Using the qualification of a literary manager in the teaching practice at the secondary school Waldorfské lyceum

This diploma thesis deals with the ways of using the qualifications of a literary manager in the field of pedagogy and didactics, specifically while teaching at a secondary school called Waldorfské lyceum. In the first part the author deals with the characteristics of the two careers – as a literary manager and as a teacher, and defines the set of qualities that are necessary for these professions. Later he compares these two professions and seeks intersections and parallels between them and the parts they take in a theater environment and in a school environment respectively. In the next part he introduces the Waldorf education and its specifics with regards to the performing arts incorporated into the lessons, and analyses the drama poetics of Rudolf Steiner including his approach towards the manner of speech and the art of eurythmy. In the crucial third part of this thesis the author is describing his experiences as a teacher at the secondary school Waldorfské lyceum and looks into individual areas of his activities – projects of literary, performing, artistic and cultural character, particularly in relation to utilizing the qualitifations of a literary manager, obtained during the studies of Dramaturgy for Dramatic Theater on The Theater Academy of Performing Arts.
Waldorf Education in Czech Republic

The bachelor thesis Waldorf Education in the Czech Republic aims to map the development of Waldorf schools and the Waldorf education trend in the Czech Republic. The first part is dedicated to the establishment of the educational alternative, its founder Rudolf Steiner, the theoretical background of anthroposophic anthropology and to the development of Waldorf education at its beginnings. The second part describes the emergence of Waldorf schools in the Czech Republic after 1989 until 2013, Waldorf teacher training and also Waldorf parents' initiatives that stand at the very beginning of every school of this type. The final discussion deals with possibilities of Waldorf education, its topicality in the context of our time and contradictions between the ideal and reality. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
New media education at secondary waldorf schools

The thesis deals with the history and the present of waldorf schools founded by Rudolf Steiner. Also describes media literacy with an emphasis on new media. It covers the way how the new media education is embedded in the Czech educational system. As a particular example served curriculum of the school subject Information and communication technology of the waldorf secondary school in Prague. The thesis also describes the way of media education in Germany. In the second part of this thesis can be found an evaluation of the questionnaire made in secondary waldorf schools in Prague and Semily which had to learn the status quo of (new) media literacy of the students and their relationship with modern technologies. The end of the thesis deals with the suggestion of improvement of the tuition based on the German model.
Education Technology in Waldorf school´s conditions

The work deals with education technology in the specific environment of Waldorf school with an emphasis on pedagogical traits of this school type. The theoretical part includes the explanation of the term {\clq}qeducational technology``, the brief characteristics of alternative schooling, its rise and development. The main accent is put on the Waldorf pedagogy, its recourses, contents, aims, specifics and history in the Czech Republic and Waldorf education worldwide. The practical part includes records from inspections of Waldorf classes and then a comparison of theory and praxis. Then this work compares a social climate of the Waldorf class and the class with a classical way of education by questionnaires to find out objective positives of Waldorf education.
