Implementation of the gross substructure of a residential building in Jihlava

The object of the bachelor thesis is a coarse substructure of the apartment building. This building is eight-storey building. Three floors are garages and five floors are flats. The building is in the courtyard of a former factory TESLA at Jihlava. The bachelor thesis mainly deals with the stages in which there are processed technical regulations: earthwork and foundation of the building. The bachelor thesis also addresses building equipment, scheduling, itemized budget, proposal of mechanical assembly, inspection and test plan and safety and health protection during the work.

The content of the diploma thesis are selected parts of technological project of new building boarding house in Dolní Morava. The diploma thesis includes technical regulation for ground works and ceiling construction. There are the time schedule, suggestion of the realization of the main stages of its construction including suggestion of main construction mechanism and budget of new building.
