Number of pages 134. The topics of rigorous thesis are some selected atypical forms of employment and flexible working arrangements that the Czech labor law not yet fully knows and uses. The chosen theme is based on current trends in labor law highlighting flexicurity as a mutual individual employment relationship between employer and employee, which through atypical forms of employment and flexible working arrangements allows the freedom and flexibility for the employer and the guarantee and protection by minimum labor standards on the part of the employee. This paper also briefly compares atypical forms of employment and flexible working arrangement with Slovak labor legislation. Analysis of employee meals

The aim of this thesis is to analyse employee meals, its importance and various possibilities to organize it. The theoretical part explains the basic terms and briefly describes the general problems of the catering industry. The thesis deals with the employee meals, describes the historical development, the importance, the legislation, different possibilities of employee meals and their characteristics. One chapter handles with contemporary trends of employee meals, catering supplies and voucher system. The practical part analyses the results of the questionnaire survey.

Thesis "Internal accounting rules of a certain company with the intention of circulation of the accountancy documents" deals with internal rules of documentary circulation both from the theoretical and pracical point of view. The first part of the thesis describes all concepts and activities connected with processing of the accountancy documents. The aim of the practical part is an analysis, correction and refinishing of a concrete internal rule of a concrete company.
