Guesthouse Pasohlávky
Sukop, Lukáš ; Kalánek,, Jiří (referee) ; Ostrý, Milan (advisor)
The topic of this diploma thesis is the preparation of project documentation for a new building of a boarding house with an establishment in passive standard. The building is designed in the village of Pasohlávky in the South Moravian region. The guesthouse is located in the cadastral territory of Mušov, parcel number 3163/364. The building has no basement with three above-ground floors. There are a total of 16 accommodation units on the upper floors. On the first above-ground floor there is a restaurant, kitchen, storage areas, technical facilities, sanitary facilities for guests and employees of the guesthouse. The accommodation units on the upper floors are equipped with balconies accessible from the rooms. The building is based on a reinforced concrete base plate. The structural system of the object is wall transverse. Vertical supporting structures are designed from sand-lime blocks, horizontal supporting structures are designed from reinforced concrete. The building is covered with a flat single-skin roof. The diploma thesis consists of a main text part and an appendix part.
Kindergarten Pastelka
Brandtnerová, Jana ; Kalánek, Jiří (referee) ; Ostrý, Milan (advisor)
The aim of my master's project is to design a new building of kindergarden with nearly zero energy consumption. The project consists of three main parts. The first part is to create project documentation. The building is designed regarding to architectural expression. The kindergarden is split into two departments each for twenty children. It is single storey building with saddle roof. It is based on concrete foundation and under them there is foam glass. External walls are made of sand-lime blocks which are insulated with a contact thermal insulation system. The second part is to assess the energy performance of the building and usage of energy from renewable sources. The building uses ground source heat pump as a heating, air is provided by mechanical ventilation with heat recovery and eleckricity is partly provided by a photovoltaic system. The last part of master's project evaluates the building by the method of multi–criteria analysis. For this evaluation I used national method SBToolCZ.
Low-energy building of kindergarten
Nečas, Lukáš ; Wierzbická, Helena (referee) ; Počinková, Marcela (advisor)
The aim of this project is to design a kindergarten with nearly zero energy consumption in Veřovice. The building is purposefully divided into three parts, where one part consists of locker rooms, an office, a food service and facilities for employees. The second part consists of 2 separate playrooms with a capacity for 40 children and the third part consists of the building services of the building. The project consists of three parts. The first part deals with the design of a building solution. It is a single-storey non-basement building, where the vertical load-bearing structures are made of Porotherm ceramic blocks and the horizontal load-bearing structures are designed from hollow prestressed Spiroll panels. The roof of the building is designed as a flat, warm, extensive green roof. The second part deals with the design of individual technical equipment. A ground / water heat pump is designed as a source of heat and cold. The building also uses mechanical ventilation, with heat recovery and the possibility of cooling selected rooms in the summer months. The third part consists of a detailed design of the heating system and contains a calculation of heat losses and a design of floor heating.
Kindergarten and primary school in Škrdlovice
Peňáz, Zdeněk ; Vystrčil, Jan (referee) ; Šuhajda, Karel (advisor)
The aim of this master project is to design a nzeb kindergarten and primary school in Škrdlovice. The building has three parts: kindergarten and primary school with 2 above–ground floors and basements are connected with a single canteen. The canteen has a flat extensive green roof, while the kindergarten and primary school have saddle roof. The kindergarten has two identical floors with playrooms, locker rooms, bed and toy storage, teacher’s office, and bathrooms. First floor of the primary school contains locker room, teacher’s’ offices, it classroom, afterschool centre, and toilets. Three classrooms, headmaster’s office, and toilets are in the second floor. The building is designed using Xella building system. The external load–bearing walls, slabs, and internal non–bearing walls are made of aerated concrete blocks. The internal load–bearing are made of lime–sand blocks. The building is insulated with non–fibrous mineral panels. The project includes design of lightning, HVAC, DHW, and photovoltaics systems. The project also includes a study of three structural details including 3D models in BIM software and their thermal assessment. The project was designed using BIM software Revit.
Kindergarten Krabík
Jakoš, Milan ; Kalánek, Jiří (referee) ; Ostrý, Milan (advisor)
The aim of this master´s thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for kindergarten with almost zero energy consumption. The project consists of three main parts. The first part is devoted to the civil engineering design of the building. The building is designed regarding to architectural expression, quality of made and type of use. The kindergarten is designed with capacity of 48 children split into two departments. The second part is devoted to the design of HVAC systems. The building uses mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, heating is provided by two gas boilers and the need of electricity is provided by a photovoltaic system. Captured rainwater is used effectively. The third part values the building regarding the method of multi–criteria analysis. For this evaluation uses national method SBToolCZ.
Drip irrigation of vegetables growing fields
Baroš, Dominik ; Kameníčková, Ivana (referee) ; Hyánková, Eva (advisor)
