The Master’s thesis is a proposal of the business project for build-up a solar photovoltaic power plant. The first part of the thesis includes definitions of terms adherent to entrepreneurship, legal form of business, definitions and becomingness of business project, analytical processes and principals of operation of solar power plant. In next part, thesis deals with conditions of given business sector and possibilities of financing and current status of business sector. After that follows proposal of business solution with company legal form selection, SWOT analyses and actual proposal of business project. There is evaluation of proposed solutions in a final part of the thesis.

Business plan for a new production company

The aim of this thesis is to create a viable business plan for a new production company. This company will specialize in manufacturing swimming pool equipment that shall increase the standard of services provided by aqua-establishments. The target market is aqua-establishments (indoor swimming pools, hotel pools a spas) in Europe. The theoretical part deals with general principles of creating a business plan, presents potential users and characterizes its structure. The applied part introduces a specific business plan. Strong emphasis is given on description of competitive advantage, on marketing strategy and on financial plan. Financial plan includes evaluation of effectiveness of the project as well as evaluation of viability of the project.
Administrative burdens of SMEs startups

This bachelor thesis analyses current position of SMEs startups in the Czech Republic compared to its nearest Slavic neighboring countries -- Hungary and Slovenia. Application section of this work compares necessary procedures of startup process and shows paths for the Czech Republic how to improve the ease of starting a business (the most important is minimizing costs of these administrative burdens). Theoretical part provides explanatory framework for the object of study.
