Eva Konopáčová Oponent práce: Název bakalářské práce: Přehled fyzioterapeutických konceptů a metod využitelných v terapii pacientů s vertebrogenními onemocněními, podtitul: vybrané fyzioterapeutické koncepty a jejich porovnání s účinností metody McKenzie (mechanická diagnostika a terapie) Abstrakt bakalářské práce: Tématem bakalářské práce je přehled fyzioterapeutických konceptů a metod využitelných v terapii pacientů s vertebrogenními onemocněními a porovnání jejich účinnosti s metodou McKenzie (mechanická diagnostika a terapie). Práce je zpracovaná formou rešeršní a je rozdělena na obecnou a speciální část. Obecná část práce se věnuje přehledu problematiky vertebrogenních onemocnění a možnostem jejich léčby. Popisuje prevalenci, etiologii a jednotlivé strukturální a funkční příčiny vertebrogenních onemocnění. V dalších kapitolách jsou shrnuty jednotlivé možnosti léčby a popsány často využívané fyzioterapeutické koncepty a metody. Speciální část práce na základě systematické rešerše zkoumá účinnost McKenzie metody v rámci léčby pacientů v akutních, subakutních a chronických fázích bolesti dolní části zad a efekt metody na pacienty s bolestí v oblasti krční páteře. The thesis is composed in a recherche form and is divided into general and special part. The general part of the thesis deals with the overview of vertebrogenic diseases and the possibilities of their treatment. It describes the prevalence, etiology and individual structural and functional causes of vertebrogenic diseases. In the following chapters, the individual treatment options are summarized, and the physiotherapeutic concepts and methods frequently used are described.
