Cider production Víchov

The topic of the bachelor thesis is a proposal for the revitalization of the existing agricultural area near the village of Víchov and the creation of new production, presentation, and administrative spaces. The work is based on a previously developed architectural study from the subject BGA021. The proposed building is located on land located on the eastern edge of the village of Víchov, in the former area of the agricultural cooperative. This is a slightly sloping plot of land. According to the wishes of the investor, the proposal is in the western part of the plot, on the remaining part of the plot it is planned to build production and storage halls. The Víchov cider house and cannery is divided into three main parts. The first part consists of two smaller representative buildings, intended for the sale of goods. The second part of the complex is the main two-story building, where the administrative part, accommodation facilities and gastronomy are located. The last part is the production hall located in the northern part of the area used for the production and storage of cider. These three parts are located one behind the other on the slope of the plot and are connected by a pedestrian road. A new road and new parking areas are created in the area. The entrance to the area is from the existing road on the south side. The new road in the area runs along the eastern edge of the planned area and connects the proposed buildings. An extensive green roof is planned for all buildings, except for the production hall. The entire area is designed so that its size does not disturb the existing village development and meets the requirements for the functions of individual objects.
Assembly hall

The diploma thesis deals with the design and assessment of the steel supporting structure of the production hall. The transverse dimension of the hall is 21,00 m, the longitudinal dimension is 70,00 m, the height of the hall is 17,56 m. S355 steel is used as the main supporting material. The supporting part of the hall consists of columns on which is placed a truss and two crane tracks at two height levels. Three different types of purlins and pillars are considered in the design of the steel structure. For the selected variant, a static calculation of the main bearing elements, including selected details, is drawn up and drawings are drawn up.
Extension and construction modifications of the F2 production hall in Hodonice - construction technology project

The subject of this diploma thesis is the development of a complex construction technology project for the realization of three additions to the existing production hall. The work aims at the optimal choice of intertwining the temporal, spatial and technological structure of the construction process in such a way that the work is completed on time, at a pre-agreed price and in the required quality.
Drainage of rainwater from roofs

The master's thesis is focused on sanitary and gas installations in the production hall. It is a building with one floor. The theoretical part is focused on draining rainwater from roofs. The calculation part and the project contain a proposal for a separate sewerage, water supply, gas pipeline and and several other variant solutions.
Construction-technological project of the building in the area of Rotana

The aim of the diploma thesis is to process a construction-technological project of the building in the area Rotana. The aim of the thesis is to propose a suitable implementation procedure of the building. The thesis deals with the time schedule of the main object, itemized budget, major building machines and mechanisms, project of site equipment, study of the main construction phase realization, plan for securing material resources, technical report, time and financial object plan. The thesis also focused on the comparison bracing of foundation with the slopes.
The Study of Project Production System

This is why this study deal with execution of the project - building up new factory building. Resolution about expansion of the production system is execute on the basis of actual prognosis of demand of the producing assortment.
Steel Production Hall

The aim of the bachelor thesis is the design and assessment of a steel two-bay hall for industrial production in Znojmo. The hall has a rectangular plan with a width of 36 m (18 m and 18 m) and a length of 75 m. The total height of the supporting structure is 10.6 m. The hall houses a bridge crane with a capacity of 5 t. The supporting structure consists of trusses, full-wall columns, stiffeners and full-wall trusses.
Industrial Park with Aministration Building

This master thesis focuses on the design and elaboration of project documentation for the purpose of constructing Industrial park with administration building consisting of two parts, SO 01 – Administration building and SO 02 – Industrial building. The two objects are situated on the plot No. 715/1, in the cadastre unit Vrbno pod Pradědem located on an undeveloped land of the investor. The exit from the parking lot connects to the local traffic infrastructure. Public infrastructure leads in proximity to the land. The design of the construction respects local zoning plan. Project documentation was made in compliance with up-to-date requirements according to valid standards and regulations. The building is functionally divided into two objects, SO 01 and SO 02, which are operationally and structurally connected. Constructions of both objects are statically independent. The object SO 01, partially accessible to the public, is used for administrative tasks and staff facilities. Also, there is a sample room available to the public, gatehouse and warehouses. The object SO 02 is purposed for the production of plastic windows and solar panels. It mainly consists of areas used for production, but there is also an office for the master, a machine room for heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) and staff facilities. The object SO 01 is designed from a wall structural system from clay masonry, clay ceilings, strip foundation and a flat roof. The object SO 02 is designed as a full-metal prefabricated object with a saddle roof and foundation pads. The construction system of this object consists of steel columns. Plan dimensions of SO 01 are 25x14 metres. Building envelope is made from clay blocks, 440 mm in width, filled with mineral wool. Plan dimensions of SO 02 are 66,9x22,9 metres. Object’s curtain walling is made from prefabricated sandwich panels containing a core from PUR material.

The subject of this master’s thesis is a solution of chosen parts of building construction project. The project solves industrial hall that contains productions and administrative space. This thesis includes technological regulations for substructure, study of performing the main technological stages, design of using machines, checking and testing plans. Other phrases parts are time schedules, budget, calculations, design of site equipment including engineering report and report for performing access road. Starting materials, which were used for this thesis, were engineering report also including working drawings.

The aim of this Diploma thesis is the elaboration of the project documentation of a construction part for realization of the new building of the production hall and administrative building in a city of Slavkov u Brna. According to the local zoning plan, both buildings are designed on a plot in the development part of the city. The selected plot is conveniently located due to good accessibility to the D1 motorway. The office building will consist of two above-ground floors. On the first floor there will be the management of the company and the head of the press, the economic and commercial department, hygienic facilities. On the second floor there wil be a graphic studio, a day room and a spacious terrace. The construction system of an office building will be a wall longitudinal. The ground plan of the object is rectangular. the roof is designed as a mono-pitched roof. The factory is a single-storey building. Inside the factory hall there will be a polygraphical technological equipment. The location of the machines is only indicative as well as their choice. The hall will have its own equipment equipped with air conditioning and heating. It is designed as a precast concrete frame. The system is designed longitudinal. The object is a rectangular ground plan with a saddle roof.
