This bachelor's thesis is dealing with methods of computer vision and use of convolutional neural networks for the purpose of detection and counting the Varroa destructor on the pad removed from the bottom of the beehive. A research of such methods and convolutional neural networks is done together with an implementation. Experiments are performed and the results are made with the vision of using the results of this thesis for creating a mobile phone application.

A research of such methods is done together with an attempted implementation, keeping in mind a possibility of using the results of this thesis for implementing a mobile phone application.

Description is intent on possible accuracy and energy consumption of each component. Appropriate method is selected subsequnetly. In realitionship with method are selected sensors and projected controlling circuit. There is a summary of parameters of device in resume. There is also design of the parts which do not work as good as is ideal in resume.

Přehled chemických vlastností, způsobu získávání včetně jejich dalších vlastností, kvůli kterým se tyto produkty získávají. Rozlišení jednotlivých druhů medů, které se vyskytují v ČR a v zahraničí. Dále specifikace cizorodých látek (pesticidy, antibiotika, těžké kovy). Porovnání výsledků testování v ČR a zahraničí v posledních letech. Určení trendu výskytu cizorodých látek v medu. Zjištění obecného povědomí o této problematice u lidí v produktivním věku

Content of succrose in authentic honey from Czech Republic

The work is focused on the analysis of data on sugar composition of honey coming from beekeepers in the Czech Republic. The database includes a number of years and several hundred locations. The aim is to test the hypothesis that sucrose content in honeys vary in individual years in connection with the course of the weather, especially the sufficiency or deficiency of rainfall, so that in rare cases it can even unadulterated honeys sucrose content exceed the limit specified standard.
It will formulate recommendations for action at the findings of the high sucrose content of genuine honeys to prevent unauthorized punishment.

One part is devoted to the evalution of honey prices per one kilogram for the period from 2004 to 2014 in the Pilsner region and this part us supplemented by statistical data with charts. In the last part, there will be summarized and evaluated the knowledge of the development of beekeeping and ist prospects in the Pilsner region.

Faktory ovlivňující reprodukci včely medonosné (Apis mellifera)

The content of this thesis is to outline the major and minor factors affecting the results of reproduction honeybee (Apis mellifera). It focuses mainly on comparing the temperature and humidity conditions in the colony and their influence on reproduction of bees or honey production as their main product. Since the reproduction of the bees affected by many factors and these factors have been described in the thesis. Measurements were taken inside and outside temperature and humidity in the hive beekeeping phenophases in each year and compared with the facts and observations at the checkpoint.
