which has four floor and cellar. The basement will serve as storage space with technical utilities. Above-ground floors will serve for housing. In the apartment building are 12 flats. In the ground floor are four flats, in the first and second floor are 3 flats and in the last one third floor are two flats. Flats in the third floor excel with terrace, which is covered by sunshade. Building has rectangular plan with dimensions 24,2 x 12,7 m and flat roof. Vertical structure is made of POROTHERM masonry system. Horizontal structure is made of POROTHERM prefabricated rib-and-filler floor. The building is situated in the centre of the village Horní Čermná.

The aim of my bachelor thesis is a project of a new detached house with dentist office. The project is created in form of project documentation including all problems and related issues. The building is situated in Bystřice pod Hostýnem. The building is partly basement with two above-ground floors and it is built from brick system POROTHERM with contact insulation. The construction has two forms of roofs – gable roof and two single-lower flat roofs. Concerning house-building plot, terrain slopes down to northwest side. This project is primarily focused on functional, disposal and architectural aspects of detached house.

The subject of bachelor’s thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for a new construction of an apartment building in Havlíčkův Brod. The apartment building is designed as a three-storey building with a basement. There are 9 apartments on the upper floors. One od them is a barrier-free. In the basement there is a common house equipment aned collective garage. The apartments on the first floor have their own terrace and the apartments on the second and third floors have their own balcony. The vertical construcion system in the upper floors is brick. The basement is made of hydraulic concrete. The horizontal load-bearing structures are made of reinforced concrete ceiling slabs. The roofingv is designes as a single-skin flat green roof. The bachelor’s thesis contains project documentatin for the construction.

The vertical construction system in the above-ground floors is masonry. Basement is projected as column system out of impermeable concrete. Horizontal bearing construction are made of reinforced concrete ceiling slabs. The roofing is desing as a one-layer flat green roof.
