Current trends in the long-term concept of sports training with a focus on youth categories on the example of a selected sport
Rulík, Adam ; Perič, Tomáš (advisor) ; Slavíček, Tobiáš (referee)
Title: Current trends in the long-term concept of sports training with a focus on youth categories on the example of a selected sport Objectives: Investigate what ice hockey experts consider to be trends in youth ice hockey training and what they find to be significant areas of training. Compare said experts' practical knowledge to theory. Find inner connections among individual areas of training which are considered important by experts. Methods: qualitative research - qualitative interviews with experts (open debate, guided interview) Results: The research was conducted in the form of two types of interviews with 11 experts taking part. Three experts underwent the interview of the type I. As a result of these interviews, 15 important areas of training were found, among which 12 inner connections were found (of which 2 were bidirectional). The interviews of type II brought insights of eight experts on the topic of important areas. For example, the optimal age x =12,7 for the commencement of higher intensity training was found, as well as the ratio x =42/58% for the specific/non- specific load during off ice training. Similarly, inner connections were found in this type of interview, 21 in total. The comparison of the literature and the theory built upon the type II interviews resulted in a...
Planning and Analysis swimmers training in the basic stage
Willner, Jiří ; Chrzanowská, Babeta (advisor) ; Horčic, Josef (referee)
Title: Planning and Analysis swimmers training in the basic stage Objectives: The aim of the study was to experimentally applied training plan for swimmers in the basic stage of sports training. At the same time through achieved performance at selected competitions verify the effectiveness and validity of the implemented plan. Methods: In this work we used the method of experimental applications training plan. The method of indirect observation of the diagnostic techniques in swimming flume. The method of direct observation techniques for the implementation of training. Furthermore, for the diagnosis of swimming techniques was designed and used tables for qualitative analysis of swimming styles. Comparison method were compared to selected indicators of general training and the achieved performance swimmers. And lastly, was also used the method Conconi test for the detection of physiological parameters in stress tests. Results: We found that the training program was effective. Has improved the technical level swimmers and achieved performance improvement in swimming competitions. The test subjects were also monitored parameters VO2 max. In during the training plan was found at one swimmer improvement, and at the second swimmer decrease. Keywords: swimming training, basic stage training, swimming technique,...
Dry land training of swimmers in the age group 13-14 years
Zenáhlík, Aleš ; Pokorná, Jitka (advisor) ; Jurák, Daniel (referee)
Title: Dry land training of swimmers in the age group 13-14 years Objectives: The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find out and to specialize the content of the dryland swimming training during basic swimming training. Due to different demand on focus on preparation of the swimmers on dryland in different phases of the training, the survey fixed its attention on swimmers aged 13-14 years. The research was conducted in swimming clubs with their sports activity in Prague and Central Bohemian region. Methods: The main method of the research was using a self-report questionnaire. To evaluate the research data, the methods of analysis and comparison were used. The sectorial analysis was applied to the subentries with help of the graph showing. One used the method of comparison to compare the acquired data in the given regions of the Czech Republic. Results: Despite some differences between Prague and the Central Bohemia results suggest that three quarters of the surveyed swimming clubs realize dry land training for 13-14 year old swimmers in the range of 1-2 hours per week with the most common subsidies of between 45-60 minutes before swimming training in a swimming pool complex areas, or even off-campus swimming pool. Personnel is mostly preparation for drought secured a coach with swimming qualifying...
Motor testing of children in basic stage of swimming training
Trč, Stanislav ; Chrzanowská, Babeta (advisor) ; Jurák, Daniel (referee)
Title: Motor testing of children in elementary stage of swimming training Target: The main goal of the thesis is to determine level of motor skills of swimmers in elementary stage of training by means of UNIFITTEST (6-60) test battery. Findings will be compared with selected results of other groups of sporting and unsporting children age 10 - 12. Methods: Two basic methods were selected to obtain required data. A controlled interview with swimming coach was used in order to select the research group. Consequently selected swimmers were tested for motor condition according to UNIFITTEST (6 - 60) test battery (Měkota, Kovář et al. 2002). Data acquired from the selected tests were processed and graphically expressed using mathematic - statistical method. Comparative method was used to compare results of group unsporting children with selected group of children from modern pentathlon. Results: By evaluating all results from four basic tests UNIFITTEST (6 - 60) 61 % of the swimmers have acquired above average evaluation of motor performance. Comparison of swimming group and unsporting children proved better results of swimmers in 12 minute run and shudder. In other tests results of boys from swimming and unsporting children were comparable. Among girls the swimming group was significantly better. Modern...
Control of somatic indicators and movement abilities in basic stage training
Michalcová, Naďa ; Chrzanowská, Babeta (advisor) ; Pokorná, Jitka (referee)
Name: Control of somatic indicators and movement abilities in basic stage training Aim: The aim of this bachelors thesis is to monitor the somatic parameters and movement assumptions of the modern pentathlonist aged between 8 to 11 years. Methods: A descriptive method for selected laboratory tests was used in this thesis. The results were arranged and processed. The comparison method was used for measured results of the somatic parameters and movement assumptions. Outcome: Measured values were compared and processed. The results showed that in case of selected tests, there are no age and development differences. Tests, by which the movement abilities were concluded are not dependent on the age and the development of the child. The performance is connected with movements assumptions which are partially inherited. The tests serve as a chech up on the childs natural development for further processing. Key words testing, kids and youth, movement abilities, primary stage of training

Title: Planning and Analysis swimmers training in the basic stage Objectives: The aim is to experimentally apply an annual training plan developed based on previous training to a selected swimmers in the basic stage in given conditions. Subject to monitoring and recording are general indicators of training, diagnostic techniques swimming styles and selected functional indicators. Through track record at selected competitions we have verified the effectiveness and validity of the implemented plan. Part of this work was partial Comparison with the preparation of training swimmers successful section of the same age category. Methods: In this work we used the method of experimental applications training plan, a method of indirect observation of the diagnostic techniques in swimming flume. Another method was direct observation techniques for monitoring the implementation of training. Furthermore, for the diagnosis of swimming techniques designed and used tables qualitative analysis of swimming styles. Comparison method were compared to selected indicators of general training and the achieved performance swimmers. To determine the functional parameters were used spiroergometric complete stress testing on treadmill carpet. Results: We found that the training program was effective. Has improved the...
