The analysis of growing system of fodder crops for fodder and energetical biomasss production in selected farm

The bachelor thesis deals with selected agricultural crops for fodder and energy-energy purposes on the selected farm. The thesis deals with the evaluation of yields and analysis of forage cropping systems on arable land, where the main crop is maize (Zea mays), and also focuses on permanent grassland. The arable land was grassed with a permanent clover-grass mixture consisting of 7 grass species and 1 clover spe-cies. The main aim of my chosen bachelor thesis was to evaluate the development and harvesting of forage stands on both arable land and stands belonging to the TTP, then to evaluate their yield and also to focus on the assessment of plant composition. The plot where the restoration and sowing with clover-grass mixtures took place was also monitored. The chapter evaluating the results of the permanent grassland (TTP) includes an as-sessment of the three selected plots where the distribution of individual clover and grasses was monitored. At the same time, the thesis also focuses on the evaluation of the arable land treatment and the condition of the stands where maize (Zea mays) is grown for feed and energy purposes. The main indicators monitored are soil prepara-tion, sowing style, nutrition and, last but not least, harvesting with yield.

Racionalizace systému kultivace půdy v zemědělském podniku

The bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation of the current soil cultivation for particular crops and on the suggestion of a new technology in the selected farm ZEPOS, s.r.o. The first part contains a literature review that deals with soil issues, conventional and minimizing soil cultivation. The second part characterizes the selected farm, its natural and productive conditions. The current technology of plant foundation for particular crops is rated and at the same time a new minimizing technology is considered to rationalize the farm cultivation system. The final part is a description of the advantages and the disadvantages of the new suggested system.

Evaluation of taste repellents for protection of tree planting stock from deer browsing

The main goal of this thesis is to assess the efficacy of two repellent products with active ingredients denatonium benzoate and capsaicin to protect the newly established forest tree planting prior to browsing damage by wild game. Repellents were tested on two different experimental plots planted with silver fir (Abies alba). Application of repellents held in three terms and total three times were the damages, which were included in the framework of the six-rating scale, has been detected. The effectiveness of these repellents has been demonstrated already during the second term damage assessments caused by game. During the more than 14-month experiment was damaged almost 2.5 times fewer seedlings treated with repellents based on denatonium benzoate and capsaicin than untreated seedlings, serving as a control. The most common form of damage to the tree was bitten off terminal bud with little scope of additional damage. Damage to seedlings by game differed significantly even within the investigated areas. Use of repellents did not affect the physiological death of seedlings. It was justify the conclusion that most of the damages were caused by roe deer (Capreolus capreolus). Based on several scientific papers on the efficacy of repellent products based on capsaicin and denatonium benzoate was concluded that the main active ingredient in tested repellents is capsaicin.

Kvalita založení porostů obilnin různými secími stroji

In bachelor work, field trial, where quality of cereal stand establishment using different drilling machines was carried out. These drilling machines were used: Horsch Airseeder 6.25 CO, Pneusej Accord, Väderstad Rapid 600 S, Farmet Excelent Premium 6 and Kverneland Accord DA. In winter wheat with loosening, better quality of crop establishment was with Väderstad then Horsch. In variant with ploughing, in winter rye better results were with Horsch then Pneusej. In winter wheat with deeper loosening, drilling machines Farmet and Kverneland brought comparable results.

Možnosti racionalizace systému kultivace půdy v zemědělském podniku

The thesis is focused on a particular farm and tillage system. First, the work discussed findings from literature sources to cultivate the land and their various systems. The following is part of the characteristics of the farm, its production and natural conditions a brief history. It described the historical and current agricultural technology and are designed to rationalize its options with regard to the improvement of the soil and the possibility of increasing the yield of major crops. At the end are evaluated the pros and cons of different tillage systems and explain the reasons for these conclusions with regard to future career opportunities.

Zpráva popisuje výsledky, kterých bylo dosaženo při řešení v roce 2004 v jednotlivých subprojektech: 1. Návrh legislativních, metodických, finančně pobídkových nástrojů pro realizaci projektů k obnově krajinně ekologických a estetických funkcí břehových a doprovodných porostů v rámci krajinotvorných programů a komplexních pozemkových úprav; 2. Typologie koryt upravených a přírodních toků z hlediska prostorových a stanovištních podmínek (hydrický a trofický režim) břehových porostů a jejich vodohospodářských funkcí; 3. Vliv břehových porostů na protipovodňovou ochranu a vznik rizik škod u jednotlivých typů koryt; 4. Typologie břehových a doprovodných porostů upravených vodotečí z hlediska naplňování krajinně ekologických a estetických funkcí; 5. Typologie břehových a doprovodných porostů upravených vodotečí z hlediska stanovištních podmínek, biogeografického členění a funkčního typu; 6. Metody zakládání a údržby břehových a doprovodných porostů, možnosti řízené sukcese včetně ekonomického porovnání; 7. Ověření navržené typologie, metodiky a ekonomických ukazatelů na modelových úsecích upravených vodotečí z hlediska naplňování krajinně ekologických a estetických funkcí břehových porostů (subprojekt 7 bude řešen v roce 2005).

Cílem projektu: 1. připravit účinné nástroje pro realizaci projektů k obnově krajinně ekologických a estetických funkcí břehových porostů a doprovodných porostů upravených vodotečí, 2. zpracovat typologii koryt upravených přirozených toků z hlediska prostorových a stanovištních podmínek břehových porostů a jejich vodohospodářských funkcí, 3. vyhodnotit u jednotlivých typů koryt možný negativní vliv břehových porostů na protipovodňovou ochranu a vznik rizik škod, 4. zpracovat typologii břehových a doprovodných porostů upravených vodotečí z hlediska naplňování krajinně ekologických a estetických funkcí 5. zpracovat typologii břehových a doprovodných porostů upravených vodotečí z hlediska stanovištních podmínek, 6. vyhodnotit současné metody zakládání a údržby břehových a doprovodných porostů, možnosti řízené sukcese včetně ekonomického porovnání, 7. na modelových úsecích toků ve správě Povodí Labe a ve správě Zemědělské hospodářské správy ověřit navržené typologie. V prvním roce řešení byla zpracována rešerše literatury a kritické vyhodnocení poznatků o současném stavu řešené problematiky. Byly shromážděny zkušenosti z realizací břehových porostů a vytipovány základní problémy.

Tato část závěrečné zprávy je zaměřena na typologii břehových a doprovodných porostů ČR, které patří k nejvýznamnějším a zcela originálním výsledkům grantu. typologie porostů niv vychází důsledně z ekosystémového pojetí této problematiky a biogeografické diferenciace ČR. je to nový pohled především na projektování břehových a doprovodných porostů i možnosti obnovy jejich ekologických funkcí.
