Felling woody plants which grow outside of the forest and a transport infrastructure Abstract The subject of this diploma thesis is a legal regulation of felling woody plants located near road and rail transport infrastructure. It focuses mainly on the analysis and evaluation of the current legal regulation of this area, together with de lege ferenda proposals that could lead to the improvement of this legal regulation. This thesis is divided into three sections, which are further divided into individual chapters and subchapters. The first section is focused on the description of the general legal regulation of felling woody plants which grow outside of the forest. This general legal regulation form the basis of special legal regulations of felling woody plants located near road and rail transport infrastructure. In this section there is an illustration of the central concept of woody plants which grow outside the forest, an exploration of three basic principles of this regal legulation and, above all, a description of the individual regimes under which it is possible to fell woody plants. Special protection regimes of woody plants which grow outside of the forest are also briefly discussed. The goal of the bachelor thesis is to create an overview of woody plants which are the most suitable for planting in complex land consolidation, while planning individual parts of the common facilities plan. First, the thesis defines the general landscape protection using legislation of the Czech Republic. Next, it describes the common facilities plan with emphasis on parts where woody plants are usually located. The thesis also presents the definition of woody plants growing outside forests (scattered greenery) and the division of woody plants according to geobiocoenological landscape typology. The most important part of the thesis is the woody plants classification which presents woody plants appropriate for parts of the common facilities plan while designing complex land consolidation according to the location. The final part of the thesis presents planting and woody plants care.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to map the scattered greenery in the cadastral area of Dlouhá Lhota u Tábora, to find out the problematic places, to suggest the planting of greenery for the given area and to draw all these elements into the map. The practical part describes individual elements of scattered green both from a functional point of view and from a species point of view and the health status of a given element is also captured. The second part of this bachelor thesis is a search, which serves for explanation and approximation of terms, which need to be known. Scattered greenery has been a part of the landscape for centuries and has various functions. In many cases, these are soil-protective and water-protective functions, where they have an erosion challenge. Their next function is aesthetic, where they create landscape dominants or help orient animals in the landscape. Some of them have a historical function when they arose in connection with an event.

The aim of this thesis was to analyze the particular elements of sparse vegetation, which are located in the cadastral territory of Třebějice, their input into the map and creating a design of their planting. Sparse vegetation has landscape formation features such as harmonic function and soil conservation functions. It increases diversity of species and is an important place of refuge and food source for wildlife. The elements of sparse vegetation are described in this thesis. It also looks on their health, species composition and functionality. The individual elements are entered into the map, in the latter map it is marked with a proposal of planting.
Mapping of trees outside forests in the area, and planting proposal

The aim of this bachelor thesis is mapping all the sparse vegetation in chosen basin of Budský stream. Next is drawing into the map and creating draft of a new planting. It is a basin located in Českokrumlovský region between the villages Besednice and Soběnov. In this work is recorded and described all the sparse vegetation occurring in the selected basin. They are described all the units of sparse vegetation including its species composition, area, function and health condition.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to map sparse vegetation in the cadastral area of Lukavec u Pacova and make suggestions for future planting. Sparse vegetation is used as biocentres and biocorridors by wildlife, and is an essential part of the landscape. In this work all of the elements of sparse vegetation, evaluation of its condition, functionality and species composition, are described. All of these elements are shown on the map.
