The Development of Turistic Programme in Znovín Company

The diploma thesis deals with the possible development of a touristic program of Znovín Znojmo, a.s. company, based in Šatov in Velkopavlovická wine sub-region. There has been a deep examination of the chosen company done in order to analyze the company’s touristic programs and its activities. The analytical part defines the essential context for the development and implementation of the new touristic program. The actual proposal of the development of the touristic program in the chosen region includes a proposal of appropriate touristic activities connecting wine and local places of interest. The implementation of this project will ensure a better competitiveness and an increased number of customers of the company in the mentioned sub-region.
Wine tourism in Turkey

Exploring wine tourism in Turkey and the Czech Republic is crucial to understanding how it affects tourism and the economy of these countries. The objective of this thesis is to analyze and compare the development, challenges, and potential of wine tourism in Turkey and the Czech Republic, employing both theoretical insights and practical strategies. This research employed a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative and quantitative data. Qualitative data was gathered through in-depth interviews with Turkish wine producers (n = 5) and Czech expert. Quantitative data was collected via online questionnaire (n = 105). Comprehensive literature review helped to explore the current landscape of wine tourism in both countries. The study examined wine tourism in Turkey and the Czech Republic, emphasizing the collaboration between researchers and industry. It underscored the importance of preserving culture, adopting sustainable practices, and creating unique experiences to position these countries as premier destinations for wine enthusiasts globally.

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of customers of a wine enterprise, which leads to the design of a marketing strategy leading to getting the enterprise into the awareness of potential customers and the subsequent achievement of profit. A questionnaire survey was used to analyse the customers and secondary data collection using in-depth interview with the owner was used to analyse the selected winery. After the evaluation, appropriate communication leading to the achievement of the set objectives was ordered.

This bachelor's thesis focuses on optimizing the business activities in the market within the wine industry. The objective of the work is to propose a new marketing strategy that can attract new customers, enhance the loyalty of existing ones, and consequently increase the revenue of the selected business. To gather data for the analysis, a questionnaire survey was conducted, complemented by interviews with the owner and employees. After processing the data obtained from the questionnaire, suitable recommendations, accompanied by specific proposals, were formulated.
Dopad pandemie COVID-19 na vinařství a jeho subjekty na Znojemsku

This bachelor thesis deals with the COVID-19 impact on winery and its subjects in the Znojmo region. The theoretical part consists of winery sector introduction and the description of the wine making process from harvesting to selling of final products. Furthermore, it contains an introduction of the COVID-19 pandemic and its influence on wine tourism. Additionally, the problems faced by states like France, Spain, and Italy, who are the wine-making elite, are introduced. Next, similar problems faced by the Czech Republic are described and its division into wine sub-districts is depicted. The practical part contains a research based on the analysis of publicly accessible data published by the Czech Ministry of Agriculture, the Wine Fund and the Znojmo Cultural Department. Consequently, the research was supported by a qualitative research method, specifically by semi-structured interviews with respondents who stand at different positions in terms of their business size. Based on this, indicators of the COVID-19 pandemic’s impact on winery are created, enriched by answers of every respondent. The individual wineries experienced a negative impact on their finances and wine sales to the foodservice industry. Respondents agreed on the negative impact in terms of wine tourism and, in the case of large wineries, with interrupted plans for business expansion.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the promotion of wine tourism in the South Moravian Region with a focus on printed promotional materials. In the current era, the online environment is used every day, so this thesis focuses on the printed form to see if it does not lose its relevance. The aim of this thesis is to define the relevance of printed promotional materials for wine tourism. A qualitative method using semistructured interviews was chosen for the research. The analytical part includes content analysis and then analysis of the interview responses. The discussion discusses the research questions that help define the stated objective. Based on the analysis of the responses and research questions, it was found that printed promotional materials in wine tourism are still relevant. As the online form is starting to come to the fore, all those producing printed materials should start to adapt to this form of materials as well.Based on the results, several proposals were presented.
Wine Tourism Sustainable Development in South Moravia

Tourism, a current phenomenon, dynamically develops. Demands of visitors on a comprehensive destination product are increasing thanks to an increasing amount of spendable financial resources and rising fund of free time. In this context not only the competition among destinations but also the pressure to the destination potential are growing. Soft tourism forms emerged in an effort to minimize negative impacts of tourism activities on the region as well as to maintain modern regional life standards and to enable its further development. Thanks to their substance, the soft tourism forms are often count among components of sustainable development. Nevertheless, the soft tourism forms are based on the unique destination potential, its atmosphere and natural environment more than the traditional ones. Therefore also their activities must be developed sustainably and at least with the same intensity as the other forms. This diploma thesis deals with a relatively new branch of tourism - wine tourism. It is a gentle form of tourism which is being developed as a follow-up to the trend of sustainability. Wine tourism is discussed in the analysis of literature. In connection with foreign experience it is being studied whether this form of tourism is really as gentle as proclaimed. The practical part of the thesis is devoted to the wine tourism in the Czech Republic, with an emphasis on the wine region of Bohemia. Illustrated with examples of the towns of Mělník, Litoměřice and Most, the present state of this branch and its development potential are evaluated. The emphasis is on the products of the wine tourism which are suitable for these cities (wine harvest, wine-growing events and festivals, shows and competitions, etc.). Finally, the work mentions the increasing demand and need for coordinated management of the region (Destination Management).
