Exaction of Tax Arrears

The bachelor thesis focuses on exaction of tax arrears. Desribes ways in which to exact the tax arrears and analyzes the process of their enforcement in practice. It contains rules designed to tax subjects that can prevent the execution of the tax and proposals for the elimination of problems which significantly reduces the success of the exaction of tax arrears.

Specifies the basic theoretical information on legal, accounting, taxes and economics. In the analytical part is the entrepreneur briefly introduced and evaluated his current state of receivables. An integral part is also putting theory into practice by any proposals for tackling the problem.
Trade Receivables in a Business Corporation

This Bachelor thesis focuses on the topic of receivables arising from business relationships in a selected busi-ness corporation. The given business corporation has been selected for this study due to the fact that it holds a significant position on the market specialized in the electricity generation. Furthermore, this corporation has also its business activities abroad. This thesis describes various options of preventing vulnerable areas within receiv-ables and suggests solutions of dealing with such issues. The aim of the research is the efficiency evaluation of receivables management in the corporation followed by the suggestion of possible solutions related to question-able and irrecoverable debts. The outcomes of this thesis may be beneficial to the manager of the business de-partment in the selected corporation. In its conclusion, the thesis offers suggestions and recommendations to improve the accounts receivable management.
Structure and causes of indebtedness of individuals citizens in the Czech Republic

This diploma thesis is devoted to the issue of indebtedness of natural person citizens of the Czech Republic and the follow up solution proposal, which aim is eliminate this problem. Selected theories of human capital and the consumerist society best describe theoretical concept debt issues. Consequently, this chapter is followed by the application of state policy instruments, which can mostly be sort of legislative action, educational activities and information and communication tools. They are a very important component, since all the measures breathe life. An important component of this thesis is to research, which was carried out in several directions, taking could then occur between individual variables to verify hypotheses. The extension of knowledge in the field of theory and research led me to the various proposals on how to solve the problem. In summary, it is a modification of the entire lending process and the subsequent recovery, which would in case of implementation of indebtedness persons decreased while satisfying yield "creditable" lenders. Collective actions in private enforcement of competition law

in English This master's thesis is concerned with collective redress mechanisms in the area of competition law of the European Union. Taking into account the ongoing modernization of private enforcement of competition law, the European Commission had decided to create a complementary system of collective and representative actions. Implementation of such instruments was recommended by the European Commission in Commission Recommendation of 11 June 2013 on common principles for injunctive and compensatory collective redress mechanisms in the Member States concerning violations of rights granted under Union Law. The main research question of this thesis is whether the European Commission has taken a wise approach towards collective redress mechanisms by creating the complementary system of collective redress, using the opt-in mechanism. This master's thesis is divided into 5 main chapters. In the first chapter, the readers are introduced to the topic of enforcement of competition law in the European Union. Further, the main research question is laid down, followed by the sources and methodology used in this thesis. The proposal of ACTA which tried to establish new international standards for the intellectual property rights enforcement has gained extraordinary amount of attention among the academic and general public and particularly in the European Union caused many concerns and criticisms. This paper attempts to put ACTA in the broader context of the intellectual property legal framework. ACTA's foundations are described, its content discussed in detail and the most frequently mentioned deficiencies and possible risks critically evaluated.

Creation and enforcement of receivables

The thesis Creation and enforcement of receivables is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with legislation that currently applies to the whole issue of claims. The issue of debts and obligations is monitored in general in the framework of the Czech legal system, while not neglecting European law. The practical part aims to identify the most common causes of claims for individual and legal persons. The most extensive chapter of the practical part is the analysis of the recovery process of the incurred debts. There are a number of enforcement methods which are directly linked at specific conditions. Therefore the analysis of the whole process is relatively large. The last section focuses on the success of the recovery process in the collections agency. The final section summarizes the results of the whole researched issue and analyzed causes of the fluctuations in the success of the recovery process.
Debt collection practice in the Czech Republic

The bachelor work aims at the administration and recovery of claims of an entrepreneur in the legal and market environment of the Czech Republic. The text lists an analysis of out-of-court and legal instruments that can be used for managing the life cycle of a claim. It also looks for recommendation for increasing the efficiency of managing business risks in order to minimize creation of uncollectible claims. The target of the work is to define weaknesses of the administration of claims in a company with a high accumulation of business deals, with a high number of customers buying the service with a due date payment. Reduction of such negative influence and thread follows, implementation of individual instruments of claim administration that leads to fast and most importantly efficient recovery of claims.
