Title: Case Study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with the diagnosis of cervicobrachial syndrome Target: The objective of bachelor thesis is to describe the problems cervicobrachil syndrome Abstract: This bachelor thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part contains of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology of cervical spine. It states here the definition, cause, clinical features, therapeutic approaches to the issue. A special section is the most important part of the bachelor thesis. A special section is devoted to case report and determination of the a physiotherapy plan. The case report discussed in detail contains anamnesis, the input kinesiology analysis, short- and long-term plan, records of the therapeutics units, the output kinesiology analysis and evaluation of the effect therapy. This bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of vertebrogenic disease and the influence of breathing techniques on the treatment of spinal disorders. Thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis is divided into seven chapters, in which the anatomy of the spine and chest and the deep stabilization system and its parts are described. The fourth and fifth chapters deal with vertebrogenic disorders and functional disorders, in which I focused on their most common manifestations. The last two chapters deal with the issue of breathing, its types and especially breathing techniques. The practical part of the thesis was elaborated in the form of qualitative research, which was carried out using case studies. I selected four patients with back pain, which I then divided into 2 groups. The first group practiced breathing techniques from yoga and the second group practiced breathing techniques from physiotherapy. I made an input and output kinesiology analysis for all probands. Subsequently, the results of the individual and both groups were evaluated. The aim of the bachelor's thesis was to describe the possibilities of breathing techniques and their influence on the treatment of functional disorders of the locomotor system. During the research, it was found that regular breathing exercises have a positive effect on the treatment of functional disorders of vertebrogenic disease.

The vertebrogenic problems are the second most common causes of a doctor's visit. However, determining the cause and source of the problem is not always easy and the patient is often referred for an examination and treatment to the various specialists, unfortunately mostly without any effects. Title: Psychosomatic in vertebrogenic disease Objectives: The aim of this master thesis is to determine common features of vertebrogenic disease in conection with psychosomatics using literary research, and to describe the treatement options for this disease used in literal sources. The first searched common feature is the most common localization of pain. Other searched common feature is the prevalence of gender and age. The last searched common feature is treatement option for psychosomatic vertebrogenic disease according to specialised literature. Title: Case study of the physiotherapy treatment of patient with low back pain Aims: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to obtain and summarise theoretical knowledge about low back pain and to compose a case study of patient with low back pain. Summary: The bachelor thesis consists of a theoretical and a special part. The theoretical part is composed of anatomical-kinesiology information of the affected area, characteristic of the diagnosis and a description of its possible origin, etiology, pathogenesis and symptoms. Further, a recommended examination is suggested together with a treatment of the disease. The special part is focused on particular diagnosis.
