Block of flats, Holešov

The thesis project is a residential building. The proposed building is located in the urban area in Holešov on plain plot suitable for the construction of a residential building. The building is designed as a four-storey basement building, which is roofed with a flat roof. There is designed a total of 14 flats of all categories. The building is designed from the concrete into the permanent formwork Velox, is founded on the foundation strips, roofing is designed as a flat roof of leaning wedges.
Detached house with solicitor´s office

The subject of my bachelor thesis is a new-building of a detached house with a solicitor’s office in Obora near Boskovice. The objects are separated from each other and each of them makes a separate unit. The building is located in the suburb of Obora in slightly sloping terrain. The “T” shaped house is designed for a four membered family with a comfort dispositive organization. The house is ground floor, partly with a cellar, roofed by a saddle roof with a traditional wooden trussing. The organization and size of the windows in both objects are designed in order to have a view to the countryside. The solicitor’s office is a ground floor object roofed by flat roof. It consists three offices, one meeting room and sanitary facilities. The structural system of both objects is longitudinal, wall. The vertical load-bearing constructions are made from cut ceramic blocks. The horizontal constructions in the detached house are monolithic, ferroconcrete and in the solicitor’s office they are half-prefabricated, ceramics-concrete. The project was made in AutoCad software application, 3D model in 3D modelling computer program SketchUp.
Timber House

This bachelor thesis is focused on design of the new family house with one flat unit and an establishment serving as a wine bar of the house owner. House is located in the cadastral territory Horní Věstonice. It is two-storey family house with basement for four member family. The perimeter structures of the basement are made from blocks of CSB 400 lost formwork, insulated with extruded polystyrene ISOVER STYRODUR 2800 C in thickness 100mm. Above-ground perimeter structures are made from wooden posts (50x140mm) axially distant 625mm. The spaces between the posts are filled with thermal isolation ISOVER ORSIK and covered by the SDK rigistabil 15.0. The walls are isolated with facade polystyrene ISOVER EPS 100F in thickness 100mm. Horizontal construction above 1S is made of inserts GARPET VST20 and GARPET 175 GPN beams from CS BETON. Horizontal construction above 1NP is made of wooden planks placed on a stand with gratification and the lid. The building is roofed by a saddle roof with a 30 ° tilt. The terrace at level 1NP is made of wooden construction. The staircase is wooden, partially curved. Entrance to the land and to the family house is from the south side, to the wine bar is entrance on the north side. On the north side of the land is designed parking place for four cars. Bachelor thesis is elaborated in the form of project documentation for construction.
Mountain hotel

Master’s thesis theme is mountain hotel project. The hotel has one lower basement and four aboveground floor. It has trditional look and the roof is double-pitched. Floor projection looks like letter "L". Main part has measurements 25,3 x 14,1 m and it has four floor. Extension is on northwest side of main part. It has measuremnts 11,85 x 9,5 m and three floor. Facede of basement and first floor is from stone facing mansory. Facade od second floor of main patr of buildings id timbered looks like curb. Third and fourth floor are attic, gable is vertical timbered. Facade of second floor of extension is plaster on ETICS. The gable od extension is vertical timbered. Roof covering is alpen shingle from larch wood. Foundations of house are shallow. The construction system is walled. The lower basement is built from masonry BS Klatovy BD30 and other wall are from masonry Porotherm . Floor structures are from monolithic reinforced concrete, thickness 220 mm. House stairs are prefabricated double-flight. Partition wall are mostly built from mansory Porotherm 11,5 P+D. Lintols above windows and doors in facadeare made by reverse of floor slab and inside of disposition are made by ceramics lintols Porotherm. Floor structures are floating with impact insulation in whole house. In living rooms wear layers are from oak parquet block and in common rooms, toilets, bathrooms and technical rooms is ceramics paving. Wall’s surfaces are made from patent plaster and in lower basement are made from two-coat work with white coat. Toilets and bathrooms are tilled with ceramic tiles. All distributions of building equipment are covered with gypsum plasterboard ceiling. All windows and doors in facade are made by wooden profile Solid comfort SC78 and glazed by triple glazing unit (Uw,max=0,9 W/m2.K), exception is main entrance door, It is made by aluminum profile and it is automatically opened.
Multi-storey Wooden Building

Master’s thesis deals with complete project documentation of newly built object of library and mediatheque located on the site in České Budějovice. It is a three-storey building divided into three parts, one-storey, two-storey and three-storey. It is partly basement. The underground part is devoted to main storage spaces of library services, management offices and social facilities for staff (toilets, changing rooms, washrooms). This part of the building has own entrance for employees. In the 1st floor is located the main library area along with exhibition spaces and the main entrance for visitors with self service cloakroom. In the 2nd floor are designed library spaces for visually impaired persons with fund of audio books, CDs and DVDs, a lecture hall with a projector and own kitchen and space for reading magazines and periodicals. From this floor is possible access to the outdoor terrace, which has own terrace furniture store nearby. In the 3rd floor is located a literary café with its own facilities. In each floor are also designed sanitary facilities for use by persons with limited ability of movement and orientation. All floors are connected by stairs and passenger lifts. In terms of construction, the building is designed as a frame, in the underground parts made of reinforced concrete, the overhead of glued laminated timber elements. The ceiling structure designed over the underground floor is monolithic reinforced concrete slab. The ceilings in the upper part are designed as a wooden beamed made of the glued laminated timber elements. The building has a pent roof created by wooden trusses assembled with punched metal plate fasteners. The foundations are designed as belts and footings. The study, detailed documentation, thermal-technical evaluation of selected structures and fire safety of the building are processed. For processing of the thesis were used software AutoCAD 2010, Teplo 2011, Area 2011, Ztráty 2011 and Fire NX 802 PRO.
