The subject of this project documentation for building is new building of Ballroom dance club in Frenštát pod Radhoštěm conected with current building of cinema. Object is situated in Frenštát pod Radhoštěm in region of Nový Jičín. The target of this diploma thesis was design of public building for cultural enjoying with using current spaces in the locality to fulfill requirements of investor. The thesis is devided into parts of preparing, situating, documentation to be involved into the surrounding.
Office Block in Blansko

The solution of the diploma thesis is the office block in Blansko. Building is suggested for using as insurance company. This building is located in a particular territory which had precisely limited the possibilities of the construction. There are three aboveground floors. The building is designed like reinforced concrete frame with complete masonry type THERM. The building is built on drilled piles that are connected fundamental grate. The facade is made as ceramic aired facade. The building has a flat roof with classical succession layer and is stabilized by gravel. The building is designed for fifty people.
Apartment building K4

The aim of this bachelor thesis is the elaboration of documentation for construction of an apartment building in Rosice u Brna. The building is designed as a stand alone with four floors and flat roof. The apartment building constitutes of 9 apartment units, technical facilities and home furnishings The blueprint was processed using the AutoCAD program and the visualizations were processed using the SketchUp program.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with design of municipal office. It consists of two-storey building with semi-cellar. Object is designed as brick building. Roof of building is flat, double-cover with inclination 3°. An entrance is situated to south-east. In front of building is paved area with parking. Building is solved as without-barriers. Object is equipped with elevator. The work contains drawings and technical descriptions and it is composed as an implementing project.
The block of flats

This bachelor's thesis is focused on construction of an apartment building in quiet area of the town of Prostějov. Its appearance and purpose fit into the surrounding buildings. The free-standing object is a partially basement, it has parking space and approximately shape of rectangular. The apartment building is designed as a 4-storey building with one underground floor. There is a separate cellars for each of apartment unit in the basement. There are sixteen residential units in four floors, always 4 residential units per floor. Flat units have its own entrance to private terraces on the ground floor and to balcony in upper floors. The building is based on concrete foundation strips and is covered with a warm flat roof. The load-bearing system is a two-way wall system and is lined with ceramic blocks. Horizontal structures are cast-in-place reinforced cncrete. The vertical connection is ensured by a three-arm staircase that wraps around the elevator shaft. The work is developed to the level of project documentation for the construction.
Drives concept of personal lifts

This thesis is the review of the most used personal elevator systems, both less and more known ones. Their clasification according to the type of their drive and summary of their advantages, disadvantages and usage in different buildings is introduced in this thesis. Also description of how different systems work, the mode of their functionality and various modifications are mentioned in this summary together with the graphical diagrams. Considerable accent is put on modern systems mostly used in last years.
SUBSTRUCTURE OF A POLYFUNCTIONAL BUILDING ČESKÁ SKALICE

The main contents of the thesis is solving a construction-technological project substructure of a polyfunctional building Česká Skalice. Substructure is based on two height levels on bored piles. The first height level is called SECTION A, the second height level is called SECTION B. The base structure consists an angled base plate, which consists from two horizontal plates shifted against each other about one floor and between plates is a basement wall. The base plate in SECTION A is solved together with ceiling plate 1. PP. Further there is solved structures for two lift shafts . The thesis includes a technical report, technologic instructions, plan of building site, selected constructional details, cost estimate, schedule, machinery composition, control and testing plans, safety at work and environmental protection.
Multifunctional object

The aim of the diploma thesis was to create project documentation the new construction of a multifunctional building in the village of Dýšina. The architecture of the building is determined by the usage purpose. The administrative and residential part is designed as a three-level building and the warehouse part as a single-level one. It is a non-basement construction without a residential attic, a rectangular floor plan with maximum dimension of 63.4 x 26.26 m. The roofing is solved by a gabled roof. The layout and operational solution of the administrative part of the building is primarily focused on the offer of exhibited goods and their sale on the 1st floor. On this floor, there are offices, a shop with exhibited goods, a technical room and sanitary facilities, including toilets for people with reduced mobility. On the 2nd floor, there are commercial and manager offices. There is also a meeting room and a showroom. The residential part on the 3rd floor above the administrative part is divided into 4 residential units. The apartments are accessible from the central corridor. The entrance to the central corridor is secured with an external steel staircase on the north side of the building. The space of the storage hall is not divided to maximize usage of storage area. There is one office (26.95 m2) and storage space (973.65 m2) with a test elevator shaft. The entrance to this part is ensured by three gates and a gate with a ramp for tracks. The storage part is directly connected to the administrative part with a door.
Flat Building

The thesis deals with the design and calculation of selected parts of an apartment building in Brno. The apartment building is 6 floors (one underground floor and 5 above-ground floors), the underground floor is the entire reinforced concrete. The work focuses mainly on the static design and assessment of individual elements of reinforced concrete structures. The assessed load-bearing elements are the roof slab, ceiling slab 1.PP, prefabricated staircase, elevator shaft and so-called white bath (foundation slab, walls). All calculations are performed using SCIA Engineer. Individual ceiling slabs and staircases are solved by 2D models and the construction of the white bathtub is made in a 3D model. The design proceeded according to valid European standards ČSN EN 1992-1-1 and ČSN 73 1201. The result of this work is static design of reinforcement of all solved parts and drawing documentation.
