Technological Solution of a Gross Superstructure of the Apartment Building in Brno

This bachelor´s thesis is focused on the construction technological project of a gross superstructure of the apartment building in Brno. It is a four-storey building made of bricks with cast-in-place floor structures. The building is roofed with a timber roof truss. The thesis includes a technical report, bill of quantities, technological methods of construction, technical report of a site equipment, machine draft report, inspection and test plan, work safety and finally comparing of different ways of concreting.

Technological solution for the education complex in Brno

This master’s thesis deals with construction of the gross building of new building of learning complex FEKT VUT in Brno. It contains the design of earthworks, underground setting piles, monolithic structures and isolation of the building for further construction. Construction and technological project includes technical report, time and financial plan of construction, study of the implementation of major technological stages of site preparation, budget of facilities, technological regulation to solved stages, inspection and test plan of monolithic structures, health and safety plan and energy label of objects.

Subject of this work is pursuance technology of above-standard family house. This diploma thesis contains construction and technology report, technological prescriptions for important parts of buildings, technology report of plant building site, concepts of mechanical assembly, inspection and test plan, technology report of health and safety on the construction site. Budget, calculation and time planning, a drawing of the facilities of the construction site, description of transport relations is included in addendum. Work also contains part about use of Calcium silicate masonry and its comparation.

Technical report of building site equipment, time schedule, draft of a machine setup. Inspection-check plan, safety and protection of health during work are also included.

Manufacturing facility in Písek u Jablunkova - realization of rough top structure

The bachelor thesis deals with the realization of the rough top structure of the manufacturing facility for the company Olzanka s.r.o. This work deals with the walling of the building, realization of the semi-mounted ceiling structure and roof truss with tin roofing. For these processes, technological regulations were drafted, machine assemblies were designed, an item budget was drawn up together with a bill of quantities. In addition, an OHS regulation, a control and test plan for the walling process, a time schedule, traffic relations and site equipment drawings were developed.

The content of this bachelor thesis is the construction of the Mountain Hotel. The bachelor thesis solves the realization of the rough top structure with focus on the masonry supporting constructions and realization of the ceiling construction using the SPIROLL panels. It includes a technical report focusing on the technological stages, the situation of the construction with the transport routes, the area statement, the technological regulation for the masonry structures, the technical regulation for the realization of the ceilings using the SPIROLL panels, the technical management of the building equipment, the budget item, the time schedule, the design of the machine assembly, and a test plan and, finally, health safety at work.
