It will compare the level of taxation and insurance contributions of employees and self-employed persons. The goal is to design the correct procedure for cooperation with self-employed person and point out mistakes repeated in his practice.

The Bachelor thesis contains two parts, the theoretical part and the practical part. In the theoretical part of thesis is deal with brief history of prostitution, it’s developement as in europian measure so as in the territory of present land of Czech Republic, also deal with current situation of legally-taxation treatment. The practical part of thesis is focus on comparation of mention threatment with another europian countries and at the same time suggest how the new threatment can look like or how the old one might be innovated.

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the problematic directive for accounting management at the company ABC, s.r.o. The first part focuses on the theoretical base of internal directives in the sphere of accounting, and primarily focuses on current legislation. In the next part is introduced the company ABC s.r.o. and proposed directives for accounting management at the company. The aim of this written work is to propose such directives that will be in keeping with current legislation and internal requirements.

The subject of the extended assay is forming a project of guidelines in accounting for the company ABC, s.r.o. The essay is based on current legal rules setting the accounting units to elaborate internal directives treating specific modifications of particular spheres of accounting record. The aim of the essay is to form directives for the complex organization of the record and to catch reserves in harmony with current legislation, which is necessary form the society from the point of view of controlling, managing and testing this part of property .

The bachelor’s thesis deals with taxation of prostitution incomes in the Czech Republic. It deals especially with the matter of incorporate activity of prostitution into corresponding legal regulations, in order to tax prostituon incomes in our economic conditions. The main outcome of this thesis will be proposal of the law according to which the prostitution should be taxed with the natural person income tax.

Analysis and evaluation of the placement of buildings according to the building code in the micro region Litovelsko

The subject of this thesis is to analyze and evaluate the placement of buildings under the Building Act in the microregion Litovelsko. The theoretical part will include individual division of the Construction Act, including zoning classification. In will be done analysis of specific examples and to the family house in the village Ješov, then there will be discussed at the appropriate location of the building plot in the village Hradečná and the last example is the location of the construction site in dilapidated buildings in the village Kovářov. Finally, the work will include evaluation of appropriate solutions to the location of buildings.

The article deals with a practical influence of the amendment of law no. 55/2012 on public orders. It summarizes the main motives for the amendment of law no. 137/2006 regarding public orders, also makes notes about effects on the execution of public orders and its influence on the price of the building sector.
