Sports hall
Hellebrand, David ; Puchner, Josef (referee) ; Sýkora, Karel (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with a project of roof load-bearing structure of a sports hall situated nearby the city of Opava. The sports hall would be designed for common sports such as handball, football, tenis, voleyball or basketbal. Groun plan scantlings of the con-struction are of 36 x 48 m and clearance of 8 m. Hall travers bond is composed of 3 m high lattice frames that are hinge-connected to a housed joint. Accouplement between the sup-porting lattice frames is done due to longitudial effective purline which continue to the wall-mounted parts of the structure. Spatial rigidity is made safe due to sway bracings and purline.
Static verification and alternative design of steel structure of winter sport stadium in Jindřichův Hradec
Holec, Tomáš ; Melcher, Jindřich (referee) ; Karmazínová, Marcela (advisor)
The subject of this thesis is the conversion and alternative proposal to the existing steel structure roofing the winter stadium in Jindrichuv Hradec. The building has a rectangular plan with dimensions of 80 x 52 m. The roof structure consists of lattice trusses and purlins, plotted using lattice steel columns. The other possibilities are parabolic lattice trusses and purlin with fly bracing that were designed and evaluated in accordance with applicable standards. The solution using parabolic trusses is designed on the original footprint of the structure. The distance of each bond is 8 m.
Riding hall
Poláček, Petr ; Šmak, Milan (referee) ; Sýkora, Karel (advisor)
Bachelor thesis with the disign of the steel load-bearing structure of riding hall. Trackway area has plan dimension of 25 x 60 m. Span of main frame is 36 m. Main frame are distanced 9 m. The hall is 10,5 m hight. The structure is design for the area of Svitávka near Letovice.
Multi-function sports hall
Kopecká, Denisa ; Bajer, Miroslav (referee) ; Sýkora, Karel (advisor)
The aim of my bachelor thesis was to deal with proposal and assessment of multi-function hall for ordinary sports, a rectangular plan with dimensions 36x48m and the height of the structure about 15 meters. The hall is situated near the center of Ceska Trebova. There was one variant, in which the main frame forms 5 main trusses after 12 meters and longitudinal system is formed by lattices frames, roof and plan bracings. The thesis is focused on the load pressure and solution of individual elements including assembly detail and joint.
The steel roof structure of a hangar
Pojezný, Tomáš ; Pilgr,, Milan (referee) ; Štrba, Michal (advisor)
This work contains the design and assessment of the steel roof structure of a hangar for Cessna propeller aircraft. Ground plan dimensions are 40,0 x 60,0 m, approximate height is 12,0 m. The supporting system of the structure consists of plane elliptical trusses. The design is selected from two pre-solved geometrical and structural variants. They are compared on the basis of price, the size of painted surfaces and the weight of structure. For the selected variant is made detailed static assessment and drawing documentation.
